Welcome to Colorado Springs!
Colorado Springs is a small town where 30 mins driving can get you almost anywhere in the city. You want to visit Garden of Gods or the Olympic Center? It's only a drive away.

This lovely new house is near the Airport and is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It's very open and spacious and has room for the entire group. With 4 bedrooms, 7 beds, 2.5 bathrooms, and parking for at least 3 cars (with an included EV charger in the garage), everyone can find their own space comfortably.

Do you have some extra time on your hands? The house has a hot tub that fits 6, a Foosball table, some board games located in the pantry, and each of the 3 TVs are equipped with a Roku so you can keep up to date on your favorite shows. Do you want to keep up with your health? There's a trail that follows the creek behind the house. Plus, the house has an exercise room equipped with a treadmill, a pull-up bar, and weights.

Lap of luxury in a quiet neighborhood
We had to travel to Colorado Springs for my daughter's destination wedding so after hearing what hotels would cost I decided to look at the VRBO listings. This place was in my price range and had enough beds for the 8 adults we would have staying. When we arrived we were amazed how the place looked even better than the pictures. Lot's of room for the number of people. Kitchen was well stocked (thank you for the coffee drawer, my wife and MIL loved it). We were able to have a few large family meals that were cooked in the kitchen but were close enough to places to go out to eat as well. Can't recommend this enough. My MIL is a obsessed with cleanliness and she had no complaints about how clean everything was. Another great feature was the roku devices that allowed us to use our streaming services at night without worrying about removing accounts before we left. Very nice touch. Thank you for such a great experience.

Wonderful home in Colorado Springs
Our family of 5 booked this home to enjoy a long weekend with our USAFA cadet during Parent's weekend. It was in a nice quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed all the space this home provided to make meals in the spacious, well stocked kitchen, shared meals and played board games around the large dining table and watched movies lounging on the comfy sectional. We made use of the hot tub in the evenings after a long day of fun activities. The toiletries provided and coffee supplies was a nice touch that we appreciated very much. The beds were so comfy, and the house was pristine. Also, it was very nice to have a garage to park in each night. Loved our stay and wouldn't hesitate to make this our home away from home each time we visit Colorado!

The reviews are real
I rely heavily on reviews for selecting the VRBO for our annual summer vacation. We have a group of 7 who travel together and this summer we chose Colorado for hiking and then cards and games at the house. The house was perfect for it. It was clean, it was open and had the space for us to relax, play and eat together. We used the kitchen heavily and had what we needed to make meals and save money. The decor downstairs was nice too, the butterflies were interesting. Would recommend!

Good night's rest
All of our family members slept very well. The beds were perfect for all ages. The house has a great layout for a medium size group of people. We had 4 adults sleep there, but had family come over from the military base. So 8 total can sit at the table comfortably. The couch was very comfortable as well. The host communicated everything we needed to know prior to our visit & how to leave the home upon departure.

The home was very comfortable enough space for 2 families. The hottub and foozeball table offered fun for the kids. The lotion and shampoo was a bonus plenty of varieties. The location was pretty far from most activities make sure you do not try to leave durring rush hour to go hiking 6:30-9am.

The house was fantastic and even larger than in the pictures. The rooms are comfortable and there are many amenities stocked for you (tp, towels, paper towels, spices, and even some food!). Could not have asked for an easier check-in/out process.

Absolutely Awesome!
We have rented many, many VRBOs over the years… and we’ve been staying in COS since our kids were attending USAFA (2020 grads) and have been stationed there ever since. This rental is in the same neighborhood as they are so it was perfect for celebrating their promotions to Captain… Wow! Is all I can say about this rental! Beds were super comfy… impeccably clean… plenty of space (plus some) and all of the extras you could imagine (including shopping bags, soaps, shampoo- even extra toiletries!). The garage was great- especially with the snow! We had an awesome time and will absolutely be back on our next visit! I would give 10 ⭐️ if I could!

Family Elegance
Absolutely beautiful and elegant home. Attention to details. Everything we needed and wanted and more. Seamless interactions. It was truly like being at home. The only “negative” thing were extremely minor. Water/shower could have been hotter and upstairs fireplace didn’t work (not a huge deal the downstairs fireplace was absolutely beautiful). Lastly, not sure if it was listed, but it would have been great to know that all bedrooms are located upstairs. There were 4 adults 4 children and 1 infant. In our stay for the Thanksgiving Holiday. It was perfect for each of us. Very spacious for everyone to spread out and enjoy. All the amenities to cook Thanksgiving dinner were there. Neighborhood was quiet felt completely safe. Great Mountain View’s. Absolutely one of the best stays we have had thus far.

Gorgeous property
This was an absolutely gorgeous home! When we arrived it was sparkling clean, plenty of space and graciously stocked with various items! We were here visiting family and would absolutely stay again. The host was extremely prompt with answering any questions and was willing to accommodate an early check in at the very last minute! We can’t say enough good things! If you’re looking to stay in the Colorado Springs/ Fountain area this is where you will want to stay!
