Welcome to St. Jerome Cottage! Located just 10 minutes from the town of Round Top and 10 minutes from Downtown Fayetteville. Close to town, yet perfect for a secluded getaway! This private oasis can sleep up to 6 people. Take a swim in the (unheated) pool during the day, and relax on in the spacious living area in the evening. Please note, this listing is for the guest house. The entire property can sleep up to 15 people. Main house sleeps 9. Cottage sleeps 6.


This property is professionally managed by Hostie Vacation Rentals. They will be available during your entire stay!

SHARED OUTDOOR AMENITIES - The pool, hot tub, and patio space around the pool are shared amenities with the guests at the Main House.

The outdoor grill is exclusively for use by the Main House guests only.
Guest House guests do not have access to an outdoor grill.

You'll need a vehicle to get from the home into Round Top and the surrounding area. Consider renting HOSTiE's chauffeured luxury sprinter van during your stay. Ride sharing apps, like Uber/Lyft, aren't available in this rural area.

-Please note this property sleeps 6 and only has 1.5 bathrooms, all sleeping arrangements are UPSTAIRS!

-Pre-arrival form & rental agreement: we do ask for a copy of your ID as part of our guest screening process after the reservation is confirmed. You will also be asked to sign a rental agreement. 

- Must be over 25 to rent this home.

- When you stay with HOSTÎE Vacation Rentals, you are covered for any accidents that might happen up to $1500 with the added fee of $39 in your total. Coverage details are spelled out in your rental agreement. This is applied to directing bookings & VRBO bookings (this does not apply to Airbnb bookings).

-Pool: is NOT fenced and cannot be heated. Please consider this when booking with children.

-This property may have other guests on the property at the time of your stay in the Main House. The pool, hot tub, and patio area are shared with the main house.

-It is possible for the main house to be booked during your stay. If you would like to book the entire property, please send us a message or find the additional listing!

- For liability and security purposes, there are external cameras at the front, sides, and back of the house. There are NO inside cameras. Hosts may monitor external cameras at any time via a smartphone app, and cameras are not to be tampered with or covered.
