Arniss in the New Forest is an ideal place for familes and friends gatherings, with versatile accommodation and wonderful walks on the doorstep into the magical New Forest. Arniss Farmhouse and Arniss Lodge can sleep up to 20 + 2 altogether, the farmhouse sleeps 12 and the Lodge sleeps 8. A Shepherds hut that sleeps 2 is also available. Arniss is in the quiet hamlet of Godshill accessed down a private lane and sharing it’s enviable position with a working riding and livery stables.
The Farmhouse has an open plan ground floor layout with a seating area around a wood burning stove, a dining area which comfortably seats 12 and can be extended to seat 20 and there is an additional table that seats 4, a conservatory, a large well-equipped kitchen, a games room, and double bedroom with en-suite shower, ideal for those who are less mobile. 2 Smart TVs with Sky, WiFi throughout. On the 1st floor there is 1 ensuite double bedrooms and 1 ensuite bedroom with either a kings size bed or 2 singles, a large family bathroom and a twin room. The second floor attic has 4 single beds.
The Lodge is a single storey property with a sky lit large open plan lounge with beams and wood burning stove, a dining area which comfortably seats 8. Off this living space are 2 bedrooms. The small hall come utility area leads to the family bathroom and with modern kitchen. 2 Smart TVs with Sky & WiFi throughout. Through the kitchen is an ensuite double bedroom then a further en-suite double bedroom which can also be accessed from outside.
Outside there is a BBQ and patio with garden seating , private gardens, paddock, Trampoline and ample parking. Childrens play frame. A wonderful welcome pack is included and additional facilities are available
One acre paddock available to bring your own horses at £150 per horse with direct rides out into the New Forest and is adjoining an existing equestrian facility.

2 hot tubs available to hire at £325 for a short break or £400 for the week each.

Whilst it walking distance to amenities such as Sandy Balls it is advisable to hire a car to get the most from the area. Alternatively cycle hire is available from the town.
By Car:
From Salisbury: take the A338 south to Fordingbridge and Ringwood. Bear left off the A338 at the main exit to Fordingbridge. The exit slip road turns back to a T-junction with the old Southampton Road.
From Ringwood: take the A338 north to Fordingbridge and Salisbury. Take the exit to Fordingbridge the exit slip road ends at a T-junction with the old Southampton Road.
