We have 3 completely charming and cozy Cottage Chalets at our famous BellaVue Estate, newly remodeled and sparkling clean! This listing is for Cottage #3.

HOW DID OUR CUTE LITTLE COTTAGES COME TO BE?
The property owner and his little girl had been working on plans for her dream “play house”. One day he had an idea. “Let’s make it bigger!” These cottages are exact replicas of their original play house design…. just life-size! We can’t wait for you to come stay..... and play!!

Cottage Chalet #3 is our Deluxe Cottage package, featuring a private deck and BBQ overlooking our Courtyard, plus larger Queen-size sofa bed.

*In addition to the three Cottages, our Estate also has a 4-story Mansion and a 1BR Studio Suite for rent. That's 5 rentals total and they can be rented separately or as a group, whatever you need!

The grounds here are incredibly serene and beautiful, with amazing mountain views, outdoor seating areas, as well as grassy play areas, cascading rock waterfall and our Sedona Red Rock fire pit. We have free parking on site and we're convenient to everything in town.

The Estate is also adjacent to Foxglenn Park with multiple picnic areas, playground equipment, huge grassy fields, skate park, and access to walking, hiking and biking trails.

ABOUT OUR COTTAGE CHALET: Our Cottage can accommodate up to 4 guests in beds. The loft bedroom has a Queen Memory-foam bed, wrapped in the coziest UGG bedding and professionally laundered Premiere Linens, just begging for a long, lazy morning.

JUST ADDED for kids of all ages... a small sleeping nook, "Harry Potter" room, with Twin memory-foam mattress only, and sliding barn door for privacy. Access to this fun, unique little space requires a 3ft. climb up galvanized steel piping, attached directly to the wall. Come give this cozy little hideaway a try!

**As mentioned earlier, we provide a Queen-size sleeper sofa in the main living space as well.

This is a recent review from a guest who stayed in Cottage #3...
"I don’t think there’s enough space to recount all the amazing things about this cottage. It makes sense why it (the whole property) can also be used as a wedding venue. The scenery seemed like something out of a fairy tale, deer included! The leaves were changing, the weather was chilly and rainy, nature was abundant and thriving. The cottage was clean and tidy, it was so comfortable and cozy with the cutest decorations like little succulents and marble coasters. There was even a charming warmer that looked like a
fireplace. All the amenities we needed were provided to us by the hosts. It can
comfortably accommodate 4 adults if necessary. There is a small nook in the wall that would be the perfect hideaway to do homework or read or just be alone. We didn’t get to plan to use the fire pit but it would have been perfect for the cool weather. The hosts were readily available and as friendly and inviting as can be. There is a Walmart 5 driving minutes away, a convenience store, and even a park and skate park! The views look like something out of a Bob Ross painting - surreal! My only regret was having to leave this
amazing place. This was the best I have ever stayed at and I plan to return as soon as possible!"

Cutest chalet!
This place was great! It was the prettiest property situated next to a great park to take a stroll. Easy access to great restaurants too. The chalet itself was comfortable, cute, and clean! There was a large family staying in the mansion but everyone was kind and respectful of the quiet hours.

This was a perfect location to explore Flagstaff! It's close to shopping, restaurants and numerous hiking spots in town, and Sedona. It's an adorable place and decor was beautifully done, and has everything you need in the kitchen to make a meal. I would love to stay here again in the future.

We had a great time staying in Flagstaff, and this property was very central. It was extremely clean and everything was new and in great shape. It’s a small place, right fit for a family, but cute. The main bed was pretty uncomfortable, but that was our only issue, everything else was great! I would recommend.

This property to exceptionally clean, well designed to be practical and comfortable, and it is beautiful. The multiple windows allow the breeze and the light to fill the unit. The kitchen is very well stocked and has a decent sized refrigerator with freezer. The property owners/managers are kind and considerate and responsive too. I would highly recommend this place. This was our second stay and I know we will stay here again.

This was a great location within Flagstaff! The property is well maintained and quaint. As a side note, if you’ve ever wanted to try out a tiny house, this is your place. Easy to get to restaurants & onto highways to get to your destination.

Great little spot!
What a find! Know what you’re renting and you won’t be disappointed. No, this isn’t a huge house but it’s for sure better than a hotel room for similar price! Incredibly clean. Incredibly quiet. Would for sure be interested in renting here again, possibly the carriage house! My only feedback is, during the summer having a few more fans would be nice. The kids sleeping nook has no airflow. We had a small battery operated fan that helped, but having a smaller plug in fan to put in there would have saved me from having to share a bed with my hot box 6 year old!

Beautiful and Relaxing
Very pleasant place to stay! Nice little coz yet modern cottage. My 3 year old son loved the common area. Great place to relax and run around. It is very close to everything as well! One of the days we saw the cleaning crew and fresh linen drop off. It was reassuring especially during these times that Bellavue is keeping it clean and sanitary. I had the pleasure of running into Jim as well. He was very kind and concerned about the prior renter complaining about not having hot water. We did not experience that at all and it was also nice to see such concern from Jim. We definitely recommend this place. We hope to be back soon!

This little cabin was very nice & quaint, and exactly what was described on VRBO. We loved the location and the grounds of this estate. The cabins are far away from one another so you don't hear your neighbors. Our only complaint of this place is the shower water wasn't hot the first night. After contacting Jim, my husband went outside the next morning and turned up the water heater (as instructed by Jim) but that didn't make a HUGE difference in the longevity of the heat; It was hotter but that lasted for about 10mins, so lets just say we had very quick showers between the 3 of us. Other than that our quick stay was good!

Gorgeous Property, clean, super cute, Perfect location
We loved this cute little cottage. Everything looked brand new and updated, the owners took great care in decorating the interior and making it very cozy. We enjoyed a very quiet and relaxing 4 days; it was exactly what we were looking for and more. We were just looking to get away from home and this was the ideal get away for my husband and I. We cooked 2 out of the 3 nights we stayed here and we had everything we needed to do that. The grill was a bonus to cook our steaks on one night. The owners were very responsive to any needs we had. We were very pleased and will definitely be back again.
