Villa Laguna is a charming historic residence, the former summer residence of the Counts Camerini of Faenza, dating back to the late 1800s. Situated in a privileged position, it benefits from a constant sea breeze that guarantees cool and regenerating summers for all guests. The frescoed epigraphs on the walls tell the story of each room on the ground floor, including the bedroom - once a small church, then deconsecrated. Trani marble embellishes the floors and stairs, while the high vaulted ceilings and generous dimensions seem to take one back in time. For those wishing to relax, the Ayurvedic wellness centre located in the annex offers exclusive treatments at favourable prices, ideal for regenerating oneself. In addition, the elegantly furnished pool area and the relaxing ensuite whirlpool tub on the first floor guarantee moments of pure relaxation and every comfort. Interior:
The villa consists of a main building and an annex. VILLA: on two floors connected by a Trani marble staircase. The ground floor has two elegant entrances, connected by a spacious hallway with a wooden table that contains the dining area. It consists of a living area with fireplace, furnished with a large sofa and smart TV, a spacious modern kitchen with direct access to the park, and a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower. A laundry room and a small cellar with a safe compartment complete the floor. The first floor is dedicated completely to the sleeping area consisting of three double bedrooms, one with fireplace and king-size bed, and one with a four-poster bed and walk-in closet. All the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, two with shower and one with whirlpool tub and shower. ANNEX. Used as an Ayurvedic wellness centre, it consists of a reception area located at the main entrance, a loft massage cabin for couples, a changing room, a sauna, a fully-equipped fitness area, a “swedana” Indian steam bath cabin, a cosy relaxation area with sofa and whirlpool tub for 6 people that can be heated up to 40° (on request with extra cost) and another two massage cabins. The annex is complete with a double bedroom with fireplace and two bathrooms with shower (without bidet), one of which is ensuite. The relaxation area leads to the outdoor whirlpool tub for 6 people, heatable up to 40° (on request with extra cost) Air conditioning in the bedrooms.

Park:
The park, completely fenced, extends for about 10,000 sq m and has a large lawn area. From the elegant wrought-iron entrance gate, a dirt road leads to the main building. Next to the gate is a lawn area that can be used as internal parking for 4 cars. In addition, there is a further external parking area, capable of accommodating up to 15 cars and ideal for organising events and private parties. The vegetation is rich and varied and is characterised by centuries-old trees including cedars of Lebanon, limes, oaks, yews, poplars, agnus castus and a sophora japonica as well as perimeter hedges that offer privacy and tranquillity. In front of the main entrance to the building is a large 100 sq m gazebo, equipped with an elegant chandelier, which shades a spacious relaxation area equipped with two tables with seating, armchairs and sofas. The outdoor dining area is situated in the shade of beautiful lime trees, next to the swimming pool, and is conveniently accessible via a French window from the kitchen. This outdoor space is perfect for enjoying convivial moments in a private setting, immersed in nature.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:
The highlight of the property, the swimming pool, located at the rear of the villa, is rendered suggestive by the presence of a "Buddha on the water", that is, an imposing statue representing the head of the Buddha resting on the steps leading to the pool. Rectangular and measuring 16 x 6.5 m with a constant depth of 1.40 m, the pool is lined in dark grey PVC with the edge in black marble and has chlorine purification and large steps for access to the water. It is equipped with internal LED lighting. The large, paved solarium area is complete with sunbeds, numerous umbrellas and two gazebos with sail complete with tables and chairs. Another relaxation area, consisting of low masonry seats and tables is located next to a kiosk used as a bar area. The pool will remain open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
