This cottage centrally located in Cocoa Beach is fun and cozy. Relax and enjoy your time at the beach! Equipped with a full kitchen and accessories, full bath, a room with a trundle bed, and the master with a queen size bed. You are just minutes away from all the famous spots!!

The Sea Glass Cottage is located next to the renowned Ron Jon Surf Shop and the local favorite walking spots such as The Sand Bar, The Cocoa Beach Pier, The Cocoa Beach Surf Company , Starbucks, The Dinosaur Store , Shepherd Park , The Lighthouse mini golf and The Tree Climbing Adventure Zone ! You can rent bikes everywhere or Uber to your favorite drinking spots and beach bars such as The World Famous Coconuts on the Beach ! The Sea Glass Cottage is newly renovated!

SAFETY FIRST:

We follow a five-step enhanced cleaning process, which is based on a cleaning handbook that was developed in partnership with experts.

Here are a few highlights:

Parking is in the rear of the building and only one car please~you may use all common areas of the property and directly across the street is a city park for the beach~

The Sea Glass Cottage is 45 minutes away from The Orlando International Airport . The Cottage is an hour away from Disney World and the theme parks . Kennedy Space Center is a 30 minute drive. Port Canaveral is a few miles away and within biking distance. You can watch the Space X and NASA launches from the condo and the super boat races. We hope to have you as our guests ! The Cottage is across the street from the beach -

-Due to a health hazard to the owners and others who manage this property, this property is not Pet Friendly. DO NOT bring any type of animal
-Guests must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property.
-No parties or spring breakers please-this is a property for those who want to relax -not for young wild parties -set in a quiet location.

-This is a quiet family neighborhood and we have a quiet time from 10:00pm to 8:00am nightly.
- Checkout is at 10:00am.
- There is a lost key fee of $50 for any key that's lost and not recoverable.
-No Refunds on reservations cancelled due to a violation of our House Rules

***We do our best to provide each guest with the best vacation experience possible. However, just like in your home back home, sometimes issues might occur that require attention. Some issues do not interrupt nor disturb your stay and can be dealt with once your vacation is over. Other issues will require immediate attention and must be reported as soon as they occur.

The time to report them is NOT upon or after checkout of a multiple night stay as there will be no compensation in those instances because we will consider them livable according to your standards. If you are experiencing a stay altering issue with the property, we will get you moved to a different location immediately. Clear and Concise Communication is paramount.

Before you go, we have a few things we ask you to do:

1. When you leave, lock the door and return the key to the lockbox. Don't forget to scramble the code and close the cover to help us protect the box.

2. The checkout time is at 10 AM. Please be courteous and be out by then so housekeeping can get started.

3. Be sure to check under the bed for any belongings you might have left behind, and log out of your Netflix or any other streaming services you may have used.

4. Turn off all overhead lights and set the A/C thermostat to 77 degrees.

5. Please strip any beds that were slept in and leave the bedsheets on the floor at the foot of the bed.

6. Make sure all the windows are shut.

7. Wash and put away any used kitchenware and dishes.

Stayed here for the weekend to visit some friends who ported here during their cruise. Close to food options and shopping. Condo was clean and easy to access. Neighbors who we ran into were friendly.

The condo was nice. Fully equipped with everything you might need. There was a musty smell noticed when walking in and continued through out the stay. Also the kitchen floor didnt look like it was clean. There were a few small bugs in the bathroom.

Convenient spot, nice and clean with everything we needed. Bathroom fan was a little loud, but other than that everything was great. Exactly as advertised. I really appreciated the sugar packets in the fridge and kettle. Overall a great stay.

