Perfect Place to Stay in Crystal River!
This was the perfect place to stay on our week trip to Crystal River for kayaking and snorkeling with the manatees. Location in about 4 miles out of town with a 8-10 minute drive to all the tour places. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a drip coffee maker. Beds were comfortable and the canal location was exotic and very safe.We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful
This place was absolutely beautiful. The space under the house was very convenient for washing dive gear and letting it drip dry, and the screened in porch was a great place to sit, watch the sunrise, and listen to the birds sing. Would definitely recommend.

This house had everything we needed.
We enjoyed our stay. The house is nice and is well stocked. Like every house in the area, it is built up with parking below so has a flight of stairs to get in. It is centrally located to good restaurants, shopping, a beach and boating excursions. We would definitely stay there again!

The location was perfect, the setting quiet. One small issue with no kitchen towels-the property manager sent new ones out within a few hours. Very pleased with the prompt response.

Relaxing stay at this lovely home!
My husband and I enjoyed a couple of wonderful days at this lovely location. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The screened in back porch was wonderful for having coffee in the morning. We highly recommend it! The location is easily accessible to local attractions like Three Sisters Springs. Do be aware that the stairs in the front and back are steep and a little hard on the knees if you have arthritis. The property manager was very nice and responsive both before and during the visit. All in all, it’s definitely a 5 out of 5!!

Excellent Crystal River getaway location
The place is exactly as described and very clean. Everything was in good working condition and we enjoyed our stay. We ran into a few weather issues heading into our trip and the property manager worked with us to accommodate our concerns. She even personally drove to the property and checked on it prior to our arrival. I definitely look forward to returning and staying there in the future.

The house and are were amazing! Super easy check in and check out process with lots of great information about things to do in the area. We ended up checking out Homosassa and went on an airboat ride and took a kayak tour with the manatees. We really enjoyed oue time, and the home was very comfortable to stay in. We had a everything we needed.

Nice weekend
We stayed here for a long weekend after Thanksgiving. Our family of four had a blast! We brought a 14 ft John boat and our kayaks and we’re able to easily navigate the small canal. Low tide made it difficult to park our kayaks and had to walk through the mud. Home is very secluded and we loved laying in the hammock one afternoon.

This place was perfect for a weekend getaway. It was close to everything we wanted to do.

The property was as advertised and worked well for us. We had no issues with our 23 foot boat and everything we needed was readily available. The dock has water, power and lighting. That was helpful. Nice and peaceful neighborhood and a short ride to the boat ramp. We would certainly book it again.

Easy Check In - Great Accommodations
Easy to find, easy check-in & great accommodations. Very clean and up to date. Everything privided (except bar soap). The Springs & boat ramp are close by. Food was good at Charlie's & Margueritagrille (with nice views). Too early for scallop season, so headed up to Steinhatchee. Caught a few, but weather chased us off the bay. Will plan to return. Thank you for providing your home!

Great.....but.....
This is a great property, but unfortunately, it is not as described. We are in the midst of working with Evolve to get a refund. The property does have a dock, but it is NOT safe to use. There is NO way a 26 foot boat could make it to the dock except at high tide and for a couple of hours. The dock needs to be extended into the canal to truly advertise this amenity correctly. I confirmed with Evolve before booking that the lower portion of the dock is floating because we planned to bring jet skis with us. There is NO floating element to the dock (which I realize is not advertised.....hence why I asked and confirmed before booking). The house itself is cute and clean. The house leans toward the extra bedroom so if you have any balance issues, you'll want to look elsewhere. There was an army of ants in the kitchen near the sink and window which we fought throughout our stay. The mattresses desperately need to be reaplaced for the extra room (daybed and trundle) and the pull-out couch. Our 17 year old woke up with vertigo the first morning because of the lean of the house in addition to the lean of the trundle mattress. We ended up using the blow-up mattress (that did not have sheets that fit it). I communicated all of this with Marlene, who was responsive, but unable to do anything except call the bug company to spray for the ants outdoors. She did contact Evolve for us when I showed her the communication which confirmed the floating dock. We could have overlooked many of these smaller issues if the dock situation had worked out. We traveled to Crystal River primarily to have a house to "ski-in, ski-out" and were extremely disappointed that this wasn't the case. We live in an area where we could go to a boat ramp every day and would not have traveled over at all. I did look for another property on VRBO after the first night (we got in later than expected, at dark, so didn't realize the dock wasn't floating as confirmed, and didn't realize the unlevel nature of the house would affect our daughter as it did until she awoke the first morning). The only other place had carpet throughout the property, which we need to stay away from. The kitchen was well stocked and I was able to cook what I needed. It's been a week since my husband spoke with Reggie at Evolve. We are waiting for their response .

Relaxing on the Canal
Very nice home that's close to any of the Crystal River attractions and groceries! Quiet evenings with occasional manatee visits. You can fish off your own dock. Poles are available you just need bait and your favorite tackle.

Perfect vacation
We're never disappointed when we rent the lighthouse property. It's always relaxing and peaceful the wildlife is always fun to watch we always enjoy our stay there, there was one little mishap with the air conditioner and I called Marlene and they were right on it. it was done within an hour after I talked to property manager and we really appreciate it. I don't think there's another place that we would ever rent except for that one.

Awesome place!
This property was fantastic. Well maintained. Had a dock for our boat. Fish cleaning station which was nice (yes we cleaned fish!!) the vaulted ceilings and made the place look bigger. Kitchen had all you needed. Great screened in porch. I rent a lot of properties and this one was top notch.
