The Space:
Perfect location on Polana neighborhood, 24 de Julho avenue right in front, this place is a traditional wood floor house, with large windows filling the space with natural light. The feelings are cozy, warm, like home. There is a living room with a dining table that seats 6, one couch for 2 and two elegant armchair to enjoy your time.

One double bedroom and one room with two single bed. Each room has a wardrobe where you can keep your clothes and luggage. All rooms have an air conditioner and are equipped with towels and sheets which are regularly changed.

There are two complete bathrooms, one with bath shower and another with a walking shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need and there is also a table that seats 3 for your quick meals :). The Kitchen balcony has also a wooden garden table for 4 people. There is also one balcony in twin room and other in the leaving room with partial sea view

Our maid comes regularly to clean and take care of the house.
The location is beyond great and safe. One of the most famous bakeries just across the road with fresh bread every day. Taxi rank and exchange house also across the road. Looking for a restaurant? I believe the problem will be choosing which one! Just around every corner, you got plenty of option. Mozambican, Portuguese, Indian, Thai, Italian and much more! This block has dozens of restaurants and coffees to try out. The option is not a problem! (Because this is a really safe area you can walk everywhere, during day or night without any problem).

Also just across the street, you got Polana Shopping (close to famous Piri-piri restaurant) where you will find Banks, Supermarket, haircutter and several shops for all your needs.

Two minutes walking you will find Friedrich Engels Avenue. This is an ocean view avenue perfect for your morning or evening fitness time.

Polana neighborhood is one of the most famous areas in Maputo. You will find all commerce, restaurants and services on a walking distance.
