BREVE DESCRIPTION: Cette 2000-sq. ft. Custom home est situé sur Rock Creek Road. Vous aurez un accès facile à l'autoroute. 89 et le parc national de Yellowstone. Il ne faut que 25 minutes depuis la maison pour atteindre l’entrée nord de Yellowstone.


CHAMBRES ET BAINS: Cette maison a trois chambres à coucher, une mezzanine avec un futon et deux salles de bain complètes. Au niveau principal de la maison se trouve la chambre avec lits superposés. Le lit superposé a un lit complet sur le fond et un lit double sur le dessus. Il y a aussi un lit jumeau séparé permettant �� la chambre de dormir 4. A l'étage se trouve la chambre principale avec un lit queen size et une salle de bains attenante et une vue à 180 degrés sur la montagne. Il y a aussi une porte coulissante en verre à un patio ext��rieur privé. La salle de bain a une belle douche et deux lavabos. �� l’étage, une deuxième chambre avec un lit queen-size ainsi qu������un futon dans le grenier pour accueillir deux personnes supplémentaires. La maison peut accueillir jusqu'à dix personnes.


CUISINE: Cette cuisine entièrement équipée a tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour préparer de bons repas pour l'équipage. En plus de tous les ustensiles de cuisine et de service dont vous aurez besoin, il y a un barbecue à gaz à l'extérieur pour les barbecues.


SALLE À MANGER: La salle à manger jouxte la cuisine et le salon avec une table de récolte pouvant accueillir confortablement jusqu'à dix personnes.


SALON: Le salon a de beaux meubles en cuir situés autour d'un foyer �� gaz. Au coin de la pièce se trouve un poêle à bois et des chaises confortables. Il y a une grande télévision avec satellite et une cheminée à gaz pour réchauffer la pièce par temps froid. Avec les portes ouvertes et les ventilateurs de plafond en marche, vous profiterez d’un bon flux d’air à travers la maison.


Cadre, vues et vues: Le mont Yellowstone est situé sur une colline privée de 20 hectares au-dessus de la vallée de Paradise. Il y a quelques voisins mais ils sont hors de vue. De plus, la propriété borde les terres publiques afin que vous puissiez partir directement de la maison. Un petit étang alimenté par une source sur la propriété attire la faune.



LA VILLE ET L'AÉROPORT LES PLUS PROCHES: L'a��roport Gallatin Field de Bozeman est à environ une heure et 15 minutes. Livingston est à environ 45 minutes de la maison.



ACTIVITÉS À PROXIMITÉ: Outre la randonnée et le VTT sur les sentiers à proximité, vous pourrez pêcher sur la rivière Yellowstone à quelques minutes à pied, faire de l'équitation, du rafting, du golf, du parc national de Yellowstone et de tout ce que les villes de Livingston et de Bozeman ont à offrir. Les propriétaires ont également laissé une généreuse biblioth����que d’informations sur les points d’accès à la pêche et à la randonnée et de nombreux sentiers de randonnée locaux.
Lors de votre séjour dans cette maison de vacances, vous ne serez qu'à quelques minutes de Yankee Jim Canyon. Cette maison de vacances propose une cuisine et 2 plusieurs salles de bain.

Perfect Family Retreat
Our stay in the mountain home was all that we hoped for. High in the landscape with beautiful views, secluded enough that the kids could be free to be kids without disturbing neighboring guests. The road up to the property from the highway is as rugged and winding as previous guests have stated, but well maintained. The house was cozy, clean, and well equipped with everything we needed to cook for and feed our family of 8. All appliances and entertainment features worked well, and there is a selection of movies and games for rainy days. Cell service was hit or miss (some of us could connect and some not) but this would not deter us from staying in the future. Wifi seemed reliable but we did not use it much. Bedrooms are well space for privacy, second floor features a futon and small reading nook. Public fishing access is available in several spots along the highway, and it is an easy drive to Gardiner or Emigrant for supplies, and to YNP. One note of caution: when hiking through the nearby woods, be sure to bring the bear spray that is provided by the host. We were told there is a small group that lives on this part of the mountain, although we had no encounters. This home was the perfect place for our family getaway!

