This luxurious 1900 Ninety-Eight condo has a modern coastal design and features breathtaking panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico from its private, 12-foot-deep balcony.

Inside, upscale, contemporary finishes and an open floor plan of over 2600 square feet allow guests to enjoy incredible panoramic views of the Gulf. This beautiful three-bedroom, three-bath condo boasts interior design elements incorporating custom cabinetry, sleek quartz countertops, Thermador kitchen appliances, and porcelain stone floor tile.

The master bedroom has private access to the balcony, a king bed, gorgeous views of the Gulf, and a private bathroom with a large soaking tub and separate shower. A guest bedroom has a queen bed and a shared bathroom with a shower/tub combo. A bunk room has 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds and a private bathroom with a shower.

Guests will enjoy all the amenities of 1900 Ninety-Eight, including a rooftop pool and spa, a modern fitness center with gulf views, and beach access.

**One beach setup, which includes 1 umbrella and 2 chairs, is provided with the rental on a seasonal basis, March till October 31st each year. Additional beach setups can be purchased directly from the on-site vendor if desired.

Our recent VRBO stay was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we booked, communication with the owner was seamless and helpful. Check-in was a breeze, with easy access instructions that made our arrival smooth and stress-free. We were immediately wowed by the property itself. The space was incredibly generous, and the ocean views were simply breathtaking. Waking up to the stunning panorama each morning was a highlight of our trip. We spent many hours just soaking in the beauty from the comfort of the property. Beyond the view, the entire place was immaculately clean. It was clear that the owners take great pride in maintaining the property, and we felt comfortable and at ease knowing everything was so well-kept. One of the most appreciated aspects of our stay was the fully equipped kitchen. They truly thought of everything! The overall size of the property was impressive. Beyond the well-equipped kitchen, the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, the living areas were perfect including the incredible views it possesses, and the very spacious patio area overseeing the beach/ocean was the icing on the cake. Everything about the property contributed to a truly memorable and relaxing vacation. We would highly recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a comfortable, spacious, and well-maintained getaway with stunning ocean views! We can't wait to return!

Paradise on Earth!
This rental was Paradise on Earth. We loved our stay. The location was perfect. Quiet building. We were always the only people in the pool. Perfect for babies/children who need naps throughout the day. My family was on the beach, while I enjoyed the stunning balcony while my babies napped. Never felt left out. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need! Washer and dryer were used daily - thank you, Jesus! I would live here if this was an option - did not want to leave!

AMAZING Vacation!!!!
We had an absolutely amazing time in Destin, in this property! We weren't 100% sure where to park upon arrival, but figured it out. That is the one and only thing that could have been a smidge clearer! The unit was extremely clean and very well stocked. There was nothing that we needed and didn't have! The kids especially appreciated the sand toys...the adults appreciated the cooler! The included beach chairs were also amazing!! The views...oh the views! Spectacular sunsets and sunrises. We watched the dolphins swim by pretty much every evening. Walking the beach in the quiet of the morning is so relaxing. We're already planning a trip back!!! Highly, highly recommend this property!!!

Best Vacation Ever
The property is beautiful and right on the beach. The view is fantastic and the beach out front is private, so it is not very crowded. Even though it was cloudy for most of our stay, it is still considered our greatest vacation we have taken so far. We loved the electric grill on the deck and the close proximity to many restaurants and grocery stores. I could not imagine a better place to stay.

This condo and location was perfect. The condo was beautiful, immaculate and had every ammenity you could need from kitchen appliances to beach toys. The view was gorgeous. The private beach is a very short walk . Location was great with an ice cream shop steps away. We do a lot of family beach vacations and this condo, beach and location rank top notch!

Family Beach Trip
The property was beautiful with gorgeous wrap-around views of the ocean. There are a limited number of units in this building so we enjoyed not having to battle the masses for elevators and chairs like you find in bigger condos. There was plenty of space and wonderful accommodations in the room. Definitely a place we would return to!

We loved the place we stayed! The rental company was amazing to work with. The condo needs a few things fix but I reached out to the rental company and let them know. I can say the beach chair guy they have working our chairs did amazing and always made sure we didn’t need anything. We will be back!

Fantastic property!
Overall this is as good as it gets. Private beach access, rooftop pool, clean bedding/dishes/space and a receptive property management team. If I had to nitpick one issue it's that there was work happening on the property that started at 8am. Not the end of the world but didn't allow us to sleep in one of the days we stayed.

An Amazing Stay!
We just returned from 6 nights at this beautiful condo. Wow, what an awesome place! Everything was just as described, if not better. The view is incredible. They had everything we needed, and a lot of things we didn't need. We had three days of bad weather, so we appreciated all the games in the closet to keep us entertained. We didn't use them, but there were tons of beach toys in the closet as well. The communication was excellent throughout. The check in process was easy, just make sure you keep track of the codes they send you. You need them for literally every door and elevator. We appreciated the great security this provides One thing to note that I didn't see in other reviews. The location is awesome, but there is public beach access on each side of the building. From 8-5 you have your own private beach right out in front. Most days there were only 8-10 people in the chairs they provide for you. But the public spaces fill up with people. We were amazed with how densely packed they were. Then after 5:00 the chairs get put away and the ropes are taken down. It's a free for all for beach space at that point. It didn't affect us, because we're done with the beach by then. In summary, this was an amazing home in a great place on the beach. We will definitely rebook if we come back to Destin. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Our favorite condo to date!
This condo is absolutely amazing! Just like it's pictured with even more than shown! We stay in Destin every year and this was by far the nicest, cleanest, safest and overall coolest place we've stayed. It requires codes to get in almost every door and facility which made us feel super safe and give our older kid more freedom. It's a very short walk to the private beach which was super nice having a baby. We saw dolphins from the beautiful glass balcony. Push button window coverings, luxury bath tub, fully stocked kitchen and the rooftop pool we're just a few of our favorite things.

As advertised...BUT...Very Disappointed
Other ratings and feedback are fair descriptions of the property...BUT...we had the unfortunate experience of being there when they were performing maintenance on the pool and roof top. The jack hammering started each day at 7:45 and went throughout the day. I called and emailed the property manager. They would only respond via email and stated that they were not aware of the maintenance. We understand that maintenance needs to be done. However, the HOA and owners have full knowledge of major projects and should have notified us when selecting and booking the property so we could have had the option to choose something else. Unfortunately, we could not relax and enjoy the much needed vacation. Renter's beware.

I can't say enough great things about this property. The location is perfect! The condo was more than perfect, from the layout and flow down to the all the little extras provided by the management. Steps away from the private beach was a plus. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved the property, beach and water. Weather was great. Watching July 4th celebration from the patio was spectacular. Didn’t like being right in the middle of the public beach area but the private beach area was handled nicely so that our beachfront was kept private for owners and guest of property.

Beautiful condo
This is a beautiful condo with great views. It is well furnished and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Living area is spacious. Parking is secure. The security deposit seems excessively high but was refunded exactly 2 weeks after check-out as promised. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it.

Immersive Views
This sold us on the property and did not disappoint. Incredible views relaxed us from the beginning. You are literally surrounded by the view. Thanks for the plexiglass barriers instead of railings! If you are looking for a stunning view and the best sand/beach in FL, stay here. The only small thing is the lighting everywhere is ambient and not bright. Not great for reading books. Bring a book lamp. Pool on the roof is cool but small so when others are in, it feels crowded. A little windy up on the roof.
