Guests can fully enjoy all the fantastic amenities our property has to offer. Take advantage of the spacious garage, the beautiful pool, and the lovely fenced outdoor living areas, along with a handy laundry room for your convenience.
Interaction with guests:
We value your privacy and offer a flexible and convenient self check-in process. Keypad entry codes and check-in instructions are given 24 hours before your arrival date. We are available by phone or through the app 24/7 for any questions or concerns that may arise during your stay.

-We follow enhanced cleaning protocols between stays, focusing on high-touched surfaces.
-The home has heat/AC to maintain a comfortable temperature year-round.
-Quiet hours must be observed, especially at night.
-A pet fee of $100 per pet applies for up to two small dogs.
-The pool/spa can be heated for an extra fee, based on fluctuating SDGE gas prices. Please inquire about pricing prior to booking.
-Events and equipment rentals are subject to additional charges. We require a valid photo ID for any event. Please reach out to us to discuss your event prior to making a reservation.
-There is an extra guest fee of $100 per night per guest which applies after 16 guests.
- Arrangements for early check-in/late check-out must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. We need to coordinate with our cleaners' schedule to accommodate these requests.
Check-in is available from 4:00 PM onwards. Early check-in may be possible depending on availability, so please inquire about any associated fees. Check-out is at 10:00 AM, and a fee of $100 will be charged for every 20 minutes beyond this time. If you check out after 1:00 PM, an additional fee equal to one night's stay will be automatically charged to your account, along with any applicable late fees.
Weekly landscaping maintenance is scheduled for Monday or Tuesday, weather permitting, while the pool technician will visit every Tuesday. If you have a pet, please ensure they are safely indoors.
Only the guests listed in the reservation are allowed on the property unless the host is notified and has approved any additional guests in advance—maximum occupancy is 12 adults per reservation. Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 8 AM. The host reserves the right to terminate the reservation if these quiet hours are violated, and penalties may apply.
For security, cameras are installed around the exterior of the property, and NoiseAware sensors are placed inside and outside. These sensors are designed to alert the hosts if noise levels exceed a certain threshold; normal conversation will not trigger alerts.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home and is only allowed outside. All windows and doors must be kept closed, and cigarette butts should be disposed of properly. Any vomit, stool, or blood found on the property is considered a biohazard and will incur additional cleaning fees.
A pet fee of $100 applies for up to two pets, and all pets must be authorized prior to check-in.
The reservation holder is responsible for all guests on the property, including any damages or incident fees that may arise during the stay. Guests must dispose of all trash in the provided receptacles. Smart home thermostats are available for your use; please ensure windows and doors are closed while using heating or air conditioning. You can adjust the temperature on-site, but limits are in place.
Pool Rules: There is no lifeguard on duty; swim at your own risk. Glass is not permitted in the pool area.
Pool heating is available upon request, but fees may vary based on current market prices due to rising SDGE natural gas costs. Please ask about current pricing and promotions. The pool and spa heater is remotely operated by the host via a smart device. If you would like pool or spa heating, please inform the host in advance, preferably at the time of booking. Keep in mind that heating the pool to 82 degrees can take up to ten hours, especially in colder weather. Fees must be paid before heating can begin.
Please do not tamper with pool equipment. Weekly pool cleaning occurs every Friday. The pool technician will knock on the door before entering the backyard; if no one answers, they will begin cleaning the pool. Kindly refrain from burning objects or dropping food items on the outdoor fire table.
