Worst experience ever.
We arrived to literally an unlocked, open door and a disgusting mess. The house smelled horrible. Possibly because of unremoved trash, dog poop in the basement, and rotting food in the refrigerator. Among other weird things, the beds were unmade, personal items were left around the house, and dirty dishes were left in the dishwasher. We attempted multiple times, using multiple methods to reach the host. They never responded. We took our family and left. The experience ruined our Christmas week plans. Very disappointing.VRBO aapp,

I have minutia details that I'm communicating privately with the owner, but nothing that should deter anyone from booking this great place. In fact, our group of 12 older ladies would like to book for another retreat in the future. Great space, hot tub, location, ample parking, condition, and overall luxurious getaway.

My adult rec ice hockey team was in town for the Colorado Pond Hockey tourney at Dillon Marina and stayed here. Every one had their own bed and we all enjoyed our stay. We got to play poker in between games with the provided poker set and we found everything we needed in the kitchen. Great stay!

Great location with quick access to Keystone. Lots of room for multiple sleeping arrangements. We had 3 families total and had plenty of room. Some small details need attention like door locks for bathroom but otherwise great place. The communication and flexibility for our checkin was excellent!

OK with the home but needs some TLC. I twisted my ankle on the broken wood front door step and 2) the Gas BBQ grill has no lid handle and the burner rails are rusted out and can't get to any cooking temperature. 3) Both sliding patio doors barely open and close 4) One of the 2 ping-pong paddles had a broken handle, 5) A couple of the kitchen cabinet door hinges were loose or broken. Unfortunately I did not have any of my tools to fix or adjust them.

Beautiful property, however, there are a few repairs needed. Several bathroom doors don't lock. The bathroom door downstairs into bedroom will not shut properly and the towel bar is broken. The grill only has one burner that works and the grill handle fell off. These were minor issues overall, but things that need addressed. We let the property owner know about these concerns and he said he is aware and has repairs scheduled. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and the property!

We enjoyed the location and the home, especially the hot tub. The only downside was the amount of ice around the hot tub but that is to be expected when it is winter with rain and freezing temperatures fluctuating. Everything inside the home was very nice and was well laid out for having multiple people.

Keystone location
Terrific location to Keystone ski resort.......just a short 10 minute drive. Easy to drop off/pick up guests. Family loved the hot tub. Lots of bedrooms/bathrooms for privacy and ease of showering after along day on the ski slopes. Kitchen well stocked with plentiful dishes/glasses/seasonings/pots and pans. 2 living room areas so plenty of room to spread out.

Great Location, Great House, Great Skiing!
This is the perfect house for a group - it is located right off the main road up the mountain to the slopes. The house was super clean and spacious. The spacious hot tub had plenty of room to unwind after being on the slopes all day. Even the neighbors were very nice and helpful. Make sure you have 4 wheel drive if you come in the winter as we saw many people stuck on the road after we had a foot of snow fall, but that made the skiing even better. The house is a duplex which was not shown in the listing, but it really made no difference as there was plenty of privacy with the fence around the hot tub.

The configuration of the condo worked well, overall. It is nicely decorated and has some fun additions (a multi-game table in the basement; hot tub). The kitchen was well stocked with dishes etc., and the location was about halfway between town and Keystone, which worked really well. Overall it was good, but it was also in need of a little more TLC - front door wouldn't stay closed unless bolted; dishwasher top rack was broken and couldn't support a lot; main floor thermostat appeared to not actually work with the heater. Could have used some boot racks and more hooks by the front door for winter wear. We were able to park 3 cars in front no problem. Kids had fun sledding down the little hill beside the house. My daughter was charmed by the "Harry Potter" closet (master closet has a mattress in it!). So overall, a good place and I would recommend it!

Quiet neighborhood, wonderful kitchen
The hot tub was awesome! It worked great and was hot. The kitchen was easy to work in and we loved the open space. Checkout was a little overwhelming because all the dishes are supposed to be clean dried and put away before you leave. The master bedroom door has an issue as it swings open and doesn’t lock, I put a door in front of it to keep it closed. We didn’t really understand the layout of the beds and thought all the beds would be in a bedroom, they are not. Overall it is a nice place and comfortable. Keep in mind there’s lots of stairs. A couple of us had a difficult time because we are from a low elevation and we got short of breath going up the stairs.

Lovely house for bigger group!
We enjoyed our short stay at the property, and were surprised with all the room it had - didn't look like much from the outside but plenty of space inside. Comfortable spaces and friendly landlord who helped us get settled. Hot tub, unfortunately, didn't quite get up to temp the night we were there, but the owner had just cleaned it from another party so we understood.

Ruined our vacation because the owner refused to fix a broken window in the middle of winter
Renter beware. We reported a major safety concern about a defective broken window in the kids room, yes it was snowing at the time. The owner said they don’t do maintenance until spring. After telling Vrbo they said they would fix it but never came and we were forced to leave and rent a new place in the middle of our ski vacation. As of today we have had to pay for their broken unit and the new unit we rented to complete our vacation. It almost destroyed our vacation I’m very thankful for this other VRBO owner that was able to accommodate a 24 hour emergency request.

Great home offering three levels and plenty of sleeping options for a larger family trip. The owner is top notch, so responsive. Lots to do in the area, as we skied 4 mountains and enjoyed trout fishing. There are fun activities available at the home, and we enjoyed family pool tournaments. You will love this choice! Even had our pet along.

Perfect for large groups at a great price when split between families!
Loved this space! Super clean and very comfortable. Conveniently located and had enough room for plenty of guests to stay comfortably. Good transparent communication with the host. Pets are allowed for a fee which is also a plus although we didn’t have ours with us it was nice to know that we had the option. Only negative was we thought the cleaning fee is very high and should be negotiable depending on the guest and length of stay. (Dishes and preparing all the laundry is required of the guest). We would happily stay here again!
