Experience the ultimate Cape Cod vacation in our stunning water-front home located in Forestdale, Sandwich.

Our home features three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom, offering plenty of space for up to seven adults. Two of the bedrooms feature luxurious king beds, while the third bedroom features a comfortable queen bed. In addition to the three bedrooms, our home also features an office with a comfortable sofa bed, perfect for accommodating additional guests or for those who need to catch up on work during their stay.

The living room boasts large windows that provide stunning views of the pond and surrounding nature, as well as plenty of comfortable seating for relaxing after a day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious meals, complete with appliances and granite countertops. The dining area features a round table that seats up to six guests and offers direct views of the pond.

The master bedroom is truly a retreat, featuring a large glass door that provides stunning views of the pond and access to a private deck. Relax in the comfortable king bed and enjoy the peace and tranquility of your own private oasis. The master bathroom features high-end finishes and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.

Step outside onto the deck and follow the private walkway that leads to the pond, where you can relax and take in the serene surroundings. On clear days, wake up early and watch the beautiful sunrise over the pond - a truly unforgettable experience! Our backyard oasis is perfect for enjoying the beautiful Cape Cod weather. Lounge on the patio furniture while taking in the peaceful views of the pond, or grill up a delicious meal on the barbecue.

For your peace of mind, please note that there are outdoor security cameras installed around the exterior of the house.

Take the second exit after the bridge to avoid the summer congestion and get to our home in no time. Additionally, some of the most stunning beaches in the area are just a short drive away. The Cape in Winter
We enjoyed a restful stay on the lake this winter. The woods and lake were beautiful. The house is a short drive to restaurants and shops. Even in the off season, there was plenty to do!

Perfect Cape Cod vacation home
The house I chose for my sisters, our husbands and myself was perfect for our Cape Cod vacation. The location was centrally located which made our trips to various places relatively easy. As an added plus, the house was on a lake which made relaxing after a busy day, that much easier. There was plenty of room, was very clean and had lot of additional amenities. In addition, the host quickly responded to all inquiries I had related to the house. I would definitely stay at this house again if I am in that area.

Great house! Beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The only complaints were that 2 of the 3 beds were extremely firm and that the sandy beach shown in the photos (Snake Pond Beach) requires a resident sticker to park. We were able to drop family off and then have one person walk the 1/2 mile.

This property is beautiful, so clean, and a super convenient location for quick activities with Littles and returning for nap time midday! The sleeping space is great as it allows for a little separation for two families which was perfect for us. We look forward to booking again next year!

Lovely getaway
Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying in this lovely, two-level home. It’s very clean with comfy beds. We had nice evening walks in their quaint neighborhood; it was also a convenient drive into historic Sandwich. The only bummer was thinking that we’d be able to use the kayaks & canoe. My three teenagers were very disappointed. The site should make it clear that those are only available between Memorial Day & Labor Day. Otherwise, great place!

Great stay
This house is very nice with lots of room and comfortable beds and furniture. It has everything you need and a beautiful view of the pond. The neighborhood is quiet, but close to a lot of good restaurants and stores. Definitely recommend!

Place was clean and plenty of bedding and towels. Kitchen was well stocked. The description did say there was a hot tub but there wasn’t one so that was a bit disappointing. Overall though we very much enjoyed our stay.

Stay was good. Furniture & kitchen dated. Not a lot of inside room to sit and catch up. TV’s very small. Front door was a bit tricky. We left at exactly check out time & cleaners were literally sitting in the driveway! Overall good location so if you are not spending a great deal of time at the property it is a good find.

Great spot and great host
Chao was an extremely responsive host. The house was a perfect set up for me and my family. There was 3 families using the 3 bedrooms / baths + the couches and office space. All was great except the one of the toilets broke but Chao came from a far distance to try and get it fixed on the spot. Although it was broke during our stay, we very much appreciated the response and all the effort made to get it sorted out. It didn't derail the vacation weekend so we are very happy with the stay and the location! Thank you Chao!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house! The location was perfect, and the house was very clean and nicely decorated. The serene surroundings added to the charm of our getaway. This was a great place for my family. Clean house and easy contact with owner. Beautiful views with kayak and canoe for a tranquil trip around the lake. Great spot for a close-by beach on a small lake
We all enjoyed our stay, esp. the kids who could play in the sand on the beach a very short distance from the property. The property sits next to the same lake with access to the owners canoe and kayak. The large basement area with king bedroom and full bath does not have A/C but there are ceiling fans and the temperature was fine even with the 85 degree temp outside. A great spot.

Private Getaway with Scenic Water View
We were thrilled to stay at this peaceful, relaxing home. The property is spacious and immaculate. We enjoyed the expansive decks which overlooked a spectacular waterfront view. The house was well appointed, with everything from a complete set of kitchen appliances, smart TVs, and comfortable seating for quiet reading. Our attentive host was available to answer questions, but never intruded into our idyllic stay. We highly recommend this property. We will return!
