L'étang et la forêt juste à l'extérieur est assez animé parfois avec tous les types d'animaux résidant dans la campagne. C'est incroyable!

La piscine dispose d'un agréable coin salon et 4 chaises longues pour votre plaisir. La piscine peut être chauffée et est recommandée d'octobre à avril. La nuit, vous aurez un moment magique avec la lumière allumé dans la piscine tout en écoutant le bruit de la nature.
Souvent, vous trouverez des jouets près de la piscine, laissés par les invités précédents.
Il y a un filet de sécurité autour de la piscine à prendre et à enlever.
Le patio a une véranda partiellement couverte pour se rafraîchir sous.

Toutes les 4 chambres ont une télévision. Maison est équipée pour 9 personnes personne supplémentaire est de 100 $ de plus.

La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size et d'une salle de bains privative avec baignoire et douche à l'italienne. Accessibilité totale aux fauteuils roulants.

AC Issues
The home and pool area are very nice. The AC unit is very sensitive. The unit kept shutting off at night making it difficult to sleep in any bedroom without a fan. The mattresses are very uncomfortable. The home is accessible, however the shower should have 3 permanent grab bars installed in roll-in shower. The kitchen has an island which makes it very difficult to get around. The pool lift is AMAZING! A person can get from their wheelchair to the seat and can lower themselves depending on their disability. I’m an above the knee amputee and I had zero issues with the lift.

It was a nice and peaceful community. My mother could maneuver around the house with ease in a walker. The pool was clean and faced a pond, which was nice. I also liked that there was a privacy screen around the pool, so my daughter's had more privacy when lying out in the sun. The owner is easy to get a hold of and answered quickly when I needed her.

The property and host were great. Property is exactly what pictures reflect. The pool is good size and game room was a lot of fun. Host was very nice and responsive before and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again and we would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Very nice house
The house was very clean and a nice size. It was in a gated community so we felt safe. It's only 15 miles to Disney and Seaworld but with traffic it took us anywhere from 45 mins to an hr to get where we were going. The house had plenty to do. The pool and game room are both nice for kiddos.

Neighborhood was very secure, peaceful and beautiful. Home was immaculate and comfy. Everything we needed. Instructions were very clear. Loved the pool and game room for the kids. Will definitely stay again. The handicapped accessible features are very handy for families with any elderly or disabled members.

Very spacious
The property was very spacious and allowed our families to spend time together. Children enjoyed swimming in the pool most days (heated). The game room was a fun bonus: we played air hockey and other arcade games. It was fun to teach the kids how to use a jukebox. The kitchen had everything you needed and there were plenty bathrooms. One minor detail is that the beds were very firm which made the beds uncomfortable (for those that prefer a bit more plush). A huge plus was being able to bring our dog along. Overall it was a great stay!

The doors going into the bathroom were only 30 inches, not making much space for a wheelchair to go through. Not enough room to turn the wheelchair around in the toilet area, had to have help getting in & out. Nice roll in shower. Bed in master bedroom was a good height to get in & out. Bed in master bedroom was comfortable. But the other 3 bedrooms, needed some updating, very uncomfortable. Nice game room. Hard to get up to sink in the handicap bathroom.

Stay tainted by owner
The place is filthy. The walls are dirty, the couches are discolored and stained, and the pool is filled with bugs. We're Floridians, so we understand that bugs get into the pool. This was extensive...especially for a screened in patio. Even after spending 30 minutes skimming the pool, my daughter still didn't want to swim in it. The owner was mistaken about the clubhouse hours (it's closed on the weekends) and the air hockey table is unplayable. The puck flies off every other shot. So, taking the pool, the clubhouse, and the air hockey table off the list of things to do, it wasn't much of a vacation rental. We managed to have fun anyway. After the stay, the owner doubled the cleaning fee and claimed it was because of dog hair on the comforter. We brought our own comforter and didnt use theirs. Avoid this property.

