Nice place to stay after concert in Dallas.
We stayed here after the concert we attended at the Majestic Theater in Dallas. Bed was comfortable. Place was very clean and met our needs. The check-in was a bit confusing and the walk from the elevator to our apartment was a bit long.

Classy and upscale property
Lovely property with comfortable beds and great neighborhood. The check in process was a bit clumsy. The elevator was not working. The walk from my vehicle to the actual apartment was very long. This property is not for those with mobility issues or bad knees, back, etc. However, the apartment itself has beautiful decor and a large, sunken, garden tub and walk-in glass shower. It's a high end unit with a classy, urban, feel. The internet was not workng properly. So, I couldn't get any work done. That was the biggest issue for me.

Extremely loud building and very inconvenient parking
The unit itself is clean and nicely furnished. The apartment building is huge and the kind of new "luxury" construction that would make you feel like you've made it as a young 20 something. Nice enough now but cheap construction. Here is why we would not stay again: 1) This is the loudest building I've ever stayed in. I don't know if the tenants upstairs are gymnasts, but it certainly sounded like tumbling practice was going on above us 24/7. It was shockingly loud and constant. If you wouldn't sleep well under a bowling alley, don't stay here. 2) They do not include parking, despite there being a convenient attached garage. We had to park in visitor (if available) or on the street, and this unit is literally as far as possible from the entrance. We had two kids, luggage and extra Xmas stuff to carry. Each trip back and forth to the car was a 5+ minute walk each direction. No thank you. 3) I don't believe they're changing the apart door entry code between visitors because it is the same as the apartment unit number. I think they're only updating the building access code and hoping for the best.

The condo was very nice and mostly clean. The rugs on the bathroom floor needed to be cleaned. When I got into my bed, my sheets smelled like men’s cologne. So that was very concerning.

This apartment was one of the cleanest properties I have ever stayed in. The beds were comfortable and having private baths for each bedroom was a luxury for the price. There is only dining space for two people and it is a bit of a walk to the apartment from the elevator, but I would highly recommend this property.
