Within a few blocks radius you will find a great selection of restaurants, bars and supermarkets CLEANING: › All of our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized up to CDC guidelines and inspected before each stay to ensure your safety. › Household cleaning supplies are provided (Windex, Clorox spray, etc.). › Washer and dryer (detergent is provided) LOGISTICS: › A welcome message with your personalized check-in instructions will be sent the day of your arrival. › Check-in: 4:00 PM. › Check-out: 11:00 AM. › An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about availability and pricing. TV's: All of our TV's are Smart with access to log into your favorite streaming channels. POOL: Please note there is no lifeguard on duty and we ask that all guests enjoy the pool responsibly. The property owners will not be held liable for any pool-related accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries. No diving is permitted . No glass is permitted in or near the pool. GARBAGE: The city of Miami removes garbage every Tuesday and Friday morning. We provide three garbage bins on the side of the house. If you are staying during those days, and you feel the need to empty the bins, please put out any used garbage bins on the front of the driveway. If you could please bring the bins back by the side of the house we would appreciate it. If the bins do not need to be emptied don’t even worry about it, our cleaning team will take care of it right after your departure. PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. This is our most important rule that can result in a termination of your reservation along with additional fees. PARKING: Our driveway provides ample parking. Please refrain from parking on the street or on the lawn. PETS: Pets are allowed. If you would like to bring your pet, please let us know in your initial message to us. HOSPITALITY SERVICES: We also offer a selection of concierge services available (yachts, nightclub reservations, exotic cars, dining reservations, and entertainment). CAMERAS: These are placed outdoor only, outsourced to an external professional surveillance company solely to be used for security purposes and ensure the safety of the property and traveler. PERSONAL BELONGINGS: The host isn’t responsible for any packages delivery or personal belongings left at the property after check out. BOAT AND YACHT CHARTERS: As we are hosting a lot of groups at our properties in Miami, we are able to offer preferred rates for our guests. CAR RENTALS: whether you are looking for a convenient car or an exotic car rentals, feel free to reach out if you’d like us to assist you and make sure you are taken care of by the best company on the market. - Parking: Please make sure to park on the driveway. Parking on the grass isn’t allowed. Parking on the sidewalk isn’t allowed. Parking on neighbor’s lot isn’t allowed. City will fine and tow cars not respecting these rules

- Party/Noise: We wish you a memorable stay first and foremost. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood, and I’d like to remind you that no loud gathering is allowed at any time. Strictly no noise is tolerated after 10pm. It's a residential neighborhood and neighbors will call police as they did in the past. This could lead to a fine, a loss of your security deposit and the forfeit of your reservation. We must follow local regulations and protect our license, hope you can understand.

- Plumbing: Please do not flush anything else than toilet paper in the toilets as it could cause a cloggage leading to toilets and showers to flood. Please throw anything else than toilet paper in bins.

- Windows/doors: Please make sure to keep all the doors and windows always shut. Not doing so could harm the AC unit and reduce the quality of the AC during your stay. It would also avoid having any insect to come into the property, as you probably know, Florida has a tropical climate with a lot of wildlife and vegetations, especially during the current season.

- AC: Please do not set it under 72 degrees and make sure to shut all windows/doors at all time. If the AC outperforms it could cause it to freeze and therefore leak. If frozen, there is nothing else we can do than turning off the AC for 30 min and wait for the ice to melt.

- Trash: Please do not bring the bins in & out as we have staff to do so. In fact, the city doesn’t hesitate to fine any bins which stayed out.

- Smoking: Smoking is allowed outdoor only. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoor (subject to fine). Please gather your cigarettes' butts and throw them away, do not throw them in the backyard.

- Late check out: As courtesy, we will ask you to please honor the check-out time to give our professional cleaning staff enough time to clean and sterilize the home for our next guest as we did to prepare for you. A non-respect of the check-out time will engender a penalty, imposed by the platform.

- Keypad: It's pretty simple. if it's ever showing you a hard time for any reason, please take a video and send it our way to we can assist you asap

- Propane bottle: if you ever run out of gas during your stay, please take the bottle to any gas station/walmart/home depot which charge $20 to refill and send us your receipt so we can reimburse you.

- Wifi: If for any reason you are facing a disconnection, unplug it for few min and plug it again to reset it.

Good Bones, Bad maintenance
I want to give an honest review because when I consider a property, I take other's reviews seriously before making a decision. On the positive side, this is a very nice house with a beautiful pool and view of the backyard lake. The management team did communicate with me over some of my concerns. On the negative side, the maintenance was very poor. All of the fire alarms/CO Detectors were removed leaving only the bare wires. They claim that a pool maintenance person would be there twice a week so don't be alarmed. But during my 7 day stay, the pool motor was never turned on and it was obvious that the pool was never vacuumed because there was a layer of dirt on the bottom. I notified the management team twice during the week but only heard crickets. As the week went on the pool became very cloudy and unappealing. Very few guests even wanted to use it. That was unfortunate, the main reason I booked this house was because of the pool in the picture. Overall, we had a great time and I wasn't going let a dirty pool ruin my trip. Fortunately, we had nice weather and any swimming we did was at the beach which was beautiful.

Think twice about booking this property!
The pictures definitely do not do justice to this property. The property is run down. The layout of the house is fine. We checked in around 4pm as required, front door was unlocked. We walked in to find a house that was not ready for guests. Cleaning wasn't done and the property was left in very poor conditions. One of the rooms smelled so bad we thought something at died in the room. We contacted host who sent a cleaning crew (couple). We waited 5hrs before being able to access the house inside. Even after the cleaning crew came by, we were left to clean ourselves part of the house. One of the washrooms was left in poor state (the shower curtain had what looked like human XX on it). The house is poorly stocked (no oven mitts, 1 glass of wine, pots and pans that are dated), wine cooler which didn't work, remote control for the TV in the living room which wasn't found rendering the TV not functional, multiple lights burnt out throughout the house and a pool that didn't work. We contacted host numerous times to advise of pool issue. The pool was finally fixed at 6:30am the morning of our checkout. What the ad and the host won't tell you is that the house is located across a pond from the train station. Each evening, the trains come back to the station and noise starts which sounds like a deep clean to them from approx 7pm to 11pm. We could barely hear ourselves speaking on the patio each evening during that time period. avoid this property

Our trip to this property was a great experience! The check in process was very simple and straight forward. The house was great - very clean, lots of beds, great amenities - and the location on the canal was beautiful! It's also within walking distance of a Publix grocery store, which was great for us to get food as we didn't have any cars. The owner was extremely responsive to messages and really respected our privacy. We all really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend if you're looking to stay in the area!!

Hidden Gem
When we arrived we were worried that the house would be too small but as soon as you open the front door you walk into a hidden gem. The house is beautiful, spacious and with an amazing view to a gorgeous pool overlooking the water. The house was clean and very well organized. The manager/host was very responsive and answered my questions quickly. We had a little concern when we arrived and within 15min someone arrived to address the issue. The stay was perfect and everyone enjoyed the house. Thank you for hosting my family.
