Sister's weekend
The Sandpiper Cottage was spotless. The robes were a nice surprise and made it special, in fact, my sister looked them up and is going to buy one. The hot tub was perfect, and breakfast was delicious. Lisa answered my questions promptly and was a gracious hostess. I wish i would have had an address instead of directions, and i expected more of a villiage instead of a drive to everything. That, of couse, is no fault of the hostess. The cottage had everything we needed for our stay, and more. It was a great time away.

Lovely home is great location
This home was so nice and close to everything on the lake. The grocery store was a short walk or 1 minute drive. You could walk or drive to the Castaway restaurant which we highly recommend. The fireworks were an added bonus we were not expecting. Lisa the host was so accommodating and the breakfast was down right delicious!! If you are looking for a place on Craig Beach this place is the best!

If your looking for amazing and peaceful place to to relax this is the place.
Me and my boyfriend stayed 2 nights( next vacation it will be longer) this place was amazing, there is plenty of things to do in the area, just to name a few you can bring your fishing pole and sit back and catch fish or go kayaking or go to the beach and cool off or just take a nature walk then when you return back to the cabin sit and relax in the hot tub or just sit on back patio and relax we enjoyed hearing and seeing a few different kind of birds flying around. The host is amazing I had a few questions they responded really fast with the answer and delivered breakfast our first morning which was not only delicious but very kind of them to do.

Cute, cozy and clean
Myself and 4 teenagers stayed here and we had plenty of room. The decor is adorable, the cottage was clean and everyone loved getting to use their own robe! The area is quiet with close access to grocery stores and the beach. We didn’t walk to the beach because the teens said it was too far- it was a 2 minute car ride…. Ugh-Teenagers. We loved that we had supplies to do laundry and soaps and shampoo. The owner came and helped us rent the dock and we bought the extra kayaks for use. We decided to rent very late in the day and the owner was quick to respond to help. We were under the impression from the owner that we could use the kayaks and dock the next day. We were surprised to come back at 4pm the next day from our boat rental on another lake to see the kayaks gone and dock locked. Perhaps we misunderstood? But $85 full price for a partial day rental of the dock and 2 kayaks left us a little disappointed. We should have made the decision earlier to rent. Other than that moment- we had a great time- the owner provided breakfast one day that was fantastic. We had seasonings and oils and plenty of pots pans and dishes to make our own meals too. Thank you!

The Sandpiper was clean, very cutely decorated and had everything you and your family could need on a getaway....pack your clothes and go! Lisa was extremely helpful and stayed in communication with us, very pleasant and her waffles were amazing! Would def recommend!!!

Sun and Fun at the Sandpiper
My wife and I had a wonderful 4 day stay at this cute, well kept cottage! The location is walkable to the water, beach, State Park and a couple neat restaurants and was ideal for our boating trip. The Sandpiper has everything you need, including a cozy hot tub and offered peaceful evenings after a day in the Sun. The owner was extremely communicative as well! Looking forward to a return trip in the future!

Home away from hime
We love staying here with our elderly parents whenever we visit our daughter. The property is clean and spacious. The kitchen well sticked with supplies and utensils, all i need to do is make a quick trip to the nearby grocery store if we don't feel like dining out. They have all the equipment for me to make a quick meal including a crockpot. Check in/check out is easy. We love walking to the lake. There's a short drive to winery as well. It's the perfect getaway destination.

Great Little Cottage
We had a very nice stay at the Sandpiper Cottage. The host was very easy to communicate with and very sweet, and makes a delightful breakfast! Cute cottage, beautiful lake community and a fun atmosphere at Castaway Craigs! We enjoyed kayaking around the lake. Cant wait for our return.

I wish there were more stars to give. My family and I felt right at home. Everything was so much more than we expected and they think of everything. Our youngest kids were in love with the origami cranes that were on the bed. We couldn’t have asked for better host for our weekend. Everyone loved the hot tub as well. It was a nice way to relax every evening. Everything that you can think of to do is all close to the cottage. And I can’t forget about the homemade breakfast. It was fantastic. We talked about how delicious the waffles were the whole way home. We’re already talking about making this a yearly stay. Everyone was sad to go but excited to return again. Will gladly and definitely stay again and again. I give it a 10/10.

Relaxing getaway!
My husband and I were able to sneak away for a couple nights for a stay at the relaxing Sandpiper! When we opened the front door they had the fireplace going and relaxing music playing-it helped set the tone for the whole weekend! We made a delicious dinner in the fresh kitchen- we loved the big butcher block island! The next morning we enjoyed a yummy breakfast of homemade waffles, sausage, oranges, coffee and OJ delivered to the back door from the owners- a special treat! We had wonderful massages at reflections yoga and wellness- only 3 minutes down the road! It was a cold weekend but the hot tub was plenty hot and a way to enjoy some time outside. Thank you for a relaxing weekend and hosting us in your home! We are excited to come back in the summer when we can enjoy the short walk to the beach and the kayaks!

Heaven on earth
I found this cottage for hubby's 50 th. The owners are so responsive, polite, and so very sweet. The cottage was so nice! We walked into the Christmas trees lit, fireplace on and beautiful music playing! Woke up in the morning to waffles, sausage, coffee and orange juice delivered right to the back door! And the hot tub was perfect with lots of privacy. We are coming back to this exact same place this summer to try out the kayaks! Thank you for the best 50 th ever!

A Nice Anniversary
My Wife and I had a great weekend by the lake we can’t always take time off from work to take long trips so a weekend at lake Milton was perfect for our anniversary. The Hosts we very nice and accommodating on all fronts! The property isn’t far from water, wineries, and fun! The hot tube was also a nice feature to have and was VERY clean!

Delightful romantic getaway!
We had an amazing time at The Sandpiper. It is such an adorable location and perfect for our wedding anniversary getaway. The hottub was a perfect finish to the night after a long day of antique shopping and fishing. Would definitely recommend taking them up on the breakfast offer to, it was amazing!! Thank you for such an awesome stay.
