✹✹Our pool and spa are maintained at a comfortable 85 degrees for guests, with the pump/heater operating daily from 7AM/8AM to 5PM/6PM (season-dependent), aligning with or exceeding standard hotel practices. Should you desire a higher temperature, we can provide instructions for manual adjustment, subject to a $25/day fee to offset energy expenses. After each day's use, we kindly request resetting the temperature to 85 degrees and turning off the pump overnight to conserve energy✹✹

Pool Misuse: $200 for violations, including the use of pool equipment without informing the host.

Awesome House in a Great Area
We stayed in April my wife and 4 kids ages 16, 14, 6, and 4. The house fit us very comfortably and the location was great! Walking distance to great restaurants, and a short trip over to the beach. Jordan and his team are highly experienced, attentive, and responsive property managers.

GREAT 3 generation vacation week!
We had such a great time at this perfectly located, immaculately clean home! Everything seemed brand new, and well thought out. All the little extras were appreciated-swan towels ;), coffee, filters, spices, shampoo/conditioner, lots of towels for the shower and beach, great pillows, bedding, SUP boards, corn hole, beach chairs, board games, even cuddly throws we used during movie nights in front of the big screen TV. We mostly cooked our meals in the great kitchen, (high end appliances) or on the amazing grill outside, but we also enjoyed take out from Fat Boyz and Patrizias. The neighborhood is safe and people were very friendly. My teenage girls jogged the mile to the beach almost every day. There is a Publix less than a mile away, the beach is gorgeous, and pier right there. Good restaurants, beach parking can be challenging, but we mostly went in the afternoon as people were leaving. There is a tackle/bait shop nearby that we got chum and live shrimp from. Caught some catfish, baracuda, etc. One thing to note is you can't really get a boat in or out as there is a fixed bridge, my only complaint. I can't say enough about how great, Jordan, the property manager was from start to finish, and even after as I accidentally left my Netflix signed in and he took care of that. He was kind, and just the right amount of available. Don't hesitate to book this property, you won't be disappointed.
