Indulge in splendor at our Sunnyside carriage home, perfect for a cozy stay with hotel-quality amenities. Enjoy a plush king bed, ensuite bathroom, air conditioning, and bright living & dining spaces. Relax in the shared outdoor area or make a quick meal in the kitchenette. Just steps away from Rocky Mountain Lake, with stunning views of the Rockies. This private unit is separate from the main house, with its own entrance. Backyard is shared with the main house. Bring your furry friend too!

We are here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival and self check-out upon departure.

We're happy to be assist via phone or through your booking app before, during or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.


Sunnyside is a walkable, historic neighborhood in Northwest Denver with easy access to major highways and public transportation. It has recently undergone a development resurgence, bringing in new restaurants and breweries. The area features a mix of popular local spots and new classics, including Acova, Bacon Social House, El Jefe, Los Carboncitos, Sunny's, The Wolf's Tailor, Denver Market, and Pecos Square Retail Center. Parking is ample in the neighborhood. Just a stone’s throw away from the Rocky Mountain Lake, you can take a stroll while taking in the breathtaking scenery of the Colorado Rockies.

LIVING AREA:
This space exudes warmth and comfort, inviting guests to relax and feel at home. The natural light that floods in through the windows creates a bright and inviting ambiance, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The living area is outfitted with a comfy sofa, a large coffee table, and a Smart TV with streaming capabilities, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing night in.

KITCHENETTE & DINING:
A functional and stylish space, the kitchenette has been thoughtfully designed to provide guests with all the necessities. The space is equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and also comes with a variety of utensils and dishware.

The dining table seats 4 with leaf extensions to expand the surface space with ease. The naturally-lit space is the ideal spot for those working on the go or enjoying meals with friends and family. The thoughtfully designed space provides guests with the perfect combination of functionality and access.

BEDROOM & BATHROOM:
The private bedroom provides guests with a tranquil experience, complete with a top-rated king bed, soft sheets and black-out shades for a peaceful slumber. The ensuite bathroom offers a spa-like ambiance, appointed with plush towels and toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience. The bedroom and ensuite are intentionally designed with relaxation in mind, to provide guests with a rejuvenating stay.

OUTDOOR SPACE:
Enjoy the fresh Colorado air in our multi-level landscaped yard! Make s'mores with loved ones around the cozy fire pit, complete with lounge seating! Enjoy meals in style with our retro-inspire dining table! Our chic dining set accommodates up to 4 people, great for outdoor dining alfresco. Please note that we do not provide a grill for guest use, and the backyard is a shared space with the main house. The owner of the main house has a dog that will be in the backyard at times.

Exploring Denver and its stunning surroundings is made effortless with the convenience of a rental car or ride-share service. While Denver's public transportation system is dependable, it may not offer the same level of flexibility as having your own vehicle. To make the most of your stay, we recommend renting a car or using a ride-share service.


Want to bring your furry friend?
$100 fee per dog, maximum two dogs only. Sorry, no cats permitted. The backyard is fully fenced, but please note the fence is not flush to the ground so smaller dogs and even motivated larger dogs could crawl out. Please always monitor your pets.
A dog lives in the main house and will be in the backyard at times.


Kindly note that smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the premises, including inside and outside the property and will result in a minimum fine of $1000.

The Carriage House is a private and separate unit located in the backyard of the main house, with its own entrance. Outdoor area is shared. Guests can easily park on the street in front of the property.

Please note that due to Denver zoning and permit regulations, the kitchenette is not equipped with a stove, cooktop, or oven. However, it is still fully equipped with a microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker, and all necessary kitchen utensils and dishes for your convenience.

Perfect for two! King bed very comfortable and place was very clean. Didn't hear a peep from main house, owner or dog and it is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Parking easy.

Communication was excellent before, during and after the trip. On Street parking was great. Location was perfect, easy to get to highway, walk to breakfast at Bacon Social or Starbucks. House was small but very accommodating. No stove/oven but had everything else. Bed was very comfortable. Had a wonderful experience here.

The Cozy & Convenient Carriage House
We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful and great rental. Prompt replies to any of our questions from the owner and property management company. Parking was easily accessible right in front of the property. Perfect location to eateries, breweries, stadiums, and the downtown area. Only 12 minutes from Red Rocks too. The listing is just as described and the pictures are accurate. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the local restaurants. The Radiator down the street was an amazing breakfast/lunch cafe with a bar too! We would stay here again, no question.

The neighborhood was nice, and the actual place was nice, clean, and comfy. The only issue i had was that the toilet was making water noises the whole time i was there, not super loud but definitely audible. I would definitely stay here again 5 stars

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this wonderfully compact and efficient little house. There was no one in the main house during our stay so it was wonderfully private. We enjoyed sitting in the sun in the pretty backyard. Just a note: if you are looking for the fridge when you first walk in, it is behind the barn door that separates the living space from the bedroom. We would highly recommend this accommodation.

Great Location!
Great hosts. Whenever we had a question they were very quick to respond and help out. We stayed for 5 days and had a great stay. We really liked the location. The neighbourhood is safe and it was cool just to see all the different houses with both new and old architecture around. It was close to everything and we enjoyed exploring the city! The place is well put together and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! We would definitely come back again! It was overall a great experience and we fell in love with Denver.
