Spring break with Grandma
A wonderful, long overdue weekend with grandma. Our condo is truly amazing, our stay was quite comfortable, clean, spacious and so beautiful, it was well equipped with all the amenities outside of home. The bedrooms were accommodating with plenty of beds and linen. The view from the balcony is amazing, grandkids had a wonderful time at the pool after spending time at the beach which is a block away. Highly recommend to everyone.

Sure, it’s not one of the $1.5k-$2k/night properties, but it left us wanting for nothing. Brilliant views, ample accommodations, and quaint comfortability welcomed us through the door and kept us in good spirits through our stay.

Cozy & Convenient Beach Stay
We had an incredible time staying at this cozy beach condo! With a boardwalk offering easy access to the beach, it was very convenient. We rented a golf cart because the condo is golf cart accessible which is a plus and we mostly used the golf cart to go to the beach or around town. The property also has 2 pools - which the kids loved! We will definitely be recommending this cozy & convenient condo to friends and family.

Our stay at this VRBO in Port A was amazing. The beach was perfect for our kids and the condo was so nice-with great views of the ocean! The communication I had with Diane around when the hurricane hit was prompt and kind. She was very accommodating! I would for sure recommend this location for a family beach trip!

My husband & I took our two Texas grandchildren, ages seven and nine. I was very surprised to see a spacious queen size bed and two double Bunkbeds. Apparently, I’d only looked for a two bedroom. I didn’t think anything about what would be in there. Perfect for a young family.

ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!!
I can’t say enough about this place. First, the condo is spectacular. Large master bedroom and good sized second room with queen bed and bunk beds for kids. Large kitchen and living area. Balcony on the water. Condo is updated and everything is in great shape. The highlight was that we could literally walk down the boardwalk and right into Sandfest. Perfect! They also have two pools on the property. We have stayed in many condos in Port A, but this one takes the cake! I think we have found our favorite place to stay in Port A.

Family of 4 vacation
We had a great week at the Aransas Princess. The facility was overall secure, safe and beautiful. The condo unit itself was beautiful- I especially loved the large kitchen and the crockpot was a very nice surprise- allowing us to spend more time and beach and come in to have dinner ready! We loved sitting on the balcony and seeing/hearing the ocean. We were close enough to the main "strip" that nothing was too far away, but we also were secluded enough to not feel crowded. The washer and dryer were also great to have, especially as we had to supply our own beach towels- which I didn't mind in this case since we could wash and reuse. Our only negative feedback is that the master bath shower had used soap and a razor cover in it upon arrival, so it had been missed by the cleaning crew. The condo complex had many missing tiles at the pools and in the hallways, which my son cut his toe at the heated pool on the second day we were there. They appeared to be in the process of construction and making updates, so I hope that is something that gets fixed. We would absolutely stay here again.

Fantastic stay
The condo was beautifully furnished, clean and extremely comfortable. It had everything we needed, including shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the people at the pool below and the beach. We truly enjoyed our stay. We also appreciated Diane’s prompt reply when we reached out to her regarding the check in process. Everything was perfect.

16th bday celebration
Had an amazing time! So happy we picked this condo, it was perfect for our group of 2 adults and 4 teens. We went for my sons 16th bday celebration. The walking distance to the beach worked out perfectly as the boys loved going back and forth to the beach, pool and condo. The balcony was my favorite hangout spot in the evening. Sitting on the balcony, you get a nice view of the ocean, soothing sounds of the waves and refreshing ocean breeze. Ahhh I want to go back! Nothing negative to say about the condo or the Aransas Princess facilities. We all enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back. Thank you Diane for sharing your condo and for the enjoyable experience!

Port A condo week stay
Nice condo, we had issue with water being shut down for one whole day, that was a property planned but still quite inconvenient. Good communication with owner, but VRBO had our name incorrect, so the check in took long time until owner confirmed our reservation. Overall very pleasant stay. VBBO needs to make better communication and clear reservation information, as we only got confirmation number without the name.

We had a wonderful time and the condo was beautiful! The remodel was done well and the view was lovely overlooking the pool and the beach. The beach was very pretty. They were doing some renovation on the property, but they quit early each day so they didn’t bother our evenings. You can buy a beach parking permit at any convenience store. I believe it was $15 for the year and so worth it. Very nice to keep our beach stuff in the back of our car instead of dragging if it back and forth to the condo. We are looking forward to coming back next year!

We loved staying here! The walk to the beach was so quick and the property was very well kept up. The condo was nice and clean with plenty of items in the kitchen to make cooking easy! There was an issue with the kitchen sink faucet that was fixed fast. Overall happy with the stay and would definitely return!

Beautiful Condo-Rest, Relaxation and Rejuvenating
This beautiful condo allowed my husband and me to recharge ourselves. The condo met all our needs and was very nicely decorated. The sun blocking automatic shades were a nice touch. We will return again. They have 2 pools and a boardwalk to the beach. We took walks on the beach every evening. There is a secure door on the boardwalk that has a security code access to get back in. We were given the code upon arrival at the front desk. We had a great view of the ocean, very comfortable accommodations, the king size bed was comfortable and the condominium was just down from where the Sandfest was being held which was why we stayed here. We opted to take the free shuttle which was 1 block from the Condominium. The Condo had 24/7 guard on duty at the entrance as well as an attendant at the front desk. Very well run, easy checkin and friendly people.

Great time
We loved our stay here. It was our first time in the area and we enjoyed this quiet condo. It was a short drive to all the restaurants and activities but felt like we had a ton of privacy. Great view from the balcony and close to the elevator. The condo was very clean and nicely updated. It was well stocked, could maybe use some kids non breakable dishes. We didn’t have the warmest weather, but my kids still enjoyed the pools and the hot tub was nice and it was a short walk to the beach. Front desk was friendly and helpful and staffed all day. Host was friendly and quick to respond. Thanks Diane, would love to come back!