Spring Break Beach trip
The trip did not start of great and did not improve much. To begin, I did not receive check-in information until after I texted then called the person who manages the property. Upon arrival, I was surprised to see the couch in worn condition. The rest of the room looked pretty nice but it wasn’t very clean. I went barefoot as I tend to do and when I looked at my feet they were dirty. The bed my daughter slept on was horribly squeaky and uncomfortable. Whenever she turned over in the night she woke up and also woke us up. Our bed was fine but in order to feel the AC the door needed to be opened to the adjoining room leaving little privacy. The bathroom was clean but the toilet ran one night requiring us to do some adjusting in the tank. Not really what you want to do on vacation.

this place at cocoa beach-although it was overall clean- was not one of our favorites. Firstly, when you immediately walk in the door you are instantly hit with a musty smell. Our clothes smelled like the place until we had a chance to wash them at home-there is also no washer and dryer to use at this place. The pull out bed in the hallway just before the bedroom was incredibly squeaky and uncomfortable. the back bedroom did have a slide door, but there was no vent in the back bedroom so we did not like to have the door shut or it became a sauna in the back bedroom. The couch is an indoor outdoor couch and not very comfy or cushioned and same with the dining room table. We did not get our information about checking into the place until we realized it once we were a couple hours out from the place but I will say the company was quick to send us this information and was very helpful when it came to communication with us. The neighbors are locals as well which was nice because they recommended places to eat to us.

Went down to see my boys that moved away 9 months ago. Communication with owners was great. I can be a control freak. Walking distance to beach and great locations. Friendly people in bldg. Love the quietness at night, watching satellites launch and cruise ships set sail. Food and beverages a plenty!

The rental was as represented on the VRBO website and I was overall very pleased, particularly with the location! We love Ron Jon's which was really, maybe a block, away, if that. It was a short walk across the street to beach access too, which was super convenient! I appreciated the notebook with information that was relevant to the apartment rental location and having a full kitchen was very helpful, especially since there is a grocery store within walking distance, as well. Overall, it was a great location and stay. In terms of internet connectivity, it was spotty - going in and out which while on vacation is not a huge deal breaker. However, I was attempting to send a presentation I was working on with a deadline and had to try multiple days/times to send it as the internet kept disappearing. This also affected the TV at night, as it was a Roku set up and the shows would cut off as internet came on and off. I am not sure if the gentleman that came to our door was the manager of the location or just a resident, but he came to inform us on our last full day there that the plumbing was backed up downstairs (we were in an upper apartment), and told us we could not use water or flush the toilet until someone came to fix it later at 6:00 pm. He also somewhat seemed to be implying that because there were 3 females in our unit, that feminine hygiene products were being flushed down the toilet, despite me explaining to him that we had not used any during our stay and would know not to do that if we had.

Great apartment - really well equipped and comfortable. Single beds worked well for our kids. Perfect location for the beach (less than 5 mins walk), easy to get to the Kennedy Space Centre and shops nearby. Hosts were easy to contact and helpful. Highly recommend!

Never got into condo - wrong code given = extra $ spent
We arrived after a long day of working & traveling. The lockbox was chained to some concrete in the stairwell & we were provided the wrong code so we never made it into the condo for our stay. We stood outside in the dark for almost 30 minutes trying to get in while simultaneously messaging on VRBO along with contacting the property manager via text & voicemails who then finally messaged back she was traveling & was “sorry”; she never said she would send someone over or anything about letting us in early in the morning. We had to go find a hotel after midnight on Wed (after paying for the condo) & had to pay for a hotel for 5 nights. We also had to go buy beach towels & rent beach chairs/umbrella since we ended up in a hotel when we specifically rented the condo closed to the beach that already included beach gear. We had to ask multiple times for a refund & still don’t have it. All in all the worse VRBO experience by far. Don’t waste your time on this sketchy place that has no true door/entrance for security. What we could tell from the outside is the building is very dark at night, parking is tight & the entrance to the condo is a giant sliding glass door that is right on the main balcony that everybody coming up the stairs will walk past; nothing about it is private.

Great location
The location was amazing. We were able to walk quickly to the beach, Starbucks , Ron Jon’s and to get food. The place was clean, but had a heavy smell of smoke. Also, the air conditioner was not working properly and we were unable to get it to kick on. It was 86 upon arrival, and stayed that way throughout the evening, making for a sleepless night.
