Stunning
A stunning villa in stunning surroundings. We have been to watersong Resort many times and this is one of the best villas that we have stayed in. Very clean with lovely decorated rooms. The villa has lots of space. The pool and deck are amazing with lots of places to relax. The view from the pool is also exquisite. In addition, this is an excellent area to stay with easy access to attractions and shops. Storm Milton hit during our stay. The management company was amazing. We received updates by text on the situations and what precautions to take to keep safe. They also put away the deck furniture before the storm hit and put it all back after the storm. We were extremely happy with the villa and the service. Thank you.

Amazing!!! Villa was perfect for our family stay, would defo recommend. One hiccup, we arrived in two vehicles as there was 9 in the party, unfortunately as my name was lead in the booking only my vehicle was allowed to enter the gated community, very frustrating at the end of a long travel day, had to leave second vehicle in Publix and sort the next day. Sorted swiftly when office was open next morning!

We had a great time! The pool was great after a long day out! This was our first family vacation. This house had everything we needed to keep everyone busy and happy, whether it was for our youngest grandson (age 6) or our oldest (16). The house was equipped with everything we needed! Have to mention that the house was beautiful and very clean!! And more than enough space for everyone!

Me and my family enjoyed this beautiful home that accommodated our party of 8. We were able to celebrate my niece who turned 5 and my 17 year old little sister. This was the first home in the area where I felt the most comfortable and relaxed. We had a minor hiccup with the pool but the owner was quick with communicating definitely adding this one to my favorites

Quiet and Peaceful
We had a little trouble getting through security upon our arrival as they didn't have us on the guest list. That was resolved right away and we were able to begin enjoying our stay. The home was clean and provided all the necessities we needed. The community is very quiet and peaceful. We did take advantage of the clubhouse which is very nice as well and it's pool and hot tub were empty most of the week. We did pay to have the pool heated which was great for swimming during the cool evenings. I would definitely stay at this VRBO again.

Ants for the entire stay
From around the second day of our stay there were ants in every room. We had to wash our clothes multiple times because the ants got into our bags we lost alot of our food for the week when we returned from our day at disney we came back to ants in the pantry and flying bugs in the room. We sent pictures during the event. The manager sent someone but only after multiple calls and messages were left with no response. The response was our message was overlooked. House and pool were nice and plenty of room for our guests but the pests made the trip uncomfortable and annoying after a full day/week at the parks

Really enjoy this house. Plenty of room for my family of 7. Pool table was decent, we used almost every night. Pool was adequate size. Outside space was lovely . Waking distance from clubhouse, which could use an upgade and more shade for pool area otherwise adequate. About 15 minute ride to Walmart. Delivery and uber friendly. Would stay again.

Family vacation
We chose this house as a base during our Florida vacation due to its proximity to the theme parks, the many bedrooms and baths, and the pool. Conveniently located near the grocery, shopping and restaurants. We were a group of 8, ranging in age from 7-51. The beds/baths accommodated our group well and allowed everyone some space and comfort. Having an upstairs and downstairs master was perfect for us. The kitchen is reasonably equipped. A few of the skillets are in rough shape but other than that, had all we needed. The property managers do leave a started pack of dish and laundry detergent, along with a few hotel size toiletries. Plan on bringing your own. This was fine with us as we prefer our own anyway. The carpets could use some updating but everything was clean. Only draw back (and kind of a big one for us)…no grill. Bummer. You can rent one from the property group for $95. We ended up buying a cheap charcoal grill and gave it to the renters next door at the end of the week. Saved the best for last. The screened lanai was fantastic! We spent so much time in the pool and jacuzzi. Lots of comfy furniture out back. While we didn’t really watch the tv on the lanai, we used it to listen to music. Fantastic area to enjoy, relax after a day at the park, keep the kids busy. Pics in the listing are true to this rental. Had a great stay and would stay here again.

Wonderful family holiday!
What a gorgeous place! Loved the pool area and all the different areas you could sit in the house. Was the best house we’ve rented so far and will definitely be back. Our adult children and grandkids loved it and appreciated the 2 strollers, pack and play and high chair. Would highly recommend this house to anyone.

The location is not great, 35-40 mins to Disney and 45 + for universal Our vacation was just as hurricane Ian, not to much damage and the maintenance was quick to make repairs, the listing said it was recently refurbished, well that may have been a lick of paint, but the cooking pots and pans were cheap and warped, the garden furniture was fraying and one actual fell through when my son sat down. The air socker doesn't work properly, the pool cues were be at and had no tips! It was clean but you could most certainly tell it was a rental I think you could get much better for the price that we paid,

We were unable to make full use of the pool due to continuing problems with algae. The pool netting was broken and sling insects in. The overall cleanliness was poor with heavy dust on the air ventilation. The bin in the kitchen was broke, the sun beds dirty a hanging light in the kitchen. It was advertised as recently renovated, this is not an accurate discription. We were extremely disappointed

Thank you for providing a safe, clean, and spacious home for our stay. Our family had everything we needed to enjoy our time together and create memories to last a lifetime. We especially enjoyed the outside area, including the pool and patio. We did have a few issues with the spa not working efficiently, but it did not take away from our overall experience. We would definitely return to Watersong.

We had an amazing week staying at the house. The home is located pretty much 30 minutes from anything you want to go to but keeps you out of all the congestion. Everything was described except they do advertise basketball courts but they don’t have any. House and pool were amazing! Plenty of seating inside and out. Quiet neighborhood with nice sidewalks to run on. Kieran O’Brien was amazing to work with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Underwhelming
Upon arrival we were met with resistance by the security man at the gate. Paid for the pool to be heated and it was not heated upon arrival, due to some element being broken, no refund offered either. Looking around there was a candy wrapper left upstairs from the previous occupants as well as hair inside the refrigerator. The beds were sooo uncomfortable as were the pillows. The pool sticks for the pool table we’re bent and chipped on the ends. The pots and pans for cooking were cheap and warped. The white furniture was peeling. For the money spent, it was not impressive.
