Cocoa Beach Getaway House - Promenade à la plage - Piscine chauffée

Située dans une rue sans issue résidentielle tranquille au cœur de Cocoa Beach, cette maison décorée sur mesure est conçue et équipée pour une grande escapade. Profitez de la plage à quelques minutes de marche, faites une balade à vélo, prenez les kayaks pour observer les dauphins dans la rivière Banana ou détendez-vous dans la piscine chauffée.

La maison est dans un excellent emplacement, à 2-1 / 2 pâtés de maisons de la plage et à seulement 1 pâté de maisons de la rampe de mise à l'eau de Banana River, où vous pourrez faire du kayak à travers des canaux entre de minuscules îles regorgeant d'animaux sauvages. Si vous voulez aller au gymnase, Cocoa Beach Health and Fitness est à 1 pâté de maisons et propose des passes quotidiennes et hebdomadaires. L'épicerie Publix et plusieurs restaurants et magasins sont à moins de 1,6 km de la maison. La jetée de Cocoa Beach est à 5 minutes en voiture et à moins de 15 minutes en voiture du port de croisière.

Cette propriété est idéale pour les familles ou les couples. Juste timide de 2000 pieds carrés, la maison de plage de 4 chambres et 2 salles de bains a un grand plan d'étage ouvert avec des chambres divisées (maître d'un côté de la maison et les 3 autres chambres d'hôtes de l'autre côté de la maison). Great family visit!
We stayed here as two families together and lived it! Close to the beach. The pool was so nice for the kids this winter. The kitchen window opened up to the pool area so we can easily keep an eye and communicate with the others in the pool area. Loved stayed here for the week. The host is also amazing at communicating, gave us tips and information through the trip for our family to enjoy! Thank you!!

My overall impression of this place is the neighborhood was great and the home was well laid out to give us the space that we needed. The beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, we had bad weather and didn’t get to the beach at all, which was one of the primary purposes of choosing this place.That being said, we used the home a lot. We didn’t really feel it was thoroughly clean, some dishes not clean and the musty smell when walking in. There wasn’t enough silverware for even just four of us. The barstools in the unit were thrashed and left a poor first impression. We didn’t like that we were asked to take out the trash cans, feeling that that was not our responsibility. The safety of this house lacks for seniors ….there’s a sunken living room, which maybe the steps down could be marked in someway ? maybe the bathtub could have handles? These are details that maybe we should’ve checked out before renting.Check-in was great. Information was great. The host was responsive. The pool and yard were beautiful. Since we spent so much time inside, a couple individual chairs and lamps to just sit and read or relax, would’ve been awesome.!

Great Stay In Cocoa Beach
This home was both well laid out for our three generation family and had a charming beach theme through out, both inside and around the covered, heated pool. There was a thoughtful basket of savory snacks on the kitchen counter. Our grandchildren appreciated all of the beach and pool toys, along with games and children's books. The home is conveniently located close to beach access, restaurants, stores and entertainment activities. Highly recommend this property for anyone with a large number of guests looking to stay in Cocoa Beach.

Property was decorated very beautifully. Nice open floor plan. Pool and spacious backyard perfect for my 7-year-old granddaughter. Teresa was great to work with. She texted us to remind us when the rocket launches would be occurring so we could watch and she also provided a binder with restaurant suggestions as well as other things in the area that may be of interest. The one thing that is very important to me is the comfort of the beds which were quite comfortable. Thank you so much for allowing us to rent your beatiful home.

Perfect getaway!
This was the perfect getaway for our group of 9. The house is well stocked with everything you need and also has an assortment of baby/toddler items. We notified the hosts of an issue with the dryer and they were very responsive and had the issue resolved same day. They even notified us of some upcoming rocket launches and we were able to see 2 during our visit. The entertainment is endless between the pool, bikes, kayaks, ping pong table, and provided beach gear. We had a very fun and relaxing stay.

Perfect Home Away From Home
This house was perfect for our multi-generational family. It was exactly as presented and very clean. My grandsons loved the pool and all of the pool & beach toys. Every beach item needed was supplied and the wagon was so nice to carry it all. The owner kept us updated on scheduled space launchs and we were lucky enough to be able to view a sunrise space launch from the beach. It was amazing! I would definitely recommend booking this home.

This property was clean and had everything you could need, from baby necessities to beach toys to pool floats. They worked with us for an early check in and came to check out us and the property after the hurricane. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

First visit to Florida and using rental property. Perfect size for our family of 10. However, having a third bathroom would have been better for our group of 10. Would have been helpful if there was information in the house about restaurants and things to do in the area. Walking distance to the beach and/or free parking was a plus. The swimming pool at the house was enjoyed every day.

A perfect time away
The house was perfect for our family of 4 adults, a teenager, 2 small kids, and an infant. The pool was fantastic and made for fun day and night swimming. The property was beautifully landscaped and had everything needed for the week away. It was comfortable, beachy, and quiet. We definitely needed to drive to the park - as opposed to walk, for beach access, because it’s across a very busy road. For those traveling with kids, it was perfect as every exterior door to the pool had door alarms that notified loudly when opened. Would definitely recommended for families!

Enjoyed our stay very much. Kitchen was well stocked with condiments and coffee. Nice touch. Pool was a Godsend as we were coming from DisneyWorld and the kids were running on fumes and badly needed a rest day. Florida screen around pool was a nice touch. Will definitely look at renting this house the next time we look to have another family vacation to Cocoa Beach.

Long Overdue Family Vaca
Since 1981 our family has been visiting Cocoa Beach. My husband and I honeymooned there and we have spent many spring break vacations there with our children. My parents are now older and we have grand children. It was the perfect way to have everyone be together. The beach is our favorite place to be and this house made everything possible. The beach, the pool and room for everyone made this a wonderful week. The door alarms for the pool area made the adults feel very safe with our adventurous littles, and it was everything we wanted it to be. We even got to see the rocket launches at night from the pool area. The grands loved the ice cream within walking distance as well! Thank you so much for sharing your little slice of heaven with us.

Nice clean home in a quiet neighborhood
The property manager was very sweet and quick to respond when I messaged her. The home was clean and well cared for. Our kids really enjoyed all the toys and bikes that were available in the garage along with the ping-pong table and pool. Very comfortable stay!

Great house!
We enjoyed this property very much. There was initial confusion about the pool temperature. We thought it was something we could control but it is up to the owners. However they were very prompt at working with us to get the pool to a comfortable temperature for the little girls. Minor things, the house could use an upgrade on kitchen items. There were only 4 spoons and 4 wine glasses, not enough coffee cups. Some plastic wine glass would have been great for poolside. It was a pretty short walk to beach but across a busy road. Also not a problem as we went to the light. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of towels.

Reunion Fun
Had a sisters get together - lots of senior ladies! - and the house is great - bright and cheery with lots of room. Weather was perfect so we really enjoyed the pool and the screened in pool area. Had a couple minor questions and Teresa was quick to respond and very helpful. Only little problem we had was the step down into the living room from the entrance foyer which we all had a problem with until we made sure to be careful stepping down. Could be it was just us old ladies and might not be a problem for anyone under 50 years old! Teresa said they were working on how to make it more noticeable for future guests. Overall a wonderful place to stay!

Awesome Property
I booked this location for some friends and myself. It was exactly as it appeared in all of the photos. Super clean and fully stocked with everything that we could've needed for the weekend. I've already talked with some family about booking the location for a future family vacation.
