Studio House in Forest Setting-Stunning Views-Hot Tub-Fireplace-Coaster Passes

EP #3541. Beautiful 840 sq ft. studio house in Estes Park with a vaulted ceiling, large windows, and stunning views of Twin Sisters and Mt. Meeker. Lots of wildlife. Elk can often be seen while sitting on the deck. Relax in the private hot tub after a day of sightseeing or hiking and enjoy amazing views of the stars in this dark sky community. Sleep on a king size Casper Original, one of the highest rated mattresses by Consumer Reports. Only 5 miles to Rocky Mountain National Park.

This house is one large open space and does not have separate bedrooms. Also, please note that there are no curtains on the upper windows. This has been done intentionally for the views. During the nighttime, starlight and moonlight can come in through the upper windows.

The house has two unlimited ride passes to the brand new Mustang Mountain Coaster that you are welcome to use during your stay. Zip through the forest at nearly 30 mph or take it slow and enjoy the scenery down 3,000 ft of track. You can ride the coaster alone or with a passenger. The coaster is located at 1180 Dry Gulch Rd in Estes Park, which is a 5.5 mile drive (approximately 10 minutes) from the house. Please note that there is a $250 replacement fee for each pass that is missing from the house upon check-out.

Due to my house cleaner's schedule, I am unable to make arrangements for an early check in or a late check out. On the day of check in, I will send you a message as soon as the house is ready to go. (The house is typically ready to go between 2pm and 3pm.)

My insurance company does not allow for any open flames or outdoor smoking at the house due to fire risk.

The house is connected to the town's Trailblazer fiber optic gigabit internet service and the hot tub is available year round.

During the autumn, winter, and spring, it can be helpful to bring a vehicle with 4WD / AWD. The town generally does a good job of plowing and sanding the roads in the neighborhood in a timely manner after each snow storm, but if you need to drive while the snow is still falling, or you are going up to higher elevations such as Rocky Mountain National Park where they tend to get more snow, it's a good idea to have it.

Great studio, great location

The views from the house were great. We watched the sunrise over the mountains while soaking in a hot tub. The property is 10 min from downtown Estes Park. 15 min from the Bear Lake Corridor in RMNP. We very much enjoyed staying here!

Amazing Retreat With Epic Views

This place was great! Quiet neighboorhood, close to everything and super clean! 10/10 would stay here again. The free passes to the Mustang Coaster were a cherry on top but we loved waking up to the hummingbirds and elk in the yard and watching the stars at night from the on deck hot tub. Bed was comfy too!

Cleanest place I have ever stayed. It was also well stocked with plenty of towels, TP and paper towels. The property manager is great with communication and you can tell she has put a lot of thought into making her rental welcoming and comfortable. Overall, a great place to stay. We will definitely look for it again if we come back to Estes park.

The location is great. Not in the "busy" area but close to restaurants etc. Although you probably won't want to leave for meals! Beautiful view. Extremely well thought out home with everything you need including a hot tub with a view. Deer welcomed us!

Beautiful Mountain Retreat!

This beautiful studio residence is the perfect getaway spot. It had everything we needed and we particularly appreciated the Starbucks coffee!! Nestled in the mountains, we had amazing views, including several wildlife visitors like elk, magpies, and bunnies right outside our doors. The cabin was exactly as described. It was very quiet and the bed was really comfortable. There were plenty of towels, wash cloths and toiletries. We enjoyed having the hot tub and it felt great after a day of exploring. The host communicated all of the details for check-in and the process was very simple.
