Wonderful stay!
We absolutely loved our stay here! The property was beautiful - clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with anything we could need. The house had plenty of room for our group of 6 adults and 2 children. We loved the pool and backyard space - again, more than enough room for our group to spread out and relax. The beach was a short 2 block walk away so it was easy to carry our things and set up for the afternoon. It was a nice beach too, a bit in between the big hotels so it was fairly quiet. We were even able to watch a rocket launch from the beach! The area was nice as well, quiet neighborhood with a ton of restaurants nearby. The owners were wonderful hosts, they ensured we had all the relevant information to enjoy our stay. They immediately replied to any questions I had and were very accommodating. I really can't express how much we enjoyed staying here. It was definitely too short of a stay and we would love to return in the future!

Christmas Vacation
We spent a few days in Cocoa Beach to relax after spending a week at Disney. This was the best way to recover! The kids loved walking to the beach and all the gear that was available. The home had everything we could have possibly needed - beach towels/toys/bikes/kitchen supplies. We did have a few questions/issues and John and Andi were responsive and helped resolve our questions. The home was very clean and we loved our stay!

All around great stay
First of all the house is immaculate. Everything is very well maintained with a fun kitschy Florida vibe. Kitchen is well stocked. Plenty of room for our family of five. The bikes were a great bonus as we biked regularly to nearby restaurants and stores. The beach is a short one block to the quieter northern end of the beach. We were lucky enough to even catch a rocket launch while we were there! Owners were great. Very responsive and accommodating. Even left a nice bottle of Prosecco for New Years. Highly recommend this house!

Beautiful Home and Great Location
We stayed eight nights, and had a wonderful time. The hosts have thought of everything you may possibly need. The beach is less than a five minute walk from the property and bikes are also available for your enjoyment. Everything is so convenient and close. The home is clean and well taken care of. What you see in the pictures, is what you will see when you arrive to this beautiful home. Thank You for a great vacation experience.

The pictures don’t do the home justice! The walk to the beach was short and easy; the pool was a hit with the kids; the Halloween decorations added a special touch—I could keep going on but the minute we walked in the door, it was perfect! John was a great host for his home!

I would give 10 stars if I could
We had a wonderful week at Surfin' Seahorse. The house is perfectly appointed and every need anticipated for a fabulous beach vacation. The landscaping and pool are beautiful and the decor and furnishings super comfortable and tasteful. It is less than a block and a half to the uncrowded soft sand beach. Our hosts were very attentive and helpful. This listing exceeded our expectations and we hope to return next year.

We absolutely loved our stay here! It had all of the amenities we wanted, was very clean, spacious, and priced right. It’s even more beautiful in person than the photos show! We loved this property. My wife and I spent hours in the backyard pool. We were looking for a super relaxing trip and this was perfect. Property is even nicer than the photos depict. Such an amazing place to stay! John and Andrea have thought of everything and are SUPER hosts- bikes for all ages, boogie boards, towels, beach wagons, surf boards, coolers, pool floats and toys, beach mat and two umbrellas. Plenty of pool loungers and chairs for sun or shade. Pool is super nice and clean. Pier is a 20 minute walk down the beach. We biked to Dunkin' for donuts, walked to the beach and swam in the pool daily - so easy. Saw two Space X launches and enjoyed a few of the local restaurants. What a gem of a location! So happy to have found this home away from home. Best place on the Atlantic!

This property was exactly what we expected and more!! Right from the beginning we were greeted and shown around. The welcome basket was so nice, our kids loved it!! The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were like spas!! The highlight of course was the fantastic pool just steps from our door!! Breakfast and lunch was enjoyed around the pool and just about everything else in between. The beach was just a block away and we were able to see a Space X launch, so that was pretty neat!! John and Andrea made sure our stay was fabulous. This property has everything you’ll ever need for a week on the beach - close to shops restaurants and the beach. My family of 5 truly enjoyed this clean, well-appointed home. The house is spacious inside with comfortable rooms, large well-stocked kitchen, and plenty of seating and space for us to all gather or to have our own spaces when needed. The grounds on the property are gorgeous with Floridian flora, and we accessed the pool daily. Anything you may need for the beach (truly a super-short walk away) or pool was provided for use. The home is close to entertainment, shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, and the ocean, but it is still tucked away on a neighborhood street.

A short walk to the beach
The house was perfect! We had everything we needed. The kids rode bikes, which were provided, everywhere. We spent our nights in the beautiful pool. Walked to the beach almost every day. Beautiful Home!
I have rented several VROBs across the country and the amenities here are amazing. Something as simple as having Off spray, plenty of paper products, condiments, laundry detergent, pool, bikes, chairs, beach carts, coolers, boogie board, beach towels, 2 refrigerators…I could go on and on. The check in was easy, the beach is a 5 min walk away. I highly recommend this property.

The home was beautiful and located just a short distance (1.5 blocks) from the beach! The pool was great and allowed the kids to have something to do when we weren’t at the beach! We all were delighted at this property and all the wonderful decorations. Everything was clean and well maintained. You could tell the owners take great care of this house. The pool was perfect, and the beds were comfortable. The location was great, with it being a very short walk to the beach and resturants. We walked to Marina Ristorante just up the street and the food was amazing. Overall we had no problems with the property and the house was as great as the photos promise. Will defiantly be coming back.
