Cette maison a été construite et meublée comme maison témoin modèle pour cette station, et cela se voit. Dès l'instant où vous entrez, vous pouvez voir la différence.
Avec de magnifiques carreaux dans tout le rez-de-chaussée, au mobilier contemporain moderne et aux traitements de fenêtre, cette maison a tout pour plaire. Lorsque vous entrez dans la maison, vous trouverez le deuxième coin salon, avec deux canapés et même une table de poker!
En traversant le rez-de-chaussée, vous entrez dans la salle à manger et le salon de la cuisine américaine. L'énorme table à manger de 10 places est faite d'une seule pièce de bois et attire vraiment le regard. Dans le salon, vous trouverez une grande télévision à écran plat sur le mur avec un lecteur DVD pour ceux qui se reposent le soir après avoir traversé les parcs toute la journée.

Dehors, vous trouverez la grande terrasse de la piscine avec de nombreux sièges et chaises longues, la terrasse a même des lumières intégrées pour les soirées dont vous avez besoin pour vous rafraîchir!

A l'étage, vous trouverez la suite parentale avec une immense salle de douche attenante. A l'étage, vous trouverez 2 autres chambres king, une chambre queen et une chambre avec lits superposés. Chaque chambre dispose d'une télévision à écran plat,

Dans la salle de jeux, vous trouverez une table de billard, une table de hockey sur air et même un baby-foot pour divertir les enfants (ou les enfants de cœur) pendant des heures.

Tout cela dans les belles portes, station gardée de Watersong. Le clubhouse n'est qu'à quelques minutes à pied et dispose d'un immense centre de fitness, d'un cyber café, d'un beach-volley, d'une aire de jeux pour enfants et même d'un putting green!

The house was itself was perfect, nice outdoor space pool and hot tub were clean had a lot of fun in, location was great very quiet very relaxing, kitchen living room sitting arias were very nice lots of room for the 10 of us the coffee maker didn’t work no big deal we went to Publix bought one hope the next guest can enjoy it, frying pans were honestly garage should be replaced the beds were absolutely awful mattresses should be replaced but over all we really enjoyed would go if the mattresses were replaced there are to many places to choose from to sleep on worn mattresses like those.

GREAT PLACE!!!
We all agreed that the toilets need to be more the senior ones. Everyone was very nice!! The Security Guard was Awesome!!!!! In my party there was a 95, 84, and 4 of us that were 59 year old. We did have some problems with the hot tub with the water draining out. They came and got it running again, but found out if you stay in it for a long time it likes to drain but did come back up. We enjoyed the property and would stay here again if we need a big house everyone enjoyed the house, pool, and all the room!!!! Communication was awesome!!! I had many people stopping by but no parties, we just did hair and makeup for my son’s wedding!!!

We were a little disappointed in the accommodations. The beds are really low to the floor. The carpet upstairs and in stairwell was stained. The dryer took forever to dry a load of clothes, you may want to look into this which will cause the electric bill to be extremely high. The roaches in the kitchen, and the roaches in the kitchen we had to buy some (home defense). The neighborhood was great, as well as the neighbors.The house was in close range of most places we went.

Huge, wonderful home!
We have stayed in Watersong before, and we have yet to be disappointed! This house was big, very clean, the pool (we opted to add heat) was AMAZING! The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was huge! United Vacation Homes was great to work with. The security guards at the front gate were super kind and helpful, and even the neighbors were great! We definitely recommend this home!

It is located within a short driving distance of golfing or Disney. Traffic will play a role in transportation times. The property was clean and maintained. The checkin process was simple and straight forward. I would stay here again without hesitation

Absolutely fantastic property. Everything you needed and more. The beds were so comfortable and spacious. Beautiful bathrooms with both bath and shower in some rooms. The downstairs living accommodation was huge with an open plan kitchen. The outside area had a lovely pool which was a blessing after long days at the parks. In the garage was a games room with pool table and air hockey. A large round poker table was available too if you fancied a game of cards. 6 adults and one infant had a fabulous time. I would highly recommend this property. Will definitely book it again if we ever go to Florida again.

