L'unité 204 est juste à côté de la célèbre jetée Cocoa Beach! L'emplacement est tout simplement imbattable! La jetée est idéale pour les personnes de tous âges. Que vous cherchiez à pêcher, à jouer au beach-volley ou à profiter d'un bon dîner, de boissons et de concerts, il y en a pour tous les goûts. Amener des enfants? Vous pouvez visiter le magasin d'arcade ou de crème glacée pendant la journée et aller dîner romantique le soir. Vous êtes également à seulement quelques minutes du célèbre Surf Shop de Ron Jon, une des principales attractions de la région.

Cet appareil est livré avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pendant vos vacances, comme un accès Internet haut débit sans fil gratuit, des jouets et accessoires de plage, du linge de maison, des serviettes, une cuisine complète, un lave-linge / sèche-linge et bien plus encore. En outre, il existe une terrasse sur le toit à 360 degrés qui est parfaite pour observer les lancements de navettes, les couchers de soleil ou tout simplement pour bronzer! Awesome!
We stayed in 204 for our spring break getaway. Our daughter’s softball team was playing games all week at the USSSA complex in Melbourne.The unit and location were perfect for us. Loved the spaciousness, cleanliness, king size beds, two full baths, laundry in unit, full size fridge, and roof top deck (perfect for morning coffee). We enjoyed being right on the beach, and very close to the pier. Everyone (staff and other guests) were very friendly.

Overall was satisfied, short walk to beach and Pier and the rooftop was awesome. The place was pretty clean and had most everything we needed and we are not very picky. The only big complaint we had was the couch was broken and there just wasn't a comfortable place to sit and relax at the end of the day. We made due with it but when we got to our next rental property in Orlando the quality of furniture was clearly better. We enjoyed our stay loved the warmth of the pool and shuffleboard was fun.

Great Launch View
This venue gave us a spectacular view of a Spacex launch. The rooftop deck was perfect for this and for just hanging out! There were high top tables and chairs as well as regular sized seating and ample room. The apartment was comfortable and nicely decorated. We felt safe there.

This was a pretty nice getaway for the price. Some cosmetic things wrong like loose tiles and doors that don’t close all the way. Has no clock in any of the bedrooms, no Tupperware for leftovers storage. Surface of bathtub/showers peeling off. Other than that, the bed was comfortable, a/c was cold and the view from the rooftop was beautiful. The Space Center was AWESOME!

A SMALL PARADISE
My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. Amenities were spot on. The close access to the beach and pier was extremely convenient and enjoyable. Myself, husband, and children (ages 13-16) all have no complaints. A great area to visit and wonderful place to stay that is family oriented. Perfect for my pet. Designated grassy accommodated area for her. However, unless your dog is a service animal, they are not allowed on the beach. A dog beach is close by. (Canova Beach). Pool area was well kept and pleasant. Rooftop view is breathtaking. I will say I do agree with a previous review concerning rooftop and pool hours. Rooftop should be opened before sunrise and through sunset, it would be an amazing view but it closes right before. Pool should have possibly a 10-11 pm closing time. After a long day at the beach and watching sunset there, it is approximately 9ish before you come back to relax a little at the condo. My girls wanted to go to the pool after the beach and enjoy that part but pool closes at 9pm as well. Everything inside our condo worked efficiently and was very accommodating. The “feel” was warm and inviting. All beds were extremely comfortable and the space for unpacking was amazing. Providing chairs, a cooler, boards, and an umbrella was very nice. Overall most definitely a 5 star rating for my family!! We will be going back next summer!!!! Highly recommend :)

Cocoa Beach Pier Condo
We stayed 8 nights May 26 - June 3, 2019 and were overall pleased with our condo rental. I will start will a minor negative and that is the pool and rooftop hours. When we are on vacation, we do not like to be on a time frame, there were several nights after a long day of shopping and sightseeing that we would have liked to taken a late night dip in the pool or visited on the rooftop deck while listening to the waves in the darkness, but since both closed at dusk, that was not an option and we found that to be disappointing. The previous condo we rented in 2018 in Myrtle Beach had no hours and we frequently swam in the pool late into the night. Besides not being able to use our beach umbrella (we were unable to get it closed after our first use, as the button to close it down seemed jammed) besides those two minor things, we were very pleased. The condo has spacious closets, room for all of our clothes and things for the 8 days we were there. The beds were the most comfortable we had slept in, next to our own beds at home. We especially appreciated the abundance of beach and bathroom towels and loved the beach chairs that folded up and snapped shut with a carrying handle, which made it very easy when transporting them to the beach. (I would suggest adding a couple more chairs, do each person has their own) The condo was literally next door to the Cocoa Beach Pier, we got there the first night by walking through the sand and the second time by simply walking down the sidewalk, which also avoids moving your car and having to pay $20 to park your car for the beach. The balcony was nice, but does not face the ocean, which we knew when booking, however we thought it would be something we we be alright with, for us though, we missed facing the ocean and enjoying our meals on the balcony and will take that into consideration next vacation. (You can still see the ocean by standing up and looking over the palm trees from your balcony) One suggestion I might make to the owner is to get better cooking pans, they stuck terribly and made it slightly difficult in cooking and some more plastic bowls with lids, this would make it handy to keep leftovers. Overall we greatly enjoined our vacation at chateau by the sea and would recommend this condo to others looking to book right on the beach.

Property overall is very nice and owner was responsive to all questions as needed. Property is located right on the beach and not far from local stores for any needs. Bedrooms, kitchen & living room all nice. Bathrooms nice too, just master bath needs work & that was being done as we left. I would highly recommend this property & would definitely stay there again. 4.5 stars

Loved this place for a beach vacation with our grandson!
The condo is older (1970s?), but clean, quiet, and private. Some updating has obviously been done, but some repairs are needed in the master bath and living area floor (still usable though). Having a full condo right next to the beach made it very easy for us to return after beach/ocean play to clean up, eat, or rest. The location in town is also outstanding and within a mile or two of almost anything you could want - grocery store, great restaurants, bars, Ron Jon Surf Shop, etc. This was our first VRBO rental and we loved having an actual home for the week we were in Cocoa Beach rather than staying in a hotel. We'll definitely do this again!

A great property
A smaller property in a great location. The building is shaped like a 7. The top of the 7 faces the pool and the beach. The side of the seven faces south with a limited view of the beach, the higher the floor the better the view. We were on the second floor with a good view of the ocean, even better you can hear the ocean. 204 was clean with comfortable couches and seating a nice TV in the living area. The bedrooms have Tv's. Stackable washer and dryer worked great. Nice parking area. Lots of places nearby are walking distance to eat.

Perfect location and very affordable
Nice, clean older unit that is located close to everything. We stay here every year and it is consistently good. If a direct ocean view is not important, this is a great affordable alternative that gets you a glimpse of the beach and easy, direct access. Wonderful place.