House Beautiful it was after are vacation was over
The house was awesome not complaints until after we left. We checked out of the house on May 28 left the house very clean. However beware if you rent from this lady. I will start from the beginning. We were charged a 58.00 processing fee after we booked the house and I was told that this is a charge VRBO charges when you book with them. I spoke with VRBO when we got back and about some issues with the owner. They told me that the owner is responsible for the 58.00 fee not the renter. Anyway I will continue. So we took our little 14 year old rat terrier that can't jump on stuff anymore. When we got back home like I said the owner had sent me an email stating the dog had torn a whole in the sheet and there was dog hair on the bed. Um no ma'am my dog wasn't even in that room and couldn't even jump on the bed. My dog was not on the bed and did not tear the sheet. Anyway she sent me a video of the dog hair. The dog hair she sent me was 1 1/2 inches long. Rat Terriers don't have hair that long and the hair she sent was black. My dog is white and gray. I discussed this with her and she kept telling me that my dog was on the bed and tore her sheet. The dog slept in the room with me on her blanket she isn't even allowed on my bed. She kept telling me that it was my dog and that $140.00 would come off the $300.00 hold on my card and VRBO would release the other 160.00. I'm running out of room on this screen I will continue on the next if it cuts me off.

It was a beautiful house in a beautiful setting. The little ones loved the pool and game room.
The renting process was very easy. The property owner kept in contact with me the time following up to our check in date. She explained everything very well and was a fantastic host.

The home was average. Beware of staying here lots of rules after you make the final payment! When using a credit card was informed that I needed to pay an additional for a processing fee before They would release the entry code. Then 2 weeks after the stay was charged for a broken toilet seat THAT WAS NOT BROKEN! PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO OTHER REVIEWS LISTED PREVIOUSLY FOR THESE TYPES OF ADDITIONAL FEES !

The perfect place for our family.
Our family found the accommodations of this house to be be about perfect. We are 6 people—including 4 children—ages 14, 12, 10 and 18 months. The kids really enjoyed the pool, game room, internet and and their own rooms equipped with TV’s. We found the pool temperature to be pretty comfortable—so we didn’t pay to have it heated. We were initially worried about renting a house with a pool—given the ever exploring and mischievous nature of our eighteen month old. But the pool area has a protective netting/fence which prevents directed access to the pool—and gave us peace of mind. The house has everything—including a bbq grill, high chair and portable crib. The kitchen is well equipped, including dishwasher, disposal and coffee maker. Our kids were very impressed with the size of the place—plenty of space for everyone to do their own thing if need be. We especially liked the fact that the master bedroom is some distance from the other rooms. The property is located in a gated community—with 24 hour security. Getting in and out was a breeze. The place seems super safe—despite a 5’ gator who lives in the backyard pond. Our 18 month was fascinated with the 4’ tall Sand Hill Cranes who approached to within arm’s length—and danced! The house is pretty private and the neighborhood fairly quiet. One suggestion to the owner—bigger, better towels. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend!

Very nice house
The house was very nice and met our needs, and I felt very safe and comfortable doing morning walks in the neighborhood - sidewalks throughout. Didn't love the location only because everything we had planned required getting on I-4 or I-75 which were both completely backed up with traffic and construction - and difficult to get to from the house - but that was obviously not the fault of the property or the owner. Franka was very nice and very helpful and provided a nice supply of everything we needed. Publix grocery store and selection of restaurants was 10 minutes away.

This was a wonderful find for us based on my husband’s physical limitations. The pool was clean and had a lifter for him to use. Shower seats, walker, reacher were all available and ramps allowed access to all rooms. I wish the owner had other properties in different areas. I’d do it all again, no question!

Family vacation, host charged an unreasonable fee afterwards.
The house was average, two mattresses need replacement, limited utensils and cutlery, overall dated. The pool was cool but in decent shape. Upon our return home the host contacted me with pictures of a broken faucet on the bath tub in the master bedroom, this tub wasn’t used by us, the cleaners even acknowledged this but the host said it wasn’t broken before we arrived. I strongly disagreed with this being our responsibility, these things can happen anytime, regular wear and tear. The host obviously didn’t agree and went ahead and charged my visa $70 American to fix it, I am disgusted and will never stay there again, strongly recommend against anyone else staying there as this isn’t good customer service. We left the house very clean, not to mention the bottom grease tray on the bbq fell off while cooking, landing in the propane tank, I immediately took a photo and sent it to the host. I personally thought we were great keepers of this property, very disappointing…
