Great dog friendly home
This is a wonderful property. It is a beautiful house, with a touch of modern and very dog friendly. The fenced back yard came in handy to let our puppy run around. The pet bath was a great amenity for cleaning him off. For cooks, the kitchen is well stocked with a wide selection of cookware, including plenty of dinnerware/flatware/glassware. We stayed mostly on the main floor. The basement with extra living room/bedroom/bathroom was amazing. The neighborhood was a great place to walk our puppy with trails and dog park a few minutes walk down the road. If we get back to Colorado Springs, we will definitely look to see if this property is available again. We highly recommend.A shout out to Chris @ Evolve. He was great to work with - got back to us promptly with answers to our questions. Thanks!

We had a wonderful stay in this home! So much space, beautifully decorated, perfect location, great dog area, responsive host, lovely neighborhood- I can’t say enough! Nice cozy place with good location
We enjoyed our stay. The house was excellent except for only having a swamp cooler. It was clean and spacious. We couldn’t use the basement as there is no AC down there so my wife and I had to sleep in twin beds apart from one another. Even if you turn the swamp cooler down to 70 it doesn’t help the basement area although it helps the upstairs at that point. It was great just could use AC for those hot times so you can utilize whole house. That’s all. Communication was given a 3/5 because I reached out to owner via text (and told them who I was) and they never responded. Again, I still have them a 4 overall. Would have still been 5 if they had AC.

Lovely large scale home in a quiet neighborhood. Handled our group well, with multiple seating areas inside and out. Kitchen was well supplied with dishes and glassware. The accommodations for dogs was amazing.

We stayed for three days at this beautiful property. Everything was as posted online, and the owners were fantastic. Mr. Elliott answered every question I had and even joked around with me on email. He was great to work with. The home was well equipped with everything you could possibly think of, and the location was close to all the things we wanted to do. Deer came up to the window and we even saw a baby fawn. The home was perfect for our dogs. It had a huge backyard and a room for the them to stay in while we were out. The neighborhood was perfect to take our dog on walks. I would definitely stay here again! Heck, I’d even love to live here!

Amazing getaway
The house was exactly as described. We loved that they accepted dogs and are so close to the Bear Creek dog park. Each morning we would take our dogs for a walk and then to the park. The house was exactly what we wanted to go home to. Anything that you can imagine needing in the kitchen to make your own meals, and a comfortable place to sit and watch television. We did not spend time in the basement but I can see why it would be a great place to hang out. The yard is very nice and our dogs loved being able to spend time outside. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home. We would love to stay here again when we make our way to Colorado Springs.

We loved this home! Perfect area downstairs for privacy for my daughter, her husband and newborn. Loved the area for our dog. The home is even nicer and more comfortable than viewed in the photos. We really enjoyed our stay at Jim's home. We appreciated being able to stay in a nice quiet location that was still convenient to downtown Colorado Springs. The house was comfortable and all the essentials were provided. We also liked feeding the fish!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this spacious home. It's located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood just minutes from Garden of the Gods & Manitou Springs. We were traveling with our 2 dogs, and really appreciated having the large, fenced yard that offered them a safe space to run, and the "dog room" was fantastic! This property doesn't just "allow" dogs but offers amenities specifically for them including a dog washing station and kennel area so they have a safe space to stay if you want to leave them alone for a while. Just follow a few commonsense guidelines and you and your dog(s) will have a great stay! This home was very well maintained and SUPER clean! The neighbors were friendly and we felt right at home. We enjoyed the koi pond and the deer who often visited. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home that was centrally located- everything is about 20 minutes away. Provided a wonderful space for our family of 5-my husband & I, our son, our daughter & son-in-law & grandpup. Home was clean, neat, very spacious, beautifully decorated & has everything you could need-including for your pup! Deer roam around the neighborhood & there are fish in the front pond… what more could you ask for?! Will definitely stay again if in the area!

Absolutely breathtaking
This house is beautiful!! They thought of everything right down to the jewelry holders on the dressers and candy dish as soon as you walk through the front door!! The beds were comfortable and the overlook from the kitchen window was breathtaking every morning when the sun rose and in the evening when the outside solar lights kicked on. My miniature schnauzer enjoyed his own yard! We saw the deer at the koi pond and it snowed the last night we were there which was the icing on the cake! The owner and caretaker were amazing and know how true hospitality works . They gave great advice on dinner and activities. We will definitely be back!
