Whether you are in town for business, a convention at the Ocean Center or coming to enjoy the beach, our home is perfectly suited for all types! Bring your bathing suit & flip flops, we have taken care of the rest!

Disney World & Universal Studios are 1hr & 15mins away!
St Augustine(The first city in the US!) is only 1hr away! Take a day to explore!

Our beachside neighborhood is quickly revitalizing and there are always many people walking around, enjoying their strolls and headed to the beach! This area is all about the beach life!

You will have access to the whole house all to yourselves!

Vacation is made easy with this fully equipped 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1 car garage home with a fully fenced in back yard for your pets has a pool, putting green & everything you want for a relaxing Florida getaway! Washer and dryer in the home!
3-5 minute walk to the beach (1 block)
$60 per pet per stay. MONTHLY STAYS (28 nights or longer) - The fee is $195 per animal per month.

**Sleeping Arrangements**
Bedroom 1: Sleeps 2 - King bed
Bedroom 2: Sleeps 5 - Full over full bunkbeds with pull out twin trundle bed
Living Room: Sleeps 3 - Queen sleeper sofa and a portable cot that is stored in the closet of the King bedroom

Whatever you want to do: go to the beach, ride jet skis on the river, ride your motorcycle on the strip, indulge in delicious eats, play at the water park; experience it all within walking distance at this one-of-a-kind beach retreat just steps from the ocean!


WALK EVERYWHERE! It’s all just outside your front door!!
No need to have to drive a car during your stay since you are in the heart of the beach with restaurants and entertainment galore!

If you bring a pet, they must be house broken. The back yard is fenced in, so your dog can run freely!
The second full bathroom is detached under the covered porch.
No local guests.
Primary renter, a.k.a. the person that booked the house, be at least 21 years old.
Guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form and upload photo of government ID of the primary renter who makes the reservation.
Please agreement required to be signed prior to check in for bookings.
Garage is manual operation. Please give advance notice if you will be using the garage for parking to ensure usability as it is very small.
Driveway: 14ft Wide x 30ft Long. 3 cars can fit, but a 4th can only fit if the other 3 are all compact cars.
$60 per pet per stay. MONTHLY STAYS (28 nights or longer) - The fee is $195 per animal per month
Thursdays is when the pool technician services the pool.
Please note that the system automatically adds a $15 charge per person after the 4th guest. This is already reflected in the price if you indicate more than 4 guests at the time of booking. This way, smaller groups don’t pay the full rate for a larger group.

Awesome location to the Ocean Center, house was very clean..smelled great when we opened the door
Loved the fenced in backyard for our dogs to run in, they thoroughly enjoyed it. Loved sitting out back under patio. Bed was softer then I'm used to but was really comfortable. Again, location was great to the ocean center which is why we went to Daytona for a convention there.

Property was well-kept and comfortable, living room and kitchen on one side with bedrooms on the other. Conducive to entertaining small groups between the open concept living area and the novel backyard. Pool and outdoor seating were a nice touch and the proximity to the Ocean Center and downtown were definite perks.

Clean and Convenient!
This house is on a quiet street within walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, pier, restaurants etc. My husband and I didn't get back into our car until we were leaving. This is quite likely the cleanest property we have ever stayed in, some people confuse dated with dirty, the bathroom is a little dated but immaculate- the rest of the house is completely renovated and very well done. The king bed and couch were extremely comfortable and the AC kept the house cool even in the intense July heat. The fenced-in yard has plenty of seating and some cute added features that we didn't take advantage of (we are empty nesters with just furry kids now), it would definitely keep young children entertained. Chris' communication was excellent! I am hoping to plan a trip a girls trip down to Daytona in the future and would absolutely stay here again!

The description was not accurate. One bathroom is detached in rear yard. Trash bags in backyard plus an animal galvanized round water trough with stale water and leaves. Garage not tidy at all.

We were at a 6 day event at the Ocean Center and this house could not have been in a better location. It was also close to the beach and boardwalk. Property was exactly as described. Very clean! Owner was always quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely stay here again when in the Daytona Beach area!

Driveway is very small as well and the lights shining in bedroom windows make it hard to sleep. The place was clean. The backyard should have been cleaned up and the accessibility to functioning water hoses would have been great. I would recommend for just a few people and a short stay.

Will stay again!
We loved staying here. The place was just lovely. The beds were comfy and it was very clean. Loved having a washer and dryer and being so close to the beach. I'm not sure why others were "worried" about the neighborhood. There is NOTHING unsafe about the area. Across the street is the conference center which had events at it and the neighborhood houses were just as lovely. Chris was very helpful answering all my questions and we loved there were beach chairs and an umbrella. We left a boogie and skim board for future guests. Thanks again Chris!

Perfect location for Daytona Beach stay.
Great stay and Chris made everything super easy. Beds were comfortable, all amenities were as expected or better, location was fantastic. House was lovely and lots of places (inside and out) to hangout. Neighborhood felt a little sketchy when we arrived but felt very safe the entire time we were there. No issues walking the dog after dark and all neighbors we encountered were friendly and nice. House does have good security but would offer one recommendation.....because of the outdoor motion sensored lights... if you need complete dark to sleep, bring a mask. There is lots of greenery outside and because it was pretty windy while we stayed, the lights flipped on a lot at night (wasn't issue for us but could be for others!)