Second stay not as good as first stay at this house
We were looking forward to our return visit to this house, since the size and layout of the home is perfect for our family vacation. After driving almost 9 hours we arrived at the house to find out the entry code given to us was not working. Tried calling management company, no answer and couldn’t leave a voicemail. Luckily Maria at the guard shack was able to get in touch with the owner to remotely reprogram the door code. The house did have some new furniture but the furniture didn’t outweigh the signs of needed attention. During our stay we found bugs in the kitchen area and bathrooms. The kitchen equipment (utensils, pot/pans) definitely need to be replaced. A house that size should not only have 9 forks. Some of the pots and pans were so dirty and/or old we were didn’t use them. The hot tub could not be used because when the jets were turned on the water drained out from the hot tub (reported to manage company). In addition, the pool was turning greener as the week went by! The first time we used the clothes dryer, it made a loud banging noise. We reported this to management company and a maintenance man did come out and told us that parts to be ordered and they would arrive the following week to fix the dryer but it was ok to still use the dryer. Based on this weeks experience, we won’t be renting this home in the future.

Overall my experience was pretty good. There was quite a few cockroaches around the home and that was something that I noticed as I furthered into my stay at the home. Communication with the home owner wasn’t as great. I tried to contact them about some issue with the parking but they didn’t explain to me how to resolve the issue.

Nice spot liked the gated community.
Place was as listed, just a couple of items needed taken care card table chairs were broken, well used I imagine, The floor around the family room couch area, could use a good scrubbing, There was no barbq They do nee to restock their glasses, but we would book this location again as it was central to everywhere and had the space for 3 couples to stay The owner/management was very quick to respond to any questions and help out.

Good property but some frustrating aspects
The house was nice and equipped with everything we needed except for the password for the WiFi. One of our party needed the connection to continue working and we weren't able to get the password until the fourth day of our stay. When we were doing our double check before leaving, we found the sign for the WiFi had been knocked behind the entertainment console some time ago and was covered in dust. The level of clean was not as good as some of the other properties we've stayed in before. We found candy wrappers and a hair comb under the bed as well as other small trash around the house in little nooks and crannies. Not a deal breaker for us, but a signal that not enough care was going in to the cleaning of the place between guests. Another thing that was off putting was the amount of damage the home had prior to our arrival. I took photos of everything I saw and sent an email to the contact to document it. The company made note of the damage and we weren't charged for anything, but it always makes me panic that I'm going to get charged for extra stuff when I see that amount of things to document. Overall the stay was great. We enjoyed the pool, the amount of bathrooms, the extra seating, and the location in proximity to the things we wanted to go to and experience. I'd even recommend this location if you're only planning on hanging out at the house with friends or family. It's got enough space for everyone.

Spacious home but showing it’s age. Management hard to get a hold of.
I’ll start by saying it was a huge house! We loved the space, it fit our family perfectly. Beyond that I’ll have to say we were dissatisfied. 1. It was starting to look a little run down 2. We had ants in the kitchen that management would not respond to until we mentioned that the air conditioner upstairs broke down 3. The AC broke down and never did work again even after the repair person came to fix it. The last 3 nights were uncomfortable to sleep in 4. The master bedroom bed was broken so the mattress sags and the shower door doesn’t shut 5. The kitchen is still lacking common items but overall was able to work that out 6. As in other reviews the hot tub gets terribly hot so you can’t have it running very long. We have stayed at quite a few VRBOs and this location did not have the feeling of owners who cared about the stay. It feels like just a business transaction for them. The management was hard to get ahold of until we had to contact them about the AC.

Great family vacation home
We enjoyed our weeks stay at this home. The home was perfect for our needs since we were a family of 9, plenty of room for everyone to spread out . The kitchen/dining room area had enough seating for all of us to be able to enjoy dinners together. Kitchen had an ample supply of plates, etc. I cannot tell you how many hours the kids spent in the pool to say they enjoyed it is an understatement. The home was very clean upon arrival. We were concerned about how long a drive it would be to get to the parks since the home was in Davenport but the drive was not a problem at all. It took us approximately 25-30 minutes to get to SeaWorld from the home. There are plenty of stores, restaurants, etc. within a short drive to the house. The Watersong Community is very picturesque and clean. You can expect to hear dump trucks coming into the community since there is still construction happening in the community. The only issue we had was trying to get an additional guest pass for our son. We were unaware that each car must be registered with the guard gate and there was nothing in the rental agreement or other paperwork informing us of that. We had a wonderful time in the beautiful home (expect some wear and tear on some of the furniture and the carpeting), and would love to stay again in the future.

Spring Break 22
This is our second stay in WaterSong and this particular home was a very nice property for our extended family. Property management was very responsive to our needs. It is important to know that if someone has issues with mobility the bedroom furniture is very low to the ground. The furniture inside and out could use a tuneup but overall the property was great and very clean. Note that there is construction happening in the community so six days a week dump trucks were driving through the neighborhood starting at 6:00.
