The customer service at this hotel was terrible! To simplify to a couple words "They didn't give a s***".
1. There is a boat that goes from mainland to the island where the hotel is. The boat does not run if there are thunderstorms. No one from the hotel notified us about this and told us that the boat is NOT running now and we can not get to the hotel tonight. We were lucky enough to walk down to the dock and the boat was thankfully still running. BUT if the boat had not been we would've had to get another hotel or sleep in the car. Terrible communication from the hotel.
2. One of the beds had stains, dirt and hair. It took 4 calls to the front desk for them to send someone to change the sheets.
3. The check-in process was terrible, we were not notified about any of the amenities that were included in our stay at the property.
4. The front desk service and restaurant service was terrible. The restaurant staff took more than 15 min to come to the table. We had paid for half board and they did not notify us of the extra options other than the buffet that were also included (eggs, pancakes). They even overcharged us on one of the bills.
Overall, it was a terrible experience and the service was horrible.
