as soon as you open the door to this 3rd story property you will be greeted with a open floor plan, we have water views from every window! our favorite thing about our property is the French doors that completely open up to the balcony that really shows off the water view, palm trees swaying and those beautiful Texas Sunsets! We are on the 3RD floor so our views are from up top where its nice and quiet!

Great location.
Overall very nice place. There are some good restaurants close by and also close to the beach. Property was nice and the bed was very comfortable. Thanks for the enjoyable stay.

Gorgeous!!
Super clean and gorgeous condo. Huge bed with tv and nice tv in living room with couch that pulled out into a bed. Loved the washer/dryer feature and cute kitchen! Can't wait to stay here again - truly wonderful experience!

Great cozy condo
Great condo, only thing is I didn’t know it was on 3 rd floor. My daughter had heart surgery 3 weeks ago, so we just were relaxing together, stairs were no problem for her but I had wish we were on lower level. Other than that it was wonderful.

Great locatio
This property has a great location. Whitecap beach is within walking distance. The bed was vey comfortable. It is a great space for couples. There are 3 flights of stairs to get to the condo. The stairs are inside. If you are a senior or have mobility issues the stairs couldbeaproblem. .be a problem

Our stay was good, the condo is cute. But clean no, the shower had hair on the wall from previous renter and the dishes had stuff stuck on them. The one big thing was when we went to drain the sink water, the pipes were unplugged, thankfully my husband fixed it quickly. Owner answered quickly on problem with the pipe so that was good!

We got back to the room late on our first night and pulled the sheets back to get into bed to find what I am confident was a biological substance in the sheets. There was no extra set of sheets that fit the bed. We contacted vrbo and the host who told us to wash the sheets. Exhausted, we were awake another 1.5 - 2 hours waiting for both the sheets and comforter to wash and dry, as it was clear the bedding had not been cleaned or changed prior to our stay. We received some compensation for the issue, which did not amount to the cleaning fee. Assuming cleanliness was a top priority, we expected more from not only the state of the rental, but also the actions taken in response to us having to wash and make the bed, as well as the negative experience. There was a large roach seen in the kitchen area. Refrigerator was set too cold thus freezing our produce which was mush once thawed so we had to discard it. The front door handle was falling off making it difficult to close the door when trying to leave. The place was nicely decorated.

Perfect Corpus Condo
What a great little condos for us to stay and rest at between outings. Lots of jellyfish, so the pool was just clean and amazing with great amenities. The condo itself was clean and had all the essentials. Really great patio with real French doors, and a spacious bathroom. This washer/dryer is essential for any beach trip! Only issue was the key lock box was a little finicky but we got it. Would definitely stay here again, great hosts!

Awesome stay
It was quiet, clean, doing some remodeling but nothing that kept us from having a great time. Everything was easy to do and no issues we had everything that we needed. I will certainly stay again and hopefully real soon.

Weekend Getaway
We absolutely loved our stay! It was a perfect distance from the beach, grocery stores and restaurants. The condo was so homey and inviting, well stocked and perfectly decorated. The host Courtney, is amazing with communication, I had several questions and she answered them in a super fast manner! I definitely will plan another trip with Courtney!

Nice location / convenient
The bldgs are older, but unit is well kept. No elevator so you need to be good schlepping yourself and baggage up and down the stairs. A bit of traffic noise from Whitecap Blvd., but manageable. Loved the fishing pond. Nice pool/hot tub area. A short 7-10 minute walk to the ocean. Groceries also a short walk away. Would recommend to anyone wanting ocean without congested traffic and hordes of people. The USS Lexington in CC is worth the time and $$ to tour. Will certainly consider staying again.

Things to add
Very nice property. I felt it could have had a few more things...like a dish cloth - we just had a scrubber. We had no hand towels...plenty of bath towels and wash cloths but no hand towels. The mattress really needs replaced.
