Open concept with large kitchen island. Over 3600 square feet, this two story FULLY FURNISHED HOME has four bedrooms and loft upstairs, a fifth bedroom in the basement along with an additional living room, entertainment area and kitchenette.
Perfect for a Large Family or two Families who want to vacation in Colorado Springs and feel like they are at a 5-star hotel. But with the trappings of being at home.
Billiards in the basement and beautifully decorated through the entire home. Fenced backyard, deck and a grill. Minutes to downtown, shopping and hiking. The kitchen is open in design and is sure to impress with stainless steel double ovens, a gas range, a walk in pantry, beautiful cabinetry with soft close function, slab granite counter tops, and a nicely sized island that will easily seat 6 people.
There is plenty of space in the dining area that is open to the kitchen and you can walk out onto a sun deck for easy BBQ access. On the upper level there are 4 bedrooms to include a spacious master bedroom with a gas fire place, a walk in closet, and a luxurious private bathroom. There is a spa like shower in the master bathroom, a soaking tub, beautiful tile, dual vanities with granite counter tops, and a heated floor with stone detail. A convenient loft area is located on the upper level as well.
This home is trimmed out with 6' floor base, Cheyenne style doors, iron railing, and travertine tile. The finished basement has 10' ceilings, has poured concrete window wells, and provides plenty of space. Stucco and stone exterior with finished landscaping. Air conditioning keeps you cool on those hot days.

Great place with plenty of room!
This house is deceiving. From the outside, it looks a little bit worn. But once you step into the house, you will encounter an enormous kitchen with plenty of gathering space for larger families. The owner provided coffee, pods, garbage bags, paper towels, etc…..all the small things that make such a nice touch. If I could offer one suggestion, invest in some additional cookware. Two pots made it challenging to cook for my large family. Other than that, everything was perfect!

House was very nice and well stocked with amenities. Air conditioning wasn’t balanced so it was cold in the kitchen and living area and too warm upstairs in the sleeping areas. It wasn’t clear how to fix this so made sleeping a little uncomfortable from a temperature perspective.

Such a nice house!
We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was close to downtown and lots of shopping. The house itself was super clean and I’m very picky when it comes to that. The shower in the master bathroom is amazing. It was much warmer upstairs than the main floor and basement, but I learned that is common in CO with the 1 level thermostat. It was also unseasonably warm there when we stayed, so not a big deal! There were snacks out for us that was such a nice touch. We also had access to the 1 car garage. When I messaged Dave, he immediately replied each time. Great stay!

Road trip to colorado
We loved this house. We had a group of 10, 2 families. It was in a great neighborhood and we were 5-10 minutes for all the things we wanted to see in Colorado Springs. There was also a playground right down the street that the kids enjoyed. We had a really great time at this house.

A wonderful Co. Springs Getaway
The home was as advertised, very clean, roomy and welcoming. The house was very centrally located to local attractions, some awesome food and just a short trip (hour) to Denver and 2 hours to Winter Park which is where we went snow tubing. Food selection was fantastic as we ate all local spots. Had a small issue w the toilet and within 30 min there was a handyman at my door. My only knock and I’m being picky was the Wi-Fi did not work for all 5 days we were there, I do believe however that was beyond the control of the property manager. We had 7 in our party and the property really knocked our socks off. I highly recommend this spot and would not hesitate to rent it again. A truly wonderful visit from Alabama with my family in Colorado Springs.

Family vacation
The home was very nice and well stocked. We had six adults and two toddlers. The high chair and portacribs were a nice addition along with toys for the kids and games for the adults. The home location was great for the places we went. Somehow I missed that it was a three level home. If bringing toddlers, I would suggest a baby gate at least for the area leading downstairs. Very nice and would recommend the home.

Unfortunate
We had a group of 12 staying at the house, 6 young adults 12-13 years old, and 6 parents. The home had absolutely no WiFi, no access to internet, and no television. After a long day on the field, with kids wanting to jump on their iPads or watch a movie, and with parents needing to access work, it was very inconvenient. I was told that service was coming to address it and then when the day arrived I was told that they had the date wrong and it was the following week. The area was not safe in our opinion, homeless people a few blocks away and people came to the house to sell drugs while we were sitting on the front porch. Nice house, it is as advertised but in 2022 there is no excuse for no internet and TV, they should have given us prior notice as we would have rented elsewhere.

Unbelievably gorgeous home!
This was so perfect for a long weekend with the whole family (10 of us) in Colorado Springs for a wedding. Plenty of space to spread out and relax between wedding events, The house well stocked, and spotless It is also so close to downtown, it made getting to town so quick and easy. Wonderful place to stay, I'd highly recommend it!
