We've been proud Premium Hosts since 2017 and have hundreds of great reviews from our wonderful guests. Our family owns and operates 5 beautiful rentals and we would love to host your group too!

This property is our 3rd short-term rental and it is the perfect vacation home for your family or friends. The house has been set up based on our years of Premium Host experience with guests and we keep adding more amenities each year. We are located in the Stratmoor Hills area of SW Colorado Springs where you have amazing views of the Cheyenne Mountains and will be close to our city's major attractions.

This beautiful home is over 3000 sq ft offering all the space, comfort and essentials you need for a perfect family vacation or a getaway: 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, A/C, an open kitchen with a huge dining room, high-speed Wi-Fi, Netflix, Smart ROKU TVs in every bedroom, laundry room, breathtaking mountain views from the newly built observation deck, a grassy fenced-in yard, an amazing back patio with outdoor seating, a relaxing hot tub, a gas firepit, and a BBQ grill!

The main level features a nice living room with a 65" ROKU 4k TV, a fully stocked kitchen and a spacious dining room. There are 3 bedrooms located on the main floor: the master bedroom has a king bed and adjoining master bath with a shower and the laundry room, while the other two bedrooms both have queen beds and access to the full bathroom with a separate shower and a tub.

The lower level offers 2 more bedrooms (1 queen and 2 twin beds), a full bathroom with a shower, a large family room with a 75" ROKU 4k TV, pull out sofa, recliner chairs, a game table for the kids, extra seating area and even a home gym!

The house is within walking distance to the beautiful Stratmoor Hills Park and only a short drive away from all the outdoor fun Colorado Springs has to offer. We are close to the most popular attractions in southern Colorado Springs such as the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Seven Falls, the Broadmoor Hotel, and the World Arena. This house also gives you easy access to everything Colorado Springs has to offer via I-25 (Garden of the Gods, Old Colorado City, Olympic Training Center, Historic Downtown etc. are all within a 20 min drive).

We highly respect our guests' privacy but since we live only a few minutes away from this property, if it is needed, we are personally available to assist you to solve any issues 24/7 during your stay.

The entire house is for our guests to use including all the living areas, the attached garage, and the home gym on the lower level. You can park in the garage, in the driveway or on the street. Enjoy beautiful mountain views from the newly built observation deck, from the patio in the back yard or from the stamped concrete front porch!

The place was clean, and the atmosphere was so peaceful. The host and her dad were friendly and very accommodating. There was even a Christmas tree with lights which brightened the mood. The kitchen was well stocked. We used the grill which was enjoyable. The hot tub was nice, I really enjoyed that. The bed was very confortable. It was a very pleasent stay. I would stay here again. It was a wonderful experience that met all of our needs. I would give it a 10

There were six ladies age 72 and above. We each had our own beds and the place was very safe and clean. It is a great location away from all the city. We had one small issue with our grill and we called and they were there in five minutes Or less. It’s just a great house with great host Would hardly recommend it and use it again

The house was very clean and in a great location. Only about 15 minutes from Colorado Springs airport and only about 20 to 25 minutes from some of the popular attractions in Colorado Springs (Garden of the Gods, Cog Railway to Pikes Peak). The home was very well kept and clean. It exceeded our expectations on every level. The host maintained excellent communication with us to ensure that everything was going well and reached out often to check on us and see if we needed anything. They even offered to ship an item to us that was left behind. The location was great, only a 10 minute drive to downtown with other store and restaurants even closer.

Wonderful location for exploring Colorado Springs area
House was in a very good location -- close to supermarket and natural sites we wanted to see. This ranch house would be perfect for anyone who has mobility problems -- even has a ramp from the garage into the house. The kitchen was well-equipped with all implements we needed or wanted. Plenty of toilet paper in the bathrooms as well as hair dryers and even a scale (handy for checking the weight of our luggage). The owner of the property and her dad were close by if we needed anything -- and were very charming. We were very happy that we selected this house for our visit.

Lovely Home!
We enjoyed our week here! Big enough for 11 of us! Beautiful views of the mountain! Check-in was easy, hosts were super quick to get back to us and very friendly, we were even able to speak to Kristina’s father as he was working on one of their homes across the street! Lots of amenities were offered! We would definitely stay here again if we get a chance to come back to Colorado Springs!

This house was perfect for our group! We had 3 different small familues under one roof and this house suited us well with all the bedrooms and living areas. Its was a great location, short drive to everything we wanted to do. The best was the morning coffee on the patio witb the sunrise on the mountains. Highly recommend this property!

The home has been very well kept and was clean. Hosts are very attentive and quick to respond as needed. The kitchen is fully stocked with lots of counter space. Can watch wildlife from kitchen window, we had deer watch us make breakfast a few mornings. Lots of towels and linens. Beautiful views from the observation deck in the back yard. We enjoyed the hot tub. Large downstairs area with bedrooms and living space. The kids loved the large space and spent most their time downstairs when we were done exploring the area. Very close to many attractions and stores if needed. Would definitely recommend this home for larger families or groups
