This one-bedroom, one full bath condo, with hall bunk beds has everything that you would ever need. Beautiful wood floors and welcoming décor will make your beach vacation complete. This unit is very accommodating, including a washer/dryer combo and fully stocked kitchen. There is a king size bed in the bedroom, and hall bunk beds for a pleasant stay for up to 5 guests. Queen size sleeper sofa that will accommodate your sleepy guests. Smart flat screen televisions are located in the bedroom and living room, which include cable. Wi-Fi is also available in the condo to stay connected to all of your smart devices.

Step out onto the private balcony for a relaxing view overlooking the pool and hot tub, surrounding scenic area, and the beautiful emerald coast containing the whitest sand and crystal-clear waters of the Gulf. Located on the balcony is a patio box that contains beach chairs and an umbrella for use during your stay!

This condo is in the middle of exciting shopping and dining. Beach access is located at Tarpon or Pompano Beach Trail, offering beach activities like banana boat or kayaking, and even parasailing.

2. Parking information: There is a limit of two parking passes per unit. No buses, trailers, or boats allowed in those spaces.

Fantastic property with fantastic everything!!!
Nice clean condo with a short walk to a prestine white sand beach. Everything about our stay was top notch. I would highly recommend Destin as your destination for a safe relaxing vacation. We will come back again!!!

We had a fantastic stay at this condo! The location is perfect—just off the beach with breathtaking balcony views of the ocean right across the street. The unit was spotless upon arrival, and we appreciated how well-maintained and comfortable it was. The amenities were excellent, making our stay even more enjoyable.Another huge plus was the convenience—close to shopping and within walking distance to great restaurants, which made exploring the area effortless. If you’re looking for a relaxing beach getaway with all the comforts of home, this is the place to stay.

See the pool (still heated for Xmas) but private. Hear the surf but not blown away by wind. Miles of walking/biking trail at your door. Every service/retail known to mankind within 5min by car.

We loved this location, nice view of the ocean. You have to look a little to the side of the building across the street to get the view, but it’s still great. Owner is very responsive to questions. Condo is updated and decorated nicely Our big issue is the light right outside the bedroom window— shines right through the mini blinds. I didn’t love the mattress BUT that’s a pretty subjective thing

This unit was as advertised: clean, lots of cooking equipment, plenty of dishes, chairs-umbrella-boogie boards-toys for beach use. The pool was nice. Maybe 100 yard walk to the beach. I would definitely rent here again.

Our family had a blast on our trip to Destin. This was a perfect location for our home base. Best features -great view of water and overlooking the pool -close to open beach, no umbrella rental required, we could set up our own tent -easy access to pool -close to stairs -close drive to all the best restaurants, Harborwalk Village, and shopping -host responded quickly to inquiries

Loved our stay at Grand Caribbean East Beautiful condo, our host is amazing with great communication. Very clean, had everything we needed for our stay. looking over the pool and our view of the ocean was awesome. Beach chairs, umbrella, and floats were provided for the fun. We have one happy teenager. Highly recommend. We would love to visit this area again with the same accomodations ❤️

I really loved this place it was just as advertised, I have two little ones and having a place that had enough space for them was wonderful, let alone being so close to the beach. Everything about our stay was great! It is very close to the beach, and not far from any of the shops. If I had to critique anything it would be that the mattress in the bedroom had pretty bad dips on either side, and there is a street light that illuminates the room even through the blinds. This all made sleeping less than optimal. Other than that it’s a great place in a great location.

Everything was perfect! The unit was so clean and updated , and had everything we needed . Our balcony overlooked the pool and had a great view of the ocean! The beach was a super easy walk right across the street ! Location is perfect , only minutes from anything you could need. We love Crystal Beach it's so clean and laid back. Communication with the host was excellent . Loved everything about this unit we will def be back to stay again and again!

Super cute with view of ocean. This location was extremely convenient right across the stress from the beach. Unfortunately the first night we arrived there was tons of hairs all over the sheets/blankets. The Roku tv in the bedroom goes in and out most of the time. Other than those issues it was a nice place and we enjoyed our stay.
