Cottage on Beautiful Tie Lake with A/C and Hot Tub

A water-front luxury property at Tie Lake. Extras include a fire pit, A/C and a shared boat dock. Hand-crafted log beds accent the spacious bedrooms all with ensuites. Nearby trails for dirt biking, ATV’s, great fishing and a water ski course on the lake. The boat launch is 400m away and a short 20-minute drive will get you to Fernie Alpine Resort. Savour the tranquility and the chance to get reacquainted at this lake-side property.

All properties are equipped with decibel monitoring software. Our neighbours would appreciate you respecting our zero-tolerance policy to noise complaints and the quiet time rules being respected. Due to the new regulations at Tie Lake, capacity cannot exceed 10 total guests or fines will occur. Max. 6 parking spots and no street parking allowed.

Best Family holiday spot!
Very Clean and spacious. Great kitchen layout. All the kitchen appliances / utensils for a large family. Two ovens which were appreciated for our Christmas meal. Every room has a bathroom. Much needed with a large family. Two wood fireplaces, that made it warm and cozy. If you’re a large family, this is the place to go. Would like to return in the summer! Highly Highly recommend! Perfect family gathering
Perfect spot for our family and their kids to gather for a fantastic weekend! Lots of room for the family to play. All had their own bathroom and comfortable beds. Lots of outdoor space as well for playing games and running around. Recommend strongly.

Beautiful property on picturesque Tie Lake. Big bedrooms each with their own bathrooms. Lots of space for dining and visiting. Kitchen was. equipped with everything you could possibly need. Huge yard with fire pit and hot tub. Perfect for our multi-family weekend. Loved it.

Family Summer Holiday - 1st Annual we hope!!
Total of 16 family members, had a great time. Wonderful property with lots of room to spread out, two adjoining rooms for simultaneous eating and board/card games. Close to Koocanusa beach for day trips as well. Nice yard (although very dry while we were there) for bocce ball, ladder ball games. Suggestion: A dock ladder required to get out of lake.

Great family getaway!
This was the perfect place for our family. There was something for all ages. The front yard and back yard were great for our outdoor activities. We drove the very short distance to the public beach every day. The second dining room turned into a perler beading station when it wasn’t meal time. The families enjoyed their own space and appreciated having a bathroom for every bedroom. Beautiful home and location. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Lake Home
We had between 14 and 18 people stay with us over the course of our week. Everything you could imagine was there. Thank you to the owners for all that they have left for the use of people who rent their property. We enjoyed ourselves immensely and hope that one day we will be able to do it again. Again, a beautiful home with amazing access to the lake. We made a lot of wonderful memories at your Lake house.

Amazing cabin on beautiful, quiet Tie Lake!
The size of this property is not done justice by the photos. It is huge! We had a group of 16 and we all stayed here very comfortably. The property was so big that at times you’d think people were missing because not everyone had to be crammed into one room. Having the separate sleeping shack above the detached garage was a great surprise as well. Plenty of beds and bathrooms to go around. Neighbours were friendly. I thought the dock was right on the property judging by the photos but you do have to walk across the road to get to it. Not a big issue at all but it can be deceiving if you don’t look closely at the picture. Overall we were incredibly pleased and kept thinking to ourselves “wow, the folks who own this place have so much space to put family and friends!”

Beautiful Property
We rented this property for a small reunion for my brothers, sisters and spouses, 9 of us in total. There was plenty of room for everybody to comfortably visit, play games or sit for a quiet drink or coffee in what we called the sun room with a GREAT view of Loon Bay on Tie Lake. Very highly recommended, we may go again next year.

TIe Lake Family Christmas
This property was exceptional. It lived up to all our expectations. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen was well-equipped for the 12 of us. We spent a lot of time out in the beautiful yard even though the weather was very cold. The Christmas tree was very much appreciated and our family certainly made many new Christmas memories.

Perfect Lakefront Getaway
This property lived up to the pictures and then some! Very comfortable place for multiple families to have privacy and still eat meals together and visit! We would stay again in a second, property manager was awesome as well! Thanks for a great family vacation!

Heaven on Earth
Cabin at Loon Bay exceeded all of our expectations. A true gem in the Tie Lake region. There were 15 of us, 8 adult and 7 children, not once did the house feel crowded. Lots of room for kids to play and adults to relax. The moment we checked out, we started making plans for our next stay at the cabin. Can't wait to be back.

Beautiful Property!
Thank you for allowing us to use your home, it is beautiful. There were 6 of us friends that went away, we loved the property and we went golfing at the 9hole course in town. The course had lots of families with kids playing but very cheap and close to the property, for avid golfers we recommend going into Fernie or Cranbrook. FYI for anyone staying here, the town does have a liquor store at the pub, when we google mapped "liquor store" it did not come up so we went into Cranbrook, ops. As per the property, they had lots of fans for us to use to keep it cool and even had them on when we arrived which was a very nice touch and the property was very clean and fresh. The backyard is beautiful and there is a ton of space to enjoy and play games (the fireplace is a perfect size for multiple people and there was a BBQ-thank you for having back up propane in the garage). There is a ton of space in the home, lots of rooms for everyone to have their own space, we all had a movie night downstairs and the kitchen is spacious enough for multiple people to be in there cooking (kitchen included all of the tools we needed to cook) and there is a large dining room table so we could all eat together. The front balcony was lovely to sit on with a gorgeous view of the lake and the guest house is great! So perfect if you have multiple families or a couple who want their own space. The only complaint is that the lake is across the street and had a shared dock which was not what we were expecting, we thought it was right on the water and private dock. Now that I look again, there is a photo from the upstairs balcony looking out to the lake and you can see the road but we missed that. The lake is beautiful but but you cannot walk into the lake without being knee deep in mud. We did jump off of the dock to swim a bit but for these reasons we did not use the lake as much as we had hoped. We had a noise complaint (sorry about that), we found that sound travelled very easily in the neighborhood and across the lake as there was another group that we heard loud music from after 10pm one night. Overall, beautiful home, we really enjoyed our stay, thank you so much. Shout out to the management company for being so responsive and providing us with all of the information we needed, you guys were great!
