Cozy Lake Michigan Retreat

Our classic cottage-style home provides for a vacation of comfort and relaxation. The 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is located in Norton Shores between Muskegon and Grand Haven and surrounded by the breathtaking Lake Michigan.

If you have yet to visit Lake Michigan, prepare to be amazed! The unparalleled views abound and can be admired from almost every room in the house! Our home offers a spacious floor plan, high ceilings, and a plethora of windows making your stay airy and comfortable. Whether you are visiting town on business or pleasure, the location of the home feels private yet close to any desired amenities. The home is located only a few miles from a grocery store, airport, shopping, dining, bars, and much more!

Muskegon is known for fishing, sailing regattas, pleasure boating, and more! Whatever your forte, there is truly something for everyone! If you are in need of recommendations on our favorite activities in town, please feel free to reach out with any questions as we would love to assist in making your trip grand.

During your stay, you will have full access to your own private beach. There are 89 steps down to the beach, but the walk down features a few landings with benches and a fire pit. We highly recommend bringing your favorite drink and some s'mores down to the fire pit to watch the sunset over the lake!

Both the living room and kitchen offer plenty of seating for a large group to cook and socialize. The kitchen is fully stocked with any necessity you may need. If you are bringing children, the 2 sets of bunk beds are always a hit and there is also extra sleeping space on a sleeper sofa. We can accommodate 4 cars along with ample parking alongside the house and in front of the house.

CANCELLATION POLICY
-100% refund (minus a VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
-50% refund (minus a VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
-No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before the reservation date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT
This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, a starter supply of paper and cleaning products and after hours emergency maintenance services. All BVW Unsalted Vacations rentals follow local and state tax rules. Your reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, and a Damage Protection policy.

"The house was amazing, it accommodated 4 families perfectly. All of the furniture and appliances were in good condition, the layout of the house is really neat, it seemed bigger in person than it did in the pictures. The huge deck had plenty of lounge chairs and a great view of lake Michigan. The beach area in front of the house was pretty much private(when we were there at least), we had the beach to ourselves.. The management company in charge of the property did a good job of communicating leading up to check-in with instructions, wi-fi passwords, door lock keycodes, check-out instructions. Great location, short drives to Downtown Muskegon and Michigan Adventures. All in all a great Michigan vacation."
