Évadez-vous au magnifique lac Wall, un lac privé sportif de 540 acres à Delton au Michigan. Cet établissement idéalement situé se trouve à 32 km du centre-ville de Kalamazoo, à 35 km du centre-ville de Grand Rapids et à moins de 3 heures de Chicago et de Detroit. Que vous souhaitiez vous détendre et profiter des magnifiques couchers de soleil, construire un château de sable sur la plage, nager et jouer dans les eaux de sable, ou passer la journée sur le lac, c'est l'endroit pour vous. Un endroit idéal pour passer du temps avec quelques amis et assez d'espace pour accueillir plusieurs familles, cette maison offre 5 chambres avec matelas à plateau-coussin, 2 ½ salles de bains, une grande cuisine / salle à manger, salon et spacieuse chambre quatre saisons. Dehors, vous trouverez une cour avec espace pour jouer, plage avec foyer, et 75 pieds de façade sur le lac pour profiter de toutes les offres de vie du lac.

À L'EXTÉRIEUR:
Détendez-vous à l'ombre des grands arbres, prélassez-vous au soleil près de l'eau, ou défiez-vous les uns les autres à des jeux dans la cour. Les enfants adoreront la plage et l'eau claire et peu profonde est parfaite pour jouer et nager. Le quai est l'endroit idéal pour pêcher tôt le matin ou apporter votre bateau pour passer du temps sur le lac. Le soir, prenez les guimauves et détendez-vous près du feu tout en profitant du coucher de soleil directement sur le lac.

À L'INTÉRIEUR:
Si vous avez trop chaud au soleil, venez à l'intérieur de la climatisation centrale. La cuisine / salle à manger a été récemment mis à jour avec de nouveaux appareils, y compris un lave-vaisselle, et la salle à manger dispose d'une grande table pour que tout le monde puisse profiter des repas ensemble. Le salon a de nombreux sièges avec une grande section, siège d'amour, et deux chaises si vous voulez faire une pause et regarder la télévision ou un film sur la télévision intelligente. Hors du salon est une salle de quatre saisons qui est parfait pour profiter d'une tasse de café le matin, jouer à des jeux de société, ou se détendre et lire dans la brise fraîche sur le lac. L'étage principal dispose également d'une grande chambre avec une vue magnifique sur le lac. Les deux une salle de bain complète avec douche / baignoire et demi-bain sont situés au niveau principal. We loved our stay on Wall Lake. It was the perfect spot for us joining together as a family. The cottage was very spacious and gave us all kinds of gathering spaces for game playing, eating, and sleeping. The lake was the perfect size for boat riding, fishing, and swimming. Perfect beach area, enough rooms and beds for everyone and we still had multiple left open. Screened in deck was a favorite when inside. Clean house. Definitely a house my family of 9 will be visiting again!

Family vacation
This was our third family vacation at this house. We love it. We do a lot of boating and fishing, the lake is great for both. Sitting around the campfire watching the beautiful sunsets is real treat. We had a great time.

NOT a swimming lake
The house was nice enough, well laid out for a large extended family, with two different long tables for family games and cards, but we are a swimming family and we chose this place because it was described as a good swimming lake. It is not! The lake is mucky- and rocky-bottomed with weeds throughout. Even if you paddleboard out to the middle of the lake you are looking at weeds poking up. Then the internet went out the first day and we discovered the owner's phone number on the fridge was disconnected and the email on the fridge garnered no answer. So we spent the week without internet and my daughter had work to do, requiring her to leave and go find a commercial establishment with a connection she could use. Summary: decent house but false advertising regarding swimming and internet.

Fishing fun!!
Overall the place is great for a family ..it’s big lots of room..we had 3 little girls ..loved the beach.. loved fishing..they must of caught 300 bluegills & one bass off the dock..great fun for them!! The adults also caught a lot of larger bass right off the dock .. not “bragging” I got a 19 inch one..it was a good time! Kitchen well equipped..good appliances…but bring your own spices..amazing laundry appliances..great when you have kids! If you have a boat it’s a private launch down the road it’s a bit “iffy” to maneuver down the narrow road but we managed..the only thing negative is ..the half bath could use a remodel..the water has ruined that sink & it just seems dirty that is impossible to clean up!! Overall we had a good time..would rent again!!

The fishing was good and the skiing even better because it was a private lake with not to many other boats. Nice rental for large families
Nice rental that did not make you feel like you were on top of eveyone else while staying there and we have a family of 13. Loved having the screened in porch to gather in also with nice lake views. Great for kayaking, sunsets and fishing which our family does. The only negative I could say is that the cottage could use some updated pans and cooking utensils. The parking is tight if you have more than 4 vehicles.

Great Week with the Extended Family
We spent a week with our extended family (5 adults, and 5 children) at Wall Lake. It was great. The house is in a great location - with easy swimming and great fishing right from the dock. We rented a pontoon for the week which really did add quite a bit to the experience, and made good use of the kayaks tha came with the house. The house itself was clean and comfortable, with a nice kitchen for making larger meals. The only caveat is that the upstairs bathroom shower is small, but this is what we expected, and it worked fine for us given the mix of adults and children that we had. Overall a great stay and everyone in our family would highly recommend it.

Plenty of amenities, two washer and dryers, plenty of beach chairs, nice dock for the boat we rented, nice sand area for the kids and an evening or day fire with the firepit on the sand area. House had all the dishes, utensils, cookware, bath towels and sheets and fans that we needed! Thanks for a great stay!

Pros: - Awesome location and amazing sunset views - the pics do not lie - great beach, esp. for little ones - owner very accessible, responds same day - owner flexible on check-in and check-out times - fully stocked kitchen and upgraded appliances in kitchen and laundry - great for family gatherings - beautiful sun room overlooking the lake - nice place to have dinner and relax in the morning with the coffee - house surrounded by lovely lake homes in a lovely lake community - shed is fully stocked with paddle boats and kayaks, life jackets -house has toys and games for the family Cons: - The upstairs bathroom is teeny tiny and the ceiling above the bathtub is only about 4.5 ft. It wasn't usable for us adults. All adults had to share the bathroom downstairs, which was not what we planned on. -The house is old and the rooms did have a musty smell and the AC throughout the upstairs room is not consistent. Overall though, this is a great house and checked all the boxes for a Michigan lake house experience - I would recommend it!

Vacation that is hard to beat for all ages AND great fishing!
House was not only very clean but well supplied with essentials. The sun porch that runs the full back of house was a great evening gathering place. It was our second year renting and with our family of 14 we did take 2 extra fans for bedrooms as it was unseasonably hot. The kayaks were enjoyed by all. We rented our jet ski and pontoon boat from Vacation Boat Rental which provides amazing service.

Peaceful, quiet lake
Home faces west for amazing sunsets and the sandy shoreline is shallow which was perfect for our younger kids. During the week boat traffic was very limited while fishing was excellent.
