Luxurious 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home in the perfect location near Lake Ray Hubbard. Walking distance to downtown Rockwall for shopping and dining and less than 5 minute drive to the local YMCA, Harry Myers Park or Caruth Lake & Park. Home is fully remodeled and features 3 full bedrooms including spacious master with ensuite bathroom with garden tub, separate shower, double vanities, large walk in closet and natural light. Master also has rollaway twin in closet for extra sleeping. Upstairs bedrooms are spacious and share a hallway full bathroom with shower/tub. One bedroom upstairs includes a luxury queen bed with memory foam topper, large dresser and walk in closet. Other bedroom is set up perfectly for the kids with a full over full bunk bed and twin trundle, XBOX 1 system and lots of games & 43" HDTV with player chairs and spacious closet. Living Room features a huge sectional with lots of seating for your group, Smart TV with full cable, and dining area for hosting your family/friends. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need for your stay including cookware, plates, cups, cutlery, small appliances and cooking/baking utensils. You'll find a 12 cup drip coffee maker that uses standard filters along with a Keurig that takes standard K-cups. Fridge is full sized with pull out freezer drawer. Tons of cabinet space and pantry for your items. Step out into the backyard oasis and enjoy the luxury of a large pool with fountains pouring out of the stone wall. Right off the fully covered patio, we have an exquisite luxury hot tub with seating for 9. Outdoor area features a smart TV with outdoor seating, coffee table with integrated fire pit, gas grill and yard space. Ping pong table, foosball, basketball goal 🏀 and other games there for you! Fantastic place
The house was perfect for a family get together. There were great games, pool, hot tub etc. The owners were great and easy to comminicate with. Super convenient location just north of Rockwall square.

Awesome place!
We stayed as a family. My nephews and daughter loved it. All the games in the garage and the pool. We really enjoyed the decor and feel of homey-ness. And the hot tub! All the instructions were very clear and everything there was thought through in great detail. We just came to relax. Didn’t do much outside of the house. But there is a cute coffee shop and a bunch of great breakfast down the street.

Great spot for family
Stayed here with the family for a wedding in Rockwall. Kids loved the amazing park right down the road. The house was super clean and spacious - we were able to fit our daughters pack n play in the closet so it kind of was like four rooms. We appreciated the fans in each room too!

How can you visit Texas without a pool?!
House was great! My family of 5 plus my mom and aunt came to visit my sister and brother-in-law for an end of summer trip! It was HOT but having such easy access to a pool was amazing! Great for the kids as they pretty much lived in it during our stay! Great location and clean! Easy acces to pretty much anywhere! Will definitely keep this property in mind when booking our next trip! Thanks again for your hospitality!

Enjoyed our stay. The property was perfect for the four of us (two adults, one tween, one child). Check-in was very easy and tge instructions provided were perfect. The property has some internal cosmetic issues that need to be addressed, such as the front door area, but overall the place was nice and free of any real visual issues. The amenities were great and except for the heat, the entire house would have been used at some point of our stay. The shower water pressure in the master bath needs to be addressed, but it could be as simple as changing the shower head. The upper bath is much better. The swimming pool is PERFECT for beginning swimmers. My younger child is profressing with her swimming and the fact that i could stand in the entire pool allowed her to swim without restrictions. The esthetics of the pool are amazing as well. The waterfalls were a massive hit with my kids. I would have liked a little more personal interaction with the owners, but it wasnt absolutely necessary. I just like a personal touch, rather than online communication. Unsure ill atay in this part of Dallas again as all of my folks are south of the big city, but very happy i chose this location. Thanks a bunch.

We were in town from north and south Texas for a Bricks in the Wall concert at House of Blues. At first I thought it was a mistake because it was farther than we expected from the venue. The house, the pool, the location just 3 miles from a local brewery, grocery and drug stores all within a few miles. The pool and grill were perfect for us. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Awesome stay in Rockwall
Our family stayed at this lovely home for Spring break, we traveled from the Philly suburbs to our first visit to the Lonestar state. The house was perfect for us, and was exactly as described in the listing. The house had everything we needed to make ourselves at home during our stay. The couch is dangerously comfortable, you almost didn't want to leave it! We had 2 teens with us that spent a majority of their waking time at the house either playing basketball, ping pong or in the hot tub. It was too cold to swim, but the pool did look inviting. The backyard was awesome, we enjoyed our morning coffee out on the patio, and had some lunches out there as well. The location of the house was great, we got to explore downtown Rockwall and their little shops/restaurants, and we had some great meals at The Yacht Club for brunch, TLC on the Lake and Primos Tex-Mex for dinner. Short drives from the house with lake views, they come highly recommended. We were close enough to Dallas for a Phillies-Rangers game and to visit the JFK Sixth Floor museum, but also felt removed from the hustle and bustle of city life. There's a grocery store a mile down the road, which was really convenient. If we ever find ourselves back in Texas, we would definitely stay here again. We appreciated the ease of communication with Ryan and Roxy, and we loved our stay in Rockwall.

Home away from home
This house was just perfect for our group! It is even better in person than the pictures. Super comfortable and well-equipped. Our kids loved the hot tub and all of the games. The beds were super comfortable and the house really has everything you need. Close to stores, restaurants, grocery and a huge awesome park. The owner is very responsive. We hope to be back some day!
