Brand new modern-designed home in a newly constructed Old Town North neighborhood. This three-story stylish home features an over-sized roof top balcony with mountain views and a six-person hot tub. A game room is on the lower level with air hockey, games and TV. Four fashionable bedrooms, a modern kitchen, open concept living area with fireplace perfects your stay. Steps away you will find breweries, bike trails, live bands, fine restaurants, fun shops and a white-water park.

This 2300 square foot home is within Fort Collins newest luxury neighborhood. Combining location, urban design, and modern amenities to give our guest a vacation experience above all else.

Enjoy an open concept main living area with oversized windows, a modern kitchen with plenty of appliances, large kitchen island, relaxing sitting and TV area, living room fireplace and marble dining table with stylish blue velvet chairs. Walk-out to the front porch and exit to the large garage.

The home has four bedrooms with all new mattresses and modern furnishings. The master suite features a private balcony, walk-in closet, huge glass enclosed shower area with built-in bench seating and luxury-looking tiling. For our guest convenience, the home has a total of 3 1/2 baths.

A game room on the lower level brings fun for everyone. Enjoy air hockey and assorted table games. Or enjoy watching a movie or sporting event on the 65-inch HD TV. Plug and play with your own gaming device, Roku or Firestick. Or power through any video game with up to 1 gig internet download speed.

Our guest will truly enjoy the unique oversized roof-top balcony. Easily accessible from inside the home simply walk up a flight of stairs to stunning rooftop views of the mountains and city lights. A six-person hot tub with powerful jets awaits for evening relaxation or a morning soak with fresh Colorado mountain air.

A two-car attached garage makes parking easy and secure. There is plenty of room for bikes and extra things you might bring.

Park in attached garage and walk right inside. There is plenty of parking for two vehicles and bikes. It's easy to drive, bike, or walk to Old Town.

EV Charger: Nema 14-50 outlet. (240-volt 50 amp)

Bicycles: Inside the garage are bikes for our guest to use. Peddle -away on the bike trail or tour around Old Town with your own bike or one we provide during your stay. Just make sure you lock them when you leave them.

Family-friendly: Pac n' Play, high-chair.

Pet-friendly: Dogs are welcome. We do provide comfy pillows, dog dishes and waste bags. Dogs must be in a kennel if you leave them alone in the home. Please clean up after your pet.

Laundry room: offers a full-sized washer and drier. Detergent, fabric softener and dryer sheets are stocked for your convenience.

Nine of us stayed in this Old Town North house as a central point for our daughter's college graduation. The house was spacious with comfortable beds for all of us. There was plenty of room to gather in the kitchen and living area but also find privacy for downtime if we needed it. The hosts were easy to work with and very communicative.

AMAZING HOUSE!!
I could write volumes about this VRBO - it is truly amazing - fully stocked, plenty of room for family and friends, great info from owners on checking in and checking out - it had every dish, and pan, and glass you could hope for. The bathrooms were amazing with toiletries and plush towels. The beds were all super comfy and great sheets and pillows and comforters. The parking is amazing too - the garage would hold two cars then there are several different parking pads out back for oodles to park. Our family cooked and played games, rode the bikes that are furnished, spent time in the lovely hot tub on the roof - the laundry room is great and again, very well stocked with detergent and softener - it is truly one of the very best places I have ever rented and we absolutely loved it. Hope we get a chance to rent it again while my granddaughter is at CSU - the whole reason for this trip.

Perfect set up for large family gathering
Rented this VRBO for our son’s wedding weekend. It had room for 6 adults and two children. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped for a large gathering. We hosted dinner for my son’s fiancée’s family one evening and had room for everyone to move about. It didn’t feel cramped. The rental comes with 10 bikes for adults and teens. We, unfortunately, didn’t get to use them, however, it would have been great to use to get around the downtown area where many restaurants and bars are located Isreal and Greg were amazing to work with and replied to all my questions quickly. This was great place for a little weekend getaway! Plenty of space for a large group, but also cozy for a small group. Just a couple minute drive away from the old downtown shops and restaurants. Check in/out process was smooth, easy and not much was asked of us, especially during checkout.

Perfect spot for just about everything Fort Collins
I am not sure I want to give rave reviews as I want to keep this gem to myself, lol. However, this home was just about perfect along with the Hosts! Great location, amenities, and communication was fantastic. We celebrated my kiddos “21” with a few close friends and family. The space was absolutely perfect for what we wanted it for… gathering, a gentle celebration, eating, laughing, and letting the young adults visit and old folks do their thing…the walls are not thin, water pressure/temp was spot on, beds super cozy (all guests commented how awesome the beds were), and the kitchen was a great size, and so many more amenities that I didn’t even mention. Would love to stay here during graduation next year!

Very clean and very comfortable. Was the perfect place for our group. We loved having access to the bikes for riding around town one day playing Lightening Minigolf and visiting the breweries. This house has a great welcoming layout with comfy beds and an open kitchen for cooking. The location is amazing, it is close to town & to several hiking trails. They allow dogs, which made it even better. Hosts were great to work with, they have great communication. House was easy to check-in and out of. Highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Fort Collins and want a beautiful/comfy place to stay. We will be back!
