Great for family stays, beautiful home. Back yard has a unique heated pool / Spa with nice falls. Outdoor kitchen with a large dining table, seats 8. Sitting area under Mexican Palm cabana, and more sitting area. Inside, Large kids game room. TV in the master bedroom, living room, and game room. Two dining tables inside. Central location to everywhere, close To DFW airport.

House rules :

1. Party rules: No Party is allowed. This house is located in a safe, nice, quiet, peaceful, and friendly neighborhood. Unauthorized events are not allowed. Outdoor quiet time is 10 pm - 8:00 am. Pre-approval is required for any visitors.

2. Parking: Only parking on the back driveway or in front of our house only. No parking in front of any neighbor's house, no blocking mailboxes. and 6 cars is the max.

3. Spa /Pool heat: The pool can be scheduled to be heated only between 10 am to 9.30 pm upon advanced request only. The heater system only accommodates the entire pool at 82-85 degrees or spa to 99 degrees.
The heat fee is $80 per day for the pool and spa.
If you only need the spa heat - $50 per day.
Pool heater :
If the outdoor temperature is above 50 degrees, heating the entire pool to 82-85 degrees is possible within 10-12 hours, but if the outdoor temperature is lower than 50 degrees, heating the entire pool is very challenging, and may not be warm enough for swimmers, please keep this in mind. Actually, running the heater under 40 degrees can be detrimental to the unit, so our pool heater will not be operated if the temperature is at or below 40 degrees.

Spa Heater.
Spa heat can reach 95-99 degrees within 2 hours
(the same operational temperatures apply for Spa heating)
If the outdoor temperature is 40 degrees or lower heater is not going to be operated to protect the unit.


4. Our nightly rate covers the first 8 guests, for extra guests, $20/ per night / per guest. Please book with an accurate guest count, the system will provide an accurate quote before the booking is finalized. (Not a party venue home) Outdoor quiet time is 9.30pm , No parking in front of neighbors' house . Visitors needs pre-approval , Unauthorized guests are not allowed.

5. Illicit Drugs or Activities: Strictly no illicit drugs or activities permitted on the property, and no excessive alcohol consumption. If it is discovered that guests are not adhering to this rule their reservation will be canceled without refund and will have to vacate the property.

No smoking or vaping inside the home.

6. After you check in , if there are any issues with the house , please let the hosts know right away , Issues need to be addressed during the stay. thank you.

7. Violation of the main house rules (noise ordinance violations, unauthorized /excessive guests and/or vehicles parking in front of the neighbor's houses ) can constitute a cancelation of your booking .

8. Pets needs preapproval , pet fee $20 per pet per stay.

Our group of 10 enjoyed our stay
We really appreciated the bunk beds and options for sleeping. The pool and hot tub area are amazing. It might be nice to note that with only 2 bathrooms, larger groups have to flex a bit.. and it needs noting that there is a huge power station right behind the fence.. major eye sore. Otherwise, the owners were very attentive and helpful.

Perfect for Large Families
We had stayed here for an after Christmas Family gathering with all the grandkids and our children. It was a mix of food, fun, family games and pool/hot tub times. Excellent location to everything. We went to the Gaylord Ice, Six Flags, and a few other small areas around.House was immaculate! The extra space in all the rooms were perfect for us all.We did end up speaking with the homeowners of some things we felt was not prepared for a large family there for a few days. They were very receptive as this is a NEW home on the listings. Owners are extremely nice and welcoming. Very helpful when needed. Would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

We stayed 4 nights, our family flew in for a wedding (9-10 people total). House was clean, could smell bleach as we walked in. Host was a great communicator, responding to my emails quickly. My only suggestion I have is if the guest paid for the pool and hot tub to be heated that the guest should have control of when the system gets switched. I felt like it should have been communicated to me that I needed to ask the host to switch to hot tub heating everyday. On the second night the hot tub was not hot, Luke warm at best, the third night was the wedding and we arrived home at 11:50pm and the host turned the jets in for another few hours without us asking. The last night we had the bride and groom over for the hot tub and the jets and heat turned off at 9pm. At that point I didn’t want to bother the host but it was frustrating. This is best place to stay in flower mound / lewisville area bar none. Always clean and plenty of space. the back area is great place to start mornind and evening is fun to watch all the planes lined up to land. If you doubt me just look how far its boiked ahead (3 months out) . Definitely will book again

Awesome stay
We spent our mini honeymoon at the house, visited the stockyards and spent time around the pool. We enjoyed the amenities offered, we just were not impressed with the couches in the living room or the bonus room/kids room…they were very uncomfortable to sit on. Other than that everything was awesome!

Great Home
We stayed here for a long weekend for a family wedding. We needed a place that was all 1 floor for my elderly grandma and this place was perfect. There were 7 of us total and we were all very comfortable. The pool area was beautiful, unfortunately the weather was rainy and cold on the 1 day we didnt have much planned so we didnt get to spend much time out there. Would definitely stay here again if weren't back in the area!

The house was perfect for our group of 14. The only suggestion with having only 2 bathrooms with that many people would be to add some mirrors to the bedrooms for an easier "getting ready" process. Our hosts were very prompt when we had a question, although we didn't meet in person they were friendly in their communications. Check in and out was seamless.

Great place for a big family
We stayed here for a family weekend. From adults in their 60s to elementary school kids, the house accommodated everyone well. We found the house in a great quiet neighborhood. It was very clean and tidy. Had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The game area was a fun place for kids and to watch a movie as a family. The outdoor grilling area and pool were great although the weather didnt permit much outside activity. Would definitely stay again. 10/10 would reccommend.

Wedding weekend
The property was perfect for our family weekend wedding needs. Christina was so accommodating and very quick to reply to any question or request I made. The home was extremely clean and spacious. We did not get to enjoy the outdoor living space because it was too cold, but with all the comforts inside, it didn't matter to us! Great place to stay and highly recommend working with Christina!

The property worked out great. The only challenge was that it has only two bathrooms, and one is in the master suite. The outdoor area was great. We really enjoyed our stay.

The best NYE!!
This house is beautiful in a quiet neighborhood. PLENTY of space and had everything we needed to be comfortable. My guests and I enjoyed it and brought in the new year here. Christina and Roy are so nice and accommodating. She stayed on the phone to help when i needed assistance. I will be only staying at their properties in Dallas from now on.
