The Space:
Stunning views of breathtaking natural beauty, peace and quiet with seabirds in the distance, and a waterfront home to enjoy it all in is waiting in Eastham, Cape Cod. Your favorite vacation spot is ready for you, at Emerald on the Cove! As you walk down the path on the side of the home, your draw will drop when you see the views of Nauset Estuary right below your front door, and the Atlantic Ocean off in the distance.

Step through the cover deck, and enter into a lovely kitchen, with retro styled forte refrigerator, and views of the water through the glass door. Stepping further into the home, you can enjoy your meal at the funky-colored dining table, or take a seat in the sitting area with the porch door open letting the sea breeze in. Tucked in the corner, with continued views of the water, a living room with comfy couch and gas fireplace is a great place to relax, chat, or throw a movie on to the wall mounted TV.

The home's three bedrooms are at the rear of the home, two with a queen bed, and a fun kids room with bunk bed, continuing the bright color theme of the house.

Surely you're going to want to spend a lot of time on the back porch, with outdoor sectional, and a hot tub overlooking the saltwater below. Head down the steps, 10 ft from your back porch, where you can launch kayaks or stand up paddle boards into the marsh. The salt water is sure to be refreshing on hot summer days. 


Other amenities include an outdoor shower, picnic table and chairs to enjoy meals under the sun, and a central A/C. Relax in style and enjoy the calmness Cape Cod brings to your vacation, at Emerald on the Cove!

She Shed By The Sea Shore !
Fantastic Ladies Weekend!!!! Cutest house on the most beautiful spot! Smooth communication with management company. House was clean and beautiful. The beds were extremely comfortable. Hot tub was clean and hot!!! Outdoor shower was perfect with hot hot water and great water pressure.!! Very Dog friendly remote space to roam and neighbors dogs were friendly! I did not want to leave.

The PERFECT getaway
We will be back!! From the stunning views, cleanliness of the house, location & communication with the host there is nothing bad to say. Nestled in a private space, but also very close to restaurants, beaches/attractions. House & hot tub was spotless. My husband and I celebrated a 'mini' honeymoon here and we will absolutely be back! Communication with the host was flawless- responded quick & timely - we really had no problems, but when we had a question about the TV they helped us trouble shoot & offered to send someone to help us. If I could give this more stars than 5 I would. Thank you for having us!

The house was very charming with beautiful views and great water access for kayaking or paddle boarding (which the propery provided). Only downside was the house didnt have beach chairs or towels. Not a problem if you bring your own, but we didnt.

Location Location Location!!
Great spot. 2 miles from Nauset Light and Coast Guard beach. Spend the $60 for the beach pass. Marconi is about 10 min up the road as well. Beach walks with the puppy daily. Seals everywhere :) We had an awesome vacation. The property was good. Cleaning crew was mediocre at best but everything else was great! The kayaks were nice to have as well.

Beautiful setting, quirky place
The setting at the water, kayaking to nauset beach - AMAZING! The house itself is smaller than it looks online. It def has a quirky charm to it - as a couple staying alone we loved it. But it is a high price for the size and condition.

Great Stay
My family of adult and teen children were able to stay together on this property (with our doggo, too) and we had an amazing time. The backyard access to the inlet was a huge hit and someone was always out there on a kayak or SUP! Would definitely stay again :)
