Relax in the hot tub after a long day of exploring Olympic National Park, grill some steaks on the Weber BBQ and make S´mores over the log fire pit in the backyard.
More bougie? Have a glass of wine at the gas fire pit on the back porch.
Have a coffee in the morning on the front porch in the rocking chairs, watch the sun come up behind the mountains and plan your day. You´re on vacation!

You will have good Internet provided by Starlink for work, Zoom calls, gaming or streaming (download 36 Mbps, upload 10 Mbps; there is nothing faster out here in the sticks ;o))

Need more room? Rent the adjacent property (The Wild West Coast Getaway) as well to have up to 14 guests in total, in case you are looking for a place to stay for a larger group.

Our place is located conveniently in the town of Forks with shops and restaurants. You will be able to go to the Hoh Rainforest, Ruby Beach, La Push, Rialto Beach and to the waterfalls without having to drive for too long.

Disclosure: We have a doorbell camera and a camera to monitor the Eastern part of the backyard that is not used to defer trespassers; no cameras inside the house, no cameras towards the back patios / hot tub! You have 100% privacy!

Great Home Base For an Adventure
Our trip to Forks was definitely an adventure. While driving there I received a text from the property manager letting me know there was 6 - 8" of snow on the ground and the power was out. She offered to contact the owner regarding a refund. I called her and told her that we were still coming as we had fishing commitments. We got to the house and, yep, the power was out. That's OK. we're steelhead fishermen so we know how to deal with cold. Upon entering, I was surprised how warm it still was in the house being it has electric heat. Someone did a pretty good job of insulating it when they built it. We offloaded and settled in for the night. The gas grill on the back porch allowed us to still cook a nice hot meal. The property manager had also left several battery operated lanterns out for us so we had light. A little later we decided to go to bed before it got too cold in the house. The power came back on somewhere around 1:30 the next morning... Yay!!!This is a pretty cool house. Big living room area, nice kitchen and a 3 car garage converted to a game room.Pool, Foosball, Basketball, Shuffleboard and a couple stand up arcade games. The property manager, Sherry, was extremely responsive the whole time we were there.My only complaint would be the beds. Could definitely use some better mattresses. Other than that it was a fantastic stay in a beautiful part of the world. I would recommend, unless you have a hard time sleeping on a bed that is not very comfortable.

Fantastic!!
We loved our stay here in Forks. The kids really enjoyed the games and the adults had plenty of room to play games, do puzzles, and watch TV when we weren't out exploring. Sherry was very responsive to my questions. We look forward to coming back.

Overall as described and pictured including a fairly well equipped kitchen where the knives were even sharp. Only nitpick were the rugs in the garage/game room were not held down with anything and caught people up numerous times.

Best Rental Ever
This stay was perfect! Exactly how it was presented. Our two families with teen boys loved the set up with tons of room to spread out and have fun! Communication was great, and the property manager is the sweetest on lives across the street. So attentive to details. We all agreed this was our favorite rental ever!

We had a great stay at this house! It had everything we needed and was stocked very well. The whole family enjoyed the hot tub and game room and we were centrally located to everything we wanted to go see and do. We would definitely stay here again if we were back in the area!!

Perfect for our family
This house has everything you could want for a stay. The rooms were spacious, the bathrooms clean, the kitchen fully stocked with pots & pans and the game room was fun for all. Communication was clear and getting into the house was very easy. Very close to the local grocery store, which was handy. Centrally located for day trips to Mount Storm King, Cape Flattery, Second beach or the Hoh Rain forest. Left behind something and they were quick to find it and send it on to us. Would gladly stay in this house again, the next time we visit this part of Washington. Thank you!

Relaxing Haven
We stayed here for two nights, and wished we had booked for a third or fourth night. The pictures and descriptions were accurate. The kitchen was well stocked, and even had marshmallow roasting sticks for the fire pit, complete with marshmallows and graham crackers. The manager checked on us once when we were outside and she was working in the yard next door. She was cordial and not intrusive. One thing that made this property particularly enjoyable was how quiet the area is. It is located on a one street neighborhood, with houses well spaced. This home has plenty of room to be outside, and still have privacy. I never heard cars or people during our stay. It was a perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring Olympic Park.

Everything about this property was amazing. It’s all brand new and everything works great. Centrally located to all the national Park points of interest. And the detail on the inside with the furnishings and the decor is just wonderful. So enjoyed the hot tub. This is a high recommended looking to spend time on the peninsula.

Family Washington Vacation
I have stayed in many rental homes and this has been the best one yet. The house exceeded our expectations. The location is easily accessible to town and the main road 101 that leads to park locations. The house was stocked with everything from spices, coffee, sandwich bags, ice chests, games, books, Q tips, etc. There was a wonderful binder with all the information you could ever need and books on the national park. She even had a puzzle challenge that my niece, SIL and I enjoyed putting together. The property manager came over to check on us and make sure we were happy. You need to go right behind the house and see the stream that’s there. The hot tub was wonderful after a day of hiking. I can’t say enough about this house other than WONDERFUL place away from home.

Great weekend getaway
So glad we booked this house! It has a large living space, big open kitchen and very comfortable bedrooms, even with 8 adults no one felt cramped. The guidebook our host put together is incredibly thoughtful and has a bunch of local info and activities. The game room and covered hot tub were a huge bonus since it rained all weekend! Would definitely recommend!

Much needed getaway
We had a great stay here. It was about 15 degrees when we got there, and we were concerned about possible lost power and frozen pipes. We are thankful to say we did not have trouble with either one! The house was nice and cozy. The game room was a hit, and we enjoyed exploring the local area. We're looking forward to returning!

Beautiful Place
The home was perfect and as described online. The only thing I wished that we were told was that they have outages periodically. It did happen 2 nights that we were there. The owner of the home was gracious enough to refund us some monies to compensate. Enjoyed the game room and jacuzzi. We did see a herd of beautiful Elk in the backyard. It was an amazing sight! Home is well worth the stay!!

Fantastic new home with everything you need plus some!
The house appeared brand new and even better than the photos for the listing. There was a nice hot tub and a great game room. Comfy beds and plenty of space to hang out, inside or outside. The kitchen is better stocked than most rentals too. Forks provides excellent access to the west side of Olympic, including beaches and Hoh rainforest. Highly recommend this home.

Perfection! Our new happy place.
This house was amazing! Too amazing, if you have kids you need to drag away to explore the local sights. ;) They won't want to leave the game room, creek, hot tub, and perfectly appointed house. Every creature comfort was considered and provided here! If you're wondering if they have it at the house, they do. Wonderfully equipped, organized kitchen. Comfortable beds, cozy sitting areas. Beautifully decorated spaces, super soft throw blankets, a cooler, office supplies, bubble bath, plenty of towels. Everything was great quality, too, which was noticed and appreciated. No detail forgotten! Forks is a lovely little town. A grocery store/outfitter is about 3 minutes away, and we were pleasantly surprised at how much they carry. We'd brought our groceries in from Port Angeles on the way, but there was no need. Forks grocer had it all. None of us were Twilight fans, and I had no idea this house was across from the Twilight home when I booked it. But it ended up being a fun little quirky thing, seeing how the whole town plays that up. Cordula truly has the gift of hospitality. Her welcome binder is incredibly thorough, and will tell you anything you need to know about the area. We felt blessed to be in such a great location to get to the beaches, rainforests, lakes, and other hiking areas we wanted to explore. That part of the state is very rural, and you have to drive a lot, but we could access so much from Forks. Thank you for sharing your home with us!
