Emplacement fantastique. Marchez vers les brasseries Ommegang et Red Shed! Fantastique ferme d'environ 1850 sur plusieurs hectares, récemment rénovée, avec télévision à écran plat dans chaque chambre, wifi gratuit, immense télévision dans le salon, foyer au gaz, nouvelle cuisine avec électroménagers en acier inoxydable noir et comptoirs en granit. Salle à manger généreuse et aussi un salon. Il y a quatre chambres (une suite de deux pièces), chacune avec lit queen et salle de bain privée et 32 "smart / cable tv, toutes à l'étage. La suite dispose également d'une chambre séparée avec deux lits jumeaux. Au rez-de-chaussée il y a un salon avec 65 "smart / cable tv et cheminée à gaz, salle à manger, salon, 1/2 bain, buanderie et cuisine. Il y a un grand espace extérieur et un parking, et WiFi partout. Super endroit! Cette propriété est à distance de marche de deux brasseries; Ommegang et Red Shed. À seulement quelques minutes en voiture du village de Cooperstown, du Temple de la renommée du baseball, des terrains de baseball Dreams Park et des musées. Perfect location for guy's weekend
THE perfect location for a guy's weekend away. Three minute walk to Ommegang. Red Shed Brewery was closed during our visit but is across the street. Short ride into town to visit the Baseball Hall of Fame and enjoy the local establishments. The house has numerous bedrooms and bathrooms to fit a large group. Kitchen is fully stocked and there is a large dining room for meals. Emily was fantastic to work with! Was able to get a later checkout on our last morning when I noticed our group was moving a little slow. Highly recommend the guided tour at the Hall of Fame and Sunday brunch and Bingo at Ommegang.

Super Bowl Weekend Stay
We had 10 adults and two children stay for a Super Bowl weekend get together. Perfect house for having us. Bedrooms spacious and each had their own bathroom which is fantastic. The house was immaculately clean and a very spacious kitchen for everyone to work in preparing meals and snacks. The fireplace in the spacious living room with plenty of seating was such a homey atmosphere. We very much enjoyed our stay. There’s plenty to do the area even in the winter time. Highly recommend the Brewery Place.

Great group vacation house
Have stayed here before with some family friends, and will continue to rent it every year. Plenty of personal space, but large group space as well. This house is perfect, and great location in cooperstown.

Home was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. Check in was seamless, plenty of utensils and cookware. Loved the private bathrooms in most rooms and perusing the various books and wall hangings. Great location!

Our 2nd Great Stay
This is the 2nd time our group of teacher friends have rented this property. It's a large house with plenty of room. Almost every bedroom upstairs has it's own bathroom which is so nice. Large living which is great when we had 7 people to fit. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows. This house has old farm house charm and is in such a great location. Walk to Red Shed Brewery and Ommegang. Quick drive to town and Otesaga. Great communication with the owner throughout the process. I'm sure we'll be back again!

Cooperstown Wedding
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for us. We had 8 adults and 2 young children. We played some of the games, read some of the children’s books. Kitchen was great. Property owner was great with communication. Any time (both ahead of our stay and during our stay) I sent a message, she responded immediately. We had a wedding at Ommegang Brewery. It was super convenient. I would definitely recommend the property and would stay there again if we had a big group staying in Cooperstown.

Truly "Walk to Breweries"
This is place is great for Adults while kids play at CDP. This place have two great breweries in walkable (under 5 mins) distance. This place is great for families, and accurate to all the description. The host is very responsible to all our queries. I would recommend this place.

Beautiful Farmhouse
We were visiting family in Burlington Flats and this home was ideal for my group of 6. Large well furnished home, comfortable beds and lots of bathrooms. It was a quick weekend trip and ideal for my group. Will definitely return next time we are in the area.

Oneonta graduation
House worked out perfectly for our family gathering of 11 for my sons graduation from SUNY Oneonta.It was so nice that every bedroom had its own bathroom.The house was decorated perfectly from the colors to the antique’s thru out the house including a1902 Sears and Roebuck catalog. Host was on spot as she responded to our messages with in an hour.

We were in town for a wedding and the house was perfect for all of us. We were pleasantly surprised with the amount of space we had and the amount of supplies in the kitchen. We highly recommend this place for your stay.

Great stay and very convenient location!
We really enjoyed our stay at the Brewery Inn! It's conveniently located, only 7 or so minutes from Dreams Park and 10 minute drive to downtown Cooperstown. Also right next to two great breweries including Ommegang. The property was very clean and well maintained. The only minor criticism we had was that a few of the mattresses are probably due to be replaced as they were on the hard side. Overall would highly recommend staying at this property. Thanks again for a great stay!

Our stay was perfect. The house is big enough for a large gathering and the yard was wonderful with plenty of seating and a BBQ and fire pit. Also a ping pong table and corn hole.

Cooperstown Dream Come True
We were looking for a place to stay while our boys played at the Cooperstown Dreams baseball tournament. This house blew our expectations away. This house has everything you need and all of the modern amenities - with a lot of charm and character. Just 10 minutes away from the park and walking distance to the Red Shed brewery- I can’t think of a better place for families of teams to stay. Emily was amazing and there were absolutely no issues. I can’t recommend this place more. Perfect house and a perfect week for baseball.

Just what we were looking for
This place was perfect for multiple "families"... because basically each bedroom has a bathroom. The property manager was very communicative and it was perfect for what we needed. Every person who stayed there told me it was a great find! Plus, it's like a cute little B&B and across the street from a brewery/restaurant. Ideal.

Great family gathering home
Gorgeous old house restored with an abundance of bathrooms, TVs, power outlets and kitchen tools. The name - Brewery Inn - is spot on, with Ommegang and Red Shed as neighbors (5 stars to those bars). All the bedrooms fit for a queen. The TV/fireplace room was ideal for a cozy wintery hangout. The orginal broad plank pine floors in the formal dining room was just one of the many great features. Unanimous top rating by our group.
