Drip Dry Up est l'unité à l'étage d'un charmant duplex en bord de mer. Rénovée en 2016, cette maison de vacances mise à jour est devenue l'une des plus populaires de Folly. La palette de couleurs neutres, le plan d'étage ouvert et l'abondance de lumière naturelle créent une connexion transparente à la plage.

La cuisine entièrement équipée a de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable et une vue imprenable sur l'océan. Prenez une tasse de café au bar du petit-déjeuner ou détendez-vous dans le salon et regardez vos émissions préférées sur le nouveau téléviseur HD de 50 pouces. La salle de bain a également été rénovée avec une nouvelle vanité, une douche ainsi qu’une nouvelle laveuse / sécheuse.

La chambre principale a un lit queen, 40 "4K TV et des portes françaises qui mènent sur le pont en bord de mer. La deuxième chambre redéfinit les lits superposés, avec un matelas king en bas et un matelas queen en haut. Chaque chambre dispose de matelas de haute qualité vous garantissant une bonne nuit de sommeil et vous trouverez un nouveau canapé-lit queen dans le salon.

Profitez d'un forfait câble premium complet pour les rares jours de pluie avec des abonnements à HBO, Cinemax, Showtime et Starz, le tout pendant que vous vous connectez à Internet haut débit dans tout le chalet.

Le porche filtré surplombe la piscine, la cour et directement à l'océan. Ce grand espace de rassemblement propose un revêtement de sol en bois alternatif qui protège les pieds nus, des fauteuils à bascule et des guirlandes lumineuses qui illuminent les soirées passées à écouter les vagues.

Les piscines en bord de mer sont une perle rare à Folly Beach, alors cette maison est assez spéciale. Si les vagues sont trop rugueuses ou si l'eau est un peu froide, cette piscine chauffée offre une oasis au bord de l'océan. Veuillez noter que la cour arrière, y compris l’accès à la plage privée et la piscine chauffée, est un espace communautaire partagé avec l’unité inférieure (Drip Dry Down).

Drip Dry Up
The property was well described and was an incredible location, the proximity to the beach and the onsite pool were awesome. My major issue was with maintenance of the property. When we arrived the AC was not functional, and when traveling with a baby it was a huge issue for us. The HVAC repair company who came to help us was wonderful, but we couldn’t get the temp down below 80 for the first 12 hours. I was especially disappointed to learn the previous renters had also notified the management of HVAC issues and they had not been resolved for our arrival. My other major concern was bugs. When we checked in, there were ants in the kitchen and we found palmetto bugs and other insects all over the house throughout our stay. In the grass next to the pool there were multiple ant hills which limited our outside use - again especially when traveling with kids. Luckily, all of these issues can pretty easily be resolved and hopefully won’t persist for future guests.

Perfect beachfront oasis with pool!
While this place has the charm of an older beach house, it has been updated and is a super comfortable two bedroom / one bath upstairs apartment. Enjoy the view and breeze of the beach and dining at the outdoor table from the screened in porch. There are beach chairs and toys, good wi-fi, and more. Note: for folks with mobility issues there are stairs with each coming and going so keep that in mind. We hope next time to rent both upstairs and downstairs for a larger family group. Highly recommend!

Perfect Beach House
Fantastic week. You couldn't ask for a better location to enjoy the beach. Wonderful accomodations. Between the heated pool, the relaxing screened in porch with it's stellar view of the ocean this was my wife's and my favorite beach vacation.

Amazing location, wonderful pool!!!
Stay at drip dry folly upper unit was great! Location was perfect with a private beach. Heated pool was just excellent this time of year. The only suggestions we would have is cleanliness in a few areas. Couch is pretty worn, bedding stained and outdoor lounger cushions moldy. Would have loved a few beach chairs to use, some pool floats or boogie boards that weren’t cracked. This did not dampen the trip, it would have just enhanced it. Communication with management company was excellent and they were extremely responsive to a maintenance issue. Really was a beautiful property and the family had a blast! The screened in area was ideal!

We've stayed at "Drip-Dry Up" several times and it never disappoints. The pool is excellent and maintained at a comfortable chlorine level and always clean. The ocean views are wonderful and our family always has a wonderful stay.

Just what we needed
This was the perfect place for the two of us. It would have even been comfortable if we had brought a couple of the grandkids or come with friends. The outdoor space and the heated pool were most enjoyable, although you couldn’t really see the beach from the outside chairs on the deck since they are below the dunes but still a great space and we enjoyed being out there. We especially enjoyed just rocking on the screened in porch which has a great view of the beach. Loved the queen over king bunk bed. Beds were comfortable but the pillows could use an upgrade. Communication with management was great and everyone was very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Drip Dry Up was the perfect beach house for our family vacation. The pool was nice for the kids to play in and it was wonderful that the house is steps away from the beach. We had a maintenance issue that was taking care of promptly. I would stay there again!

We loved Drip Dry Up!! Being right on the beach with a pool and an incredible view, how could we go wrong? The screened in porch was perfect for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails and the location was close enough to town foe activity but far enough away so it wasn’t too crowded. We loved every bit of it!

This was the most relaxing trip our family has ever had to Folly. The beach was only a few steps (and not too many stairs) away. The pool was enjoyed immensely by the youngsters in the group. Our family occupied both the Up and Down units so we had the pool all to ourselves! We loved the screen porches and being away from the hustle and bustle of Center Street. The apartments are small spaces but provide everything you need, including laundry!

Cleanliness
Location is great. Beautiful beach, nice people, good food. But I would like to say that the cleanliness should be better. My kids wanted to sleep on the pull out bed in the couch. I started pulling it out and it was so nasty I had to put it back in. Seems no one has cleared it for some time. When I decided to use the couch bed I pulled the sheets off of the single bedroom bed and to my surprise there were big stains on the mattress cover. I was afraid to look at the mattress. The air conditioning went out and we were miserable at night from the heat. You guys did get it back on, thank you. Now the coffee table, my father was coming from the bathroom and the cracks in the floor made him off balance and he fell onto the table hitting his head and bruised his leg, the fall broke the table. Stable the floor, get smaller coffee table, and make sure your cleaning crew cleans up better and this place would be great. Other than the cleaning, we had a great time on the beach and the pool.
