Bonito is a relaxed coastal getaway tucked away in a peaceful, quiet residential neighbourhood of Corlette. Only 600m from beautiful Corlette and dog friendly Bagnall’s Beach and 2.5km to Nelson Bay CBD and d'Albora Marina where you will find an array of restaurants, cafes, boutique shopping and the popular dolphin and whale watch cruises centre.
Stroll to the water’s edge of Bagnall’s Beach which is the best beach for off leash dogs, and Dutchman’s Bay which are both family favourites for families for the calm swimming conditions and beachside reserves offering children’s playgrounds, free BBQ and picnic facilities and the Bridal Walk which is a wonderful scenic path/ cycle way that runs along the coast taking you from Corlette to Nelson Bay and all the way to Shoal Bay.
Bonito is a cosy 2-storey townhouse provides all the comforts and conveniences such as air conditioning and free unlimited Wi-Fi that a family needs for a wonderful coastal getaway, there are two living rooms, one on each floor. The ground floor has a separate sitting area with a split system air-conditioner, the ideal space to sit back and read your favourite book or enjoy a board game or cards with friends.
There is also located on the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities including wall oven, electric cooktop, microwave, dishwasher and family size fridge / freezer and large dining area with a ceiling fan and TV connected with Chrome Cast. Downstairs also offers the internal laundry with a top loader washing machine and third toilet.
Upstairs has three bedrooms and the second living area which has a comfortable lounge, ceiling fan and second Smart TV, so if you are staying with children, everyone has their own space. All three bedrooms have ceiling fans, the master bedroom also has an ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity and access to a private balcony. The main bath provides a bath, shower, toilet, and vanity.
There is a fully enclosed landscaped yard that is just fantastic for your beloved fur baby and an undercover outdoor entertaining area with ceiling fan, gas BBQ facilities and dining provided so you can sit back with a cool drink and enjoy the tranquility around you, Bonito is an easy family holiday destination with young children. The property provides a secure single garage.
