Located close to the Freycinet National Park, this stunning, architecturally designed home “Atelier” captures views of the surrounding Great Oyster Bay from every room. With the town of Coles Bay a 5-minute drive away, a 5 minute walk to Sandpiper beach, plus a 6 minute drive to the National Park, this is the perfect location for guests who want to enjoy world class views, hiking, water sports and mountain biking.

The house itself has been designed to provide perfect holiday accommodation; a large open plan living, kitchen and dining area leads to a generous deck at one end.

The four bedrooms, complete with king sized beds, runs the length of the house, and all with individual access to the deck and those sweeping views from Great Oyster Bay through to the Hazards Mountain Range, Cook’s Beach and Schouten Island.

A reading nook offers a peaceful area for solitude when required.

A separate, one bedroom annex, complete with its own private deck, offers multiple options for the guests’ stay, whether it’s a teenager’s retreat, or a space away from the hustle and bustle of the main house.

Although this location is primed for outdoor activity, the house itself provides a beautiful, calming and comfortable space to relax in, ideal for those holiday makers who are after a more unwinding break.

The well-equipped and carefully planned kitchen is perfect for those wishing to entertain; a large island unit provides seating within the kitchen, whilst the adjacent butler’s pantry/laundry provides further storage and preparation space.

The bath in the family bathroom boasts sea views via bi-fold windows, with a luxurious double shower in the ensuite.

Atelier will remain with guests long after their stay; the beautifully considered design of the house perfectly complements its awe-inspiring surroundings that will leave a lasting impression well past the holiday’s end.

Amazing holiday home
We absolutely loved our stay. The communication with the host was excellent. The home is beautiful and exactly how it was represented on stayz. If anything it exceeded our expectations. The location was also perfect. Quiet neighbourhood but close access to all of the wonderful attractions of Freycinet Nat park. We will definitely stay here again when we return!!

Great looking house but not very comfortable. No shade when dining outside and no umbrella. No comfortable chairs and couldn’t use grass area as it was muddy. No hooks in bathrooms for towels or robes.

Perfect for a group
We booked for 2 nights for a group of 4 couples. The living area, kitchen and dining table were perfect for our group. Great location - 15 minute drive to the Wineglass Bay walk and 5 minutes to the Oyster tour (highly recommend). Beautiful views overlooking the bay. Small drawbacks were that one room wasn’t suitable for 2 adults (roll our beds) and the living room had no blinds for privacy and blocking the sun.

The house is exactly as the photos show it. It is very modern and comfortable with lots of space. As there were only 4 adults and 2 children we could have some retreat time from each other. The path to the beach is steep but not difficult.

What a beautiful home, we spent the weekend here for a leaders retreat and were absolutely blown away by the property. It was incredibly comfortable and we love the separate studio space as we were facilitating and needed to separate the energy. Few teething issues as to be expected with such a new property, they were resolved quickly and we even received a follow up from the team to thank us. Some incredible touches.
