Park on the street and enter through the front door of this multi-unit building. There are other short-term visitors here, but this unit is completely private and independent. Using your private code on the electronic keypad located on the door lock will give you access into a bright, warm, modern and inviting space.

The layout of this unit is simple—with everything you need and nothing you don't. There's a bit of a mid-century modern flare to the décor—just enough to engage, not enough to put-off. The living room is perfectly relaxing and features a comfortable sofa, the kitchen is fully functional and ready for your culinary creations. Everything has been recently renovated and there's a sense of quality throughout. Stainless steel appliances, quality surfaces, inviting furnishings—perfect.

The single bedroom features a comfortable queen bed with quality linens—everything professionally laundered and cleaned. Attention to detail is our specialty, and this clean, modern unit stays sharp. The bathroom features a refreshing shower and subway tile. There is a twin roll-out bed stored in the closet also if needed.

The Neighborhood:
Located just south of Downtown, this neighborhood presents established homes, many from the turn of the 20th century, in the process of transition. Some parts are gorgeous, others are rougher around the edges, but what is UNEQUIVOCAL is the energy of this neighborhood. Some of the finest, trendiest dining establishments in Colorado Springs are just a block or two away. Be sure to check out Shuga's for a wholly authentic, bohemian-chic. Streetcar 520, Dos Santos, Coquettes are all award-winning restaurants. There are cafes (The Exchange), breweries (Gold Camp Brewing Company), old-school-cool Italian places (Luigis) and plenty of additional opportunities if you're willing to walk 4 or 5 blocks, instead of 2! All of the more well-known Colorado Springs attractions, places like Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Manitou Springs, the Broadmoor, the Air Force Academy—are easily accessible, and some just minutes away from the main roads and the Interstate right down the road. Exceptional urban appeal. Easy access. Handsome, welcoming and practical environs—you'll love it!

Getting Around:
Although there are exceptional entertainment, dining and recreational opportunities within walking distance to this vacation rental, we still recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. Their are also scooters that can be used all around the downtown area. We're happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you'd like to use public transportation.

Other Things to Note:
ATTENTION:
AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in.
- No pets allowed - we are sorry!;
- No smoking or vaping (of any kind) is allowed indoors;
* Garbage bins are located in the back alley. Please let us know if the trash is overflowing - we will fix that for you!
* White Honeywell Thermostat controls the baseboard heating is a backup only. Please leave at 55 degrees.
* The Heat/AC temperature is controlled off of the Mini Split on the living room wall. Please use the remote to control the settings and temperature of the home.
*We appreciate your understanding about the house next door which, while somewhat run-down, appears to be unoccupied. Despite its outward appearance, it doesn't detract from the comfort and tranquility of our home.

-We cannot guarantee early check-ins or late check-outs. If we are able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, we can do this free of charge. Please check with us on the day of your arrival to see if the property will be ready early for an early check-in or the day before your departure for a late check-out.

Stay in CO Springs
My daughter goes to Colorado College and I came for a long weekend to visit. This was a great location being close to the campus and all downtown has to offer. Better than a hotel room because we had room to be comfortable and hang out. I thought the bed was comfortable and the place was clean. Didn’t cook or eat there (but they had wine glasses thank goodness!). Would stay again. Thanks!

Summer get away
We had a great stay. There were a couple of minor issues (missing light bulbs in bathroom and issues with cable connection) we contacted the property help number listed and had assistance very quickly and both issues were resolved to our satifaction. The only drawback was we could hear the upstairs neighbors at times. Luckly, they were relatively quiet too. Would recommend and stay there again.

Overall this is a nice little spot if you’re just sleeping here. Few things I didn’t like. Countertops and dishes weren’t cleaned well at all. The living room furniture wasn’t very comfortable. The road noise is kind of loud. No Tupperware for keeping food fresh. The coffee maker didn’t take K-cups. Had to make a full pot of coffee each time. Shower is a bit small and water pressure isn’t great. Also had to share washer and dryer with 3 other rooms. 2 above and 1 below. Definitely a little overpriced for what it is. But like I said if you’re there for work like I was, or just staying there at night and exploring the city and mountains during the day this is fine.

I spent three weeks at this cozy little apartment while doing a temporary assignment at Ft Carson. Easy commute to the base, easy walk to bars and restaurants downtown, great kitchen for cooking at home. Modest price. Great stay.

The location was great! You could walk to the restaurants and local stores. Only complaint would be the towels and pillows. They could be updated, but other than that, I would definitely recommend.

Super convenient to everything. We used it as our hub. If there was one negative, it was the week we were in Colorado the day time temperatures were in the 90’s. And the condo on has a mini-split system in the living room… which pushes the limits of the system for the size of the condo but they have an additional box fan in the closet that I was happy to find and use … But overall would definitely recommend staying
