This location is on a corner of a neighborhood and a main road in area East Kettering. Easy access via I-675 & OH35 to WPAFB, USAF Museum, Wright State or to downtown Dayton where you will find the University of Dayton, Victoria Theatre, The Schuster Performance Arts Center, many microbreweries and multiple fine dining restaurants. Just ask me and I will guide you!

Getaway is 1 bedroom apartment on 2nd floor with use of air mattress in living room and is 1 of 6 apartments in the building, located on a main road in Kettering and is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between guests. The apartment has central heat with wall unit ac. All linens and towels are freshly laundered prior to your stay.
Coin operated laundry machines for your personal needs are also available in the common area.

Located less than a mile from I-675, it's super-easy to get anywhere in the area. As this is a popular and upscale shopping and entertainment area, all the common transportation modes are available - Uber, bus (stops directly in front of the building), Lyft, taxi and, of course, your vehicle. Off-street covered parking for 1 vehicle is included.

The building is smoke and pet free and we kindly request no parties out of consideration of the other residents in the building and neighborhood.

Also, there is 1 parking spot in the garage for your stay. It’s marked #6. Please ONLY park in this space and be respectful of the other tenants in the building and don’t park in their space.

If you are bringing a Pet, there is a charge of $100 per stay for 1 pet. (we reserve the right to charge extra for more than 1 pet). No cats, the owner is highly allergic.

Lastly, We love to welcome last minute guests, our company hours are from 8am to 6pm. If a same day reservation comes in during those hours, we will do what we can to accommodate you. We do charge an additional $200 security deposit which will be refunded back within 7 days after checkout if no damage occurs.
