The Space:
This is your practical luxury. Let the space exude just that and more!
The apartment radiates warmth to everyone who steps in. The living area has a comfy couch with chaise and an armchair for extra seating if you are having some friends coming over during your stay. A cable TV, geometric carpet, wall arts and unique floor lamps.
The dining area has a round wooden table that can comfortably sit up to four persons. Adjacent ot it is the bright open kitchen that is fully-equipped with all that you need for cooking tasty meals for your loved ones.
Walk your way to the bedrooms and sleep peacefully after a long tiring day. One bedroom has a king-sized bed and the other has two single beds. All of them are fitted with fresh linens and pillows. En suite bathroom has a glass shower enclosure over a bath. All bathrooms have white fluffy towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion.
Set-up an al fresco lunch or dinner with this apartment's large balcony or just sit back, relax and catch-up with your friends while enjoying the breeze of fresh air.

Located right next to Al Maktoum International Airport, District 2020, and UAE’s Green Belt, the development has an advantageous position in Dubai. Here you will also find a future metro station and several bus lines. There are multiple access routes to the territory which include Sheikh Zayed Road & Emirates Road
Dubai South is a city within a city. Eventually, it will be the home of all kinds of basic and luxurious facilities. Ibn Battuta Mall can be reached within 25 minutes and The Outlet Village by Meraas is 22 minutes away. Other nearby malls include Dubai Marina Mall, Mall of the Emirates and the world-renowned Dubai Mall. These shopping destinations can be reached within a 40-minutes drive. Palm Jumeirah Beach and JBR are one of the renowned beaches in Dubai are just 20 minutes drive.
Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis are easily booked through Uber and Careem through their applications that can simply be downloaded on your phone.
If you would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a train or tram, Danube Metro Station is around 21 minutes drive. Go down to DMCC Metro Station and connect to the Tram Station from here if you simply want to go around JBR, Knowledge Village, Media City, or Marina Mall. The train system will conveniently take you to other premier location around the city like Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates, etc.
Bus transportation service from Dubai South Residential District to Danube Metro Station will be free of charge for all the passengers between the period of 1st March 2022 till 18th May 2022.
Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.
