The apartment is located in the peaceful coastal community of Monifieth, which dates back to the 9th Century and proudly boasts of being one of the sunniest towns in the country!

Close to Monifieth Golf Links, which offers a fantastic golfing experience for visitors, there is also a beautiful sandy beach nearby providing a haven for ducks and wading birds. There are also excellent local facilities including a children’s playpark, sports pitches and skate park, and cycle paths which connect to the country’s national cycle network.

Good shopping and amenities are also close by and being just seven miles from the city of Dundee, there are excellent road and rail links making for straightforward travel.

All in all the location was wonderful and so were the rooms. We were there 4 nights and we had breakfast and dinners in. Very quickly we filled the rubbish bin. We look everywhere for more plastic bags but none were available. I contacted your office requesting assistance and no one contact us. We had to make do

Had a fantastic break. Accommodation was perfect for a golf loving family and Dundee had lots to offer for eating out and attractions. Will definitely be back.

A break near Dundee
Clean and well appointed. Very convenient for Dundee and Arbroath. The information folder needs to be updated to the current appliances and relevant dinning options. One of the ceiling lights in the second bathroom needs replacing and the loo seats need tightening. Overall, a great place to stay.
