This charming studio is chic and modern. It is located on the 17th floor of Marina Gate Tower, has a total area of 50 sqm, and has capacity for 2 guests.
The main room features a wooden king-size bed dressed with fresh white linens and grey bed covers, with matching cushions. Nightstands with lamps, a chest of drawers with a mirror, as well as paintings and decorations. From this space you can access a private balcony with a table and two chairs, with a view on the marina.
Next to the sleeping area is a cozy living space, with a grey sofa with colorful cushions, a coffee table, a smart TV, as well as dining corner with a table and two chairs.
The room is naturally well-lit, thanks to large floor-to-ceiling glass doors.

The kitchen at the studio is neatly organized, and is filled with beautiful white cabinets and black countertops, as well as hidden LED lights over the counters. It has all equipment and tools you might need during your stay such as cooking basics, dishes and silverware, freezer, refrigerator, hot water kettle, microwave, oven, toaster, wine glasses, a stove, and a coffee maker.
There is one bathroom at the unit; it includes a shower cubicle, a washbasin and a toilet, as well as amenities like cleaning products, conditioner, hair dryer, hot water, towels, soap, toilet paper, and more.

The studio is equipped with safety equipment, such as fire extinguisher, and smoke alarm. It also has WIFI and air conditioner throughout the space. That, in addition to an iron, and a washing machine.

Marina Gate Tower has 52 floors and great amenities as parking, high-speed elevators, CCTV cameras, swimming pool, gym, basketball, paddle and squash court, sauna, steam room, kid’s pool, children’s playground and direct access to Marina Walk.

Marina Gate has several nearby tram, bus and waterbus:
- The waterbus is a popular mode of transport in the city, particularly if commuters want to get from one side of Dubai Marina to the other. It can be accessed from Marine Walk Waterbus Station 2, which is a 3-minute walk from Marina Gate.
- For a leisure cruise trip, there are many boat tour agencies as well as boat rental facilities one could go to. These include The Yellow Boats, See X Sea Cruise Line, Dubai D3 Yacht Rental, Love Boats UAE, and Columbus Dubai Yachts & Boats Rental.
With additional charges, Marina Gate also offers airport drop-off and pick-up services.
- Dubai Marina is known for its public transportation and Marina Gate happens to enjoy a range of public transport facilities. Residents are at less than a 5-minute walk from Marina Towers Tram Station. Operated by Roads & Transport Authority (RTA), the Dubai Tram is one of the most convenient modes of transport near Marina Gate.

Dubai Marina is an affluent residential neighborhood known for The Beach at JBR, a leisure complex with al fresco dining and sandy stretches to relax on. Smart cafes and pop-up craft markets line waterside promenade Dubai Marina Walk, while Dubai Marina Mall is packed with chain and luxury fashion brands. Upscale yachts cruise through the large man-made marina, where activities range from jet-skiing to skydiving.Main attractions in Dubai Marina include: Lotus Mega Yacht, Dubai Marina Mall, Pier 7, JBR Beach, The Yellow Boats, Dubai Marina Walk, Getting around the neighborhood is a lot easier with the Dubai Tram, with its 11 tram stations, stretching from JBR to Al Sufouh. There are a few tram stations in the community as well, such as the Marina Towers Tram Station near Marina Pinnacle and MAG 218 Tower. Also, there are two metro stations in Dubai Marina: Sobha Realty Metro Station and DMCC Metro Station. Dubai International Airport is about 25 minutes away (via Sheikh Zayed Road), 6-min drive to get on to Sheikh Zayed Road, Business hub Dubai Media City is 12 minutes away, while DIFC is a 20 minutes’ drive. Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building, is 20 minutes away.

Before arriving to Dubai, please share all the guests’ passport information as per the Department of Tourism (DTCM) regulations in order to register your upcoming stay and avoid any unnecessary delays.