The place needs work. But beautiful location
We recently stayed at this rental house in the mountains of Montana. The location is absolutely stunning, with beautiful views and a serene atmosphere. However, our stay was marred by a few significant issues. Firstly, despite paying $500 a night, there was no air conditioning, not even a window unit. In the dead of summer, this made for very uncomfortable nights. We tried opening the windows at night and closing them during the day to manage the heat, but it was still too hot to sleep well. For the price, installing at least a window unit in the bedroom seems like a basic necessity. Additionally, the TV downstairs didn't work, which was a disappointment. While the natural beauty of the location is a major draw, having a functioning TV is a reasonable expectation for a rental at this price point. There are also areas that need updating. The lamp in the master bedroom had duct tape on it, which was quite tacky and not what we expected from a high-priced rental. We truly love the location and would love to stay here again, but these issues need to be addressed. Installing air conditioning, fixing the TV, and making some updates to the furnishings would make a world of difference. Otherwise, we will probably look for another place to stay next time.

Spectacular!!
My husband and I surprised his parents with a trip to Yellowstone along with our 7 year old daughter. This place was everything we could have hoped for! Extremely spacious, clean, plenty of extras for kids such as color pencils and toys, a cooler to use. There was absolutely no cell service for AT&T and we couldn’t get the internet to work at all but that wasn’t an issue for us. The drive to and from the cabin was rough to say the least, but that is in no way a fault of the renters. It did add about 25-30 minutes from the main road to the cabin. We woke up to elk right by the house, a mule deer visited by the dining window at dinner, and we sat outside and listened to the elk bugling in the evening. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place!!

Enjoyed the home. Very secluded. Loved the views. My only issue was I have some mobility issues and choose to use the downstairs bathroom to shower. Unfortunately I fell getting into the shower because there was not a grab bar. Just a suggestion to install a grab bar.

Great place up the mountain to enjoy God's beautiful creation and the quiet. House was great but the last 2.1 miles to get to the road was a little sketchy. If you don't like windy, narrow roads, you won't like this. Highly reccommend.

We stayed here on a multigenerational family trip, and the house was wonderful in many ways. There was a great view and wildlife in the yard, and we appreciated the outdoor grill. The futon we needed had a broken frame that had been "fixed" with a piece of wood, but was not usable. The location is quite far up in the hills, and we may not have chosen this house if we'd known about the gnarly road to get there. We were disappointed that the internet listed was actually extremely limited and basically unusable - you definitely could not work remotely from this location. I don't mean to be super negative, because otherwise the home was cozy and a wonderful place to gather :)

The property was nice and clean. All the amenities of your own home. Good Verizon cell service!! The mountain views were amazing, tucked into the side of a mountain with Elk and Mule deer everywhere! Every night and morning we had wildlife everywhere!!!! Property management was very quick to help with any concerns!

Absolutely gorgeous property! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was well equipped for some family meals at home, coolers for use during day trips, and bear spray! We enjoyed early morning hikes to watch the sunrise prior to venturing out for the day. I would recommend four wheel drive for the road up to the property. The few days we had rain, one of our cars struggled to make the trip up which was a little stressful. Other than that, it was absolutely perfect.

Great Stay
If you are looking for the opportunity for mountain home living, this property is for you. The house was clean and tucked away way up towards the mountain. To get there you go down a gravel twisty mountain road. When you arrive you hear nothing but nature. We were able to see elk and mule deer while there. We also enjoyed a short nature hike that the owner told us about. On that hike you can see the valley with the river, absolutely beautiful and breath taking. The kitchen has the supplies we needed for the week as far as pots, pans, plates etc.

We enjoyed staying in the cabin. It was quiet and peaceful. Pretty clean, which was nice. We loved the shower upstairs with all the jets. A little further away from Yellowstone than I expected, tho. The kids loved the rope swing and zip line. We did get to have a camp fire once and it was so enjoyable. We started a fire in the wood stove each nite which made it very cozy. The grill was in pretty bad shape so we were unable to cook up the steaks we wanted. It did cook the hotdogs and brats, tho. We had hoped to see some wildlife, but did not. There were signs elk had been around but never saw them. The mattress on the single bed down stairs did have blood stains or something when we took the sheets off when we were leaving. It was pretty gross. A mattress pad would have been nice so we didn’t have To see it.

It provided us with a cozy home to stay while exploring Yellowstone National Park. We had breakfast with deers outside the windows. At night had campfire while looking at the Milky Way! Amazing to be connected to nature.
